We had it made to our own specifications. I'm 6'6" so can't simply just walk into any "off the shelf" van. Great Escape constructed and delivered a van that was above and beyond our expectations. Attention to detail in every regard. Of course, a new van comes with a lot of necessary instructions. I've had to call the team at Great Escape Caravans several times to ask many "how to" questions. The owners of Great Escape (Jason Biewer and Anthony Neumann) were always able to help me, in fact, they have gone out of their way to answer my questions, were actually enthusiastic about helping me, couldn't do enough - even outside business hours (for example, when I couldn’t remember/work out how the electric hot plate on the stove should work hehehe! yeah ~ mea culpa). Our van is brilliant. Everything is good quality and everything in it works perfectly, it is exactly what we wanted. After searching for the right van for more than 5 years, I don't just highly recommend Great Escape Caravans to people looking to purchase a bespoke van, I am of the opinion that if you haven't yet considered a Great Escape Caravan, you haven't considered your best option. We went from day dreaming to reality with ease thanks to Scott and the team at Millers Caravans. We purchased a 19'6 tantrum in April 23. We purchased and did everything via txt call and video chat. Scott was so easy to deal with. The process was smooth with great communication and regular updates. The hand over was detailed and practical. We absoulty love our van. We currently live in it while we travel Aus. You'd probably be sitting there researching this brand thinking it's to good to be true but it's not. They are amazing vans! Every van no matter the brand will have a fault at some point same as a car. But what really impresses us is your not forgotten when you drive out the drive way. Our washing machine broke this week. Nothing to do with the van but yet Scott and the GEC responded quickly and were willing and able to assist in sorting it out. The reality is we will only ever buy Great Escapes from here on. These vans are designed with the user mind. You won't be disappointed we surely aren't.

We had been researching family caravans for almost 2 years both new and buying second hand. We knew what we wanted in a van and what we would need for all the off grid camping we do. I found these guys on Sunday night and by Friday of that week we had picked a family van to suit our needs, added in all the extras we wanted and paid our deposit! Anthony and Jason were amazing and always contactable. Nothing was too difficult for them! We were updated on the build including pictures sent to us at different stages. Our van tows like a dream and we are super happy with all the finishes and extras we have added. We have been on 3 short trips so far and our van has not missed a beat! We will be heading off for 4 months travelling through far north QLD, NT and WA in a few weeks and have no doubt our Great Escape Caravan will be the perfect van for our family for this trip!

What an amazing team at Great Escape Caravans. From beginning to end our experience was as good as it gets. We found Great Escape by chance and I’m glad we did. The caravan only took a few months to be build and ready for travel. Our wonderful caravan “ The Troublemaker” is perfect for our family. Roomy and extremely comfortable. Beyond expectations! Cupboard space is fantastic and a lot more than we thought we’d have. The beds are super comfortable and so is our bathroom space. The colour is eye catching and we get looks from passers by. We Are extremely happy with the van from it's build process, delivery, standard of finish, fitment and high quality products. We couldn't be happier with our van and the service we have received from the team at Great Escape. We purchased a 21.6ft family van and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. When we started the process on looking for a van they were the first of many van companies we looked at and eventuality we went back with our dollars. I have chosen our first caravan from great escapes .After doing a lot of research and visiting other company’s they were amazing vans with a great price and dealing with Anthony and Jason from our first visit to ordering our van they were so helpful . We have just picked up our caravan from the guys at great escape caravans. Being a first time caravaner and new to the camping scene, we weren't sure about what would be best for us. I have found Anthony & Jason to be straight shooters, accommodating with alterations to our caravan order as there are not many vans that sleep 4 kids very well, the van these guys built for us DOES! After having a Jayco Expanda for the last 4 years I have found our new van NEXT LEVEL from a build and quality point of view. We’ve had our beautiful Great Escape “Family Escape Black Edition Deluxe” for almost 12 months & absolutely love her. Really well built van, lots of standard inclusions & so many options to add. The guys were more than happy to add anything we wanted and have had great after sale service. Unlike our past vans we haven’t had a list as long as your arm needing to be fixed at the first service. Would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking for new van.

We absolutely love our van from Great Escape!! The service we received from Anthony and Jason was fantastic, I felt entirely at ease throughout the purchase process even though we live interstate and weren't able to see the van in person before buying. Interesting lot, i think it needs more couples vans to peruse however Anthony is a very approachable business man and has a great deal of industry knowledge, he is happy to discuss your wants and needs to get the "right fit" and is flexible in his designs.
