Locally owned bakery, may not be your fancy french pastries but it's cheap and affordable stick with the buns and all the goods that face away from the doors those are the best ones! Plus the cabinet of loaves are great. The cakes are good enough but the buns are fantastic. If you can get there early and the breads are crisp to bite in, soft, pillowy and warm. Only bad things I've had are their hot chocolate drink (to be expected from a Chinese bakery their iced coffee is pretty good) and their Napoleon that one was a bit odd. Order strictly Chinese/ Chinese American pastries.

Been here a few times now. The coconut buns are absolutely amazing. They cost about $1.30 and the taste is just incredible. The buns themselves are not too sweet but just sweet enough and the coconut cream inside is just delicious. I've gotten a few other things from here and the pastries are always good. You will not find more reasonably priced baked goods in the city. Do not be fooled by appearances. Just amazing baked goods at an even more amazing price. The staff is super sweet and I will definitely be back.

Excellent bakery with fresh and delicious baked goods, from buns to cakes and cookies. I love their lemon rolls, cream bun, pineapple bun, cheesecake, milk tea, bubble milk tea, etc. It's on the other side of Chinatown but worth the walk. Definitely better than Tai Pan, Manna, and Fay Dat.

I've had their pineapple bun, coconut bun, and cream bun; all were good. The sesame ball is good but not as good as Golden Fung Wong. The selection is limited compared to the bigger bakeries in the neighborhood but the prices are very reasonable. There's 2 tables inside if you want to sit down.

Genuinely amazing buns that are only $1.25 each. I don't know how they manage to keep their prices so low but they make no sacrifices in quality. I got the taro bun, the cream bun, and the bbq pork bun, and all 3 were very good. Will definitely be coming back here many times in the future.

This is a very cheap local bakery that I occasionally like to visit. I bought a Japanese cheesecake slice for $1.75 and this egg tart for $1.10, and I really want to try their $1 buns. They are very light desserts, so if you want a nice snack with your coffee, they are great!

The bread and cakes here are very good. They are always freshly baked. The taste is simple, delicate and natural. I especially love their cheesecake. The prices are also amazingly cheap.

I went to China town this past week and got roast pork buns from 3 different stores. The ones here are BY FAR the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

price is fair, quality is below avg. seems popular with old customers here as a place to relax. tables can be cleaner though

Stays open very late, have cheong fan and fried mee hoon. Rather small and lacks variety.
