Three times I have placed an order online with this location. Each time, I have had the order cancelled. This last time, the person who responded to my email told me why all the orders have been cancelled. My product was in stock and available but they could not sell it to me because it should not have been offered for sale due to their mistake. So you had it for sale but did not want to sell it to me? It’s not my issue that you made a mistake in offering an item for sale when it was in stock and wanted to cancel the sale after the fact. They could have made the situation correct and make sure not to make the same mistake again but decided against owning up to their mistakes. I sure wish I had no consequences when I make mistakes in business.

Smaller then the other location with a smaller selection. Still a 5 star review. Here’s the breakdown: beautiful store +1 star, local beers and some varied crafts from other locales +2 stars, pleasant gentleman humming and do-do-ing whilst working +1 star, simply huge selection of wines and spirits +1 star. A bigger selection of beers would be nice but they had a great cross section of different styles. Some of this and some of that and no too “one style (ipa)” heavy. Good selection for beer lovers.

When a bottle is priced $41.99 on the shelf and rings up $46.99, it's one thing. But when a customer brings the price tag up to show the salesperson and his reply is, "The price must have gone up. It's still gonna be $46," the only possible conclusion is that the store doesn't care about doing right by the customer. You'll find better prices on the same stock elsewhere with staff who at least act like they know how to be helpful.

I placed an online order based on their website telling me what I wanted was in stock. I ordered four different bottles and somehow all four were not available. I was told their website has the wrong inventory. I could have accepted that but to have my entire order unavailable is unacceptable. It may be time to do a store wide inventory. They have a great selection and the store was nice, but do not trust their website. Thank you

My parents live in Nashville and we've tried to frequent here a few times when needed but they are often much more pricey than other local liquor stores and often don't have basic mid shelf gins and vodkas we are looking for. If you've on a bind it'll do the job, but we've started going to places by the airport on the way home now bc we can't rely on this store. See my dad's review as well.

Is it a liquor store? Yes. Do they have knowledgeable and friendly staff? Yes Do they have a wide selection of wines/beer/liquors? Yes Is parking a headache? No Should this be the #1 liquor store in Nashville? Yes Seriously. Go here. I've been to plenty of stores around the area and keep coming back for many more reasons than the reasons listed above.

I needed a large order of wine and beer. Vito (manager at the store) spent the time to help me find all the right options. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This store has a great selection!

Went in looking for an orange wine, the wine expert was SO friendly and SO helpful. She made great recommendations. Will definitely be back!
