Mark was really awesome to work with. I know my wife and I weren't easy to work with since we changed a few things last minute. I even sent the crew home after renovating the sheet rock on one of my walls day 1. I got cold feet. I was calling the job off then after about 2 hours I called Mark to ask them to come back which him and team gladly did. We had a 20foot wall removed that separates the living/dinning room, it was a load bearing wall so Mark recommended we keep the post and wrap it, we pushed for a beam, and Mark was able to get us 12" laminate layered header to support the roof. It left us enough room to not feel like a wall was still there. It really looks amazing now. I would highly recommend Mark, as he's very professional and personable. I am in love with my patio! I met with Mark to go over of what i wanted for my patio and to get an estimate the whole time he was very professional and knowledgeable! I had ask a great friend of mines what questions to ask and what answers i should expect, and mark really knew what he was talking about! The whole crew was very professional. The job was done in a very timely manner even when i ask to put a french door and switch it from a window last minute, everything was done beautifully. The cost was very reasonable and the job was well done, i even got a compliment from my realtor neighbor that she was watching when they were working and she told me they really took their time and were really focusing on doing a good job. After 24 years we finally have our patio I always wanted a patio in our home but we chose to forgo the added expense when we financed our home 24 years ago. I had the area nicely landscaped until I decided to do something about it to get my other half onboard so I installed a concrete slab and started to request various quotes for a patio cover until one day I happened upon a Green Home Renovations sign in the neighborhood and noticed the fantastic work. Highly recommend! Was very through from start to finish. Great communication through out the entire process. Helped us with the design and finish of our project from matching tile and borders to changing the color through out the house. We put new hardie siding and new energy efficient windows as well and we are completely satisfied. We have waited over 25 years to do renovations to our home everything was original from 1954. Great experience with Green Home Renovations. They replaced our old vinyl siding with hardie siding and trim and installed a new Lifetime Roof. They did a wonderful job kept the jobsite clean and kept us in the loop thru out the whole job. Mark and his team converted my old sliding glass doors to larger french doors. They were able to complete the entire job a day and a half, that was with them having to create a larger header, install and tape and float, texture and paint. I will definitely use them for my next renovation project,
