I seriously dislike this news agency so much it’s actually a nightmare to deal with these people. So non understanding and just want to make life as difficult as possible. The old man working there with glasses is rude and disrespectful. Attempted to pick up my package from Amazon on MULTIPLE ATTEMPTs. He refuses to give me my package because the machine is not working. This is ridiculous. I have my license. I have proof of I.d I have my email from amazing to release my package and HE STILL WONT GIVE IT TO ME, stated that he will be sending my package back now. Seriously disgusting customer service.

The Greenvale news agency and lotto store is one of the best stores I’ve ever dealt with in Victoria. Im always greeted with courtesy when dealing with my shopping needs. The owners and staff are professional and patient especially when dealing with a rude and impatient minority of customers and I highly recommend anyone to shop here .

Have been trying to call this business for a week now and can only ever get through to a dial up internet tone being played once the call is answered. Having no way to contact this business beyond physically going to the store is inconvenient to say the very least. Please fix your phone.

Went in to ask about the pricing of a certain ticket, they printed it, then told me the price, then glared at me when I reminded them I had only asked for the price.....won't be going back there any time soon

Its small. Recently refurbished. Unfortunatley they did not sell me the winnig Tatts ticket, maybe next time.
