Good to know before a visit: (Update on 4 wheeler service experience at the end) This is a decent place to get your 2 and 4 wheelers repaired, irrespective of the brand. The owner is friendly, and the technicians are competent. The place is easy to locate and is reasonably pocket friendly. - Experience: I had a pleasant experience here. Gave my bike for routine service with some niggles to fix. The owner was helpful, found the root cause of the problem pretty quickly and guaranteed delivery by end of day. The service quote was shared over Whatsapp and regular updates were provided when consumables and parts were replaced. The delivery and payment experience was also smooth. - Product pricing and quality - The rates seemed pretty standard, and the quality of the service was good. They looked into all the issues that were reported and fixed them. There are around 4 technicians and I've had a good experience with all of them. - Space - There is sufficient space for around 20 two-wheelers. There is a single raised service bay, and have a dedicated space for washing. - Crowd - The place wasn't too crowded when I visited, but it can get slightly crowded during peak times. - Ease of access: The garage is right behind Neeladri road, so its easy to access. They don't have a visible board on the outside yet, so recommend relying on Maps near the location to find it. They have fixed this post the first review, and the visibility is much better now. - Navigation accuracy - The navigation via Maps was accurate. - Route preference - There are at most 2 main routes to reach, and both are equally decent. Lot of speed breakers (of varying sizes) on both the routes though. - Parking space - There is sufficient space in and around the area to park vehicles. Car parking might be difficult, but talking to the owner might help. Update on 4-wheeler service: I also gave my car here for general servicing with some tinkering work and the quality of the work in general was satisfactory and the same points from the above apply. However, some issues were not addressed as it was not easily reproducible in a short test run before the service, but were important for me. While I got timely updates about the service, I had to call and check multiple times to check if the vehicle was ready for pickup. I feel they should indicate the start and end of the service, so that it's clear when they can collect it back. None of the points above are deal breakers but are important for customer satisfaction. I'll still recommend this place for routine servicing of 2 and 4 wheelers. The have also started restoration of vehicles, so you may give that a try.

The gasket had an issue, the silencer had a leak, and I was disappointed with the vehicle. And inside my head, the impression is that, even after service, the performance is going to be more or less the same, plus it's gonna cost a lot. And then I planned to find a mechanic who can atleast help abit to get th vehicle in shape. I ended up in ' Greeze Monkey ' by taking references from multiple areas. And thats it. Team knows what they are dealing with, they kept sending me pictures via WhatsApp on every parts they replace, including the engine oil and brake fluid change. Kept me updated about the ETA of delivery, gave me remarks on what all needs to be diagnosed or checked for the next service aswell. I actually planned a kodai trip last moment and I tell Mr. Vivek that, I'll be leaving to kodai the next day. The fact is, when they opened the vehicle, there were more work than expected. Any mechanics or garage would take atleast 3 days for delivering the vehicle. Since Mr. Vivek knows that I had planned the trip and he dint wanna hamper that, he joined along with the mechanics and made sure to get the work completed the day itself. All of them were working till 10 - 10:30 pm to make sure they deliver the bike to me, otherwise they end their day at 7pm. They did it very cautiously and beautifully. I've never heard my vehicle sounding this amazing since last 3 years, from the estimate of 22k, the final bill was around 10k, I'm truly satisfied, I've never seen it performing this good and never seen any folks like ' GREEZE MONKEY ' You guys made everything possible and THANKS A LOT TO Mr. Vivek and Team. They ask too much price. Even for a small thing they will suggest to replace bike part even when it is not required. They have looted me a lot. Go at your own risk. Many of my friends also told me that they charge much more than required. The problem which could be fixed for 2000, they will ask 4000. Visit at your own risk. Only good thing I noticed is that they won’t steal your bike parts and add a cheap one. Apart from that, they’ll charge way too much. I had a problem in my bike they asked for part replace, when i showed it to another mechanic, they did it for just 70 rupees. Thank god i saved me 1000 rupees.

My ignition keyset of cbr got complaint and they got replaced with original Honda product. And they found some other issues and sent me the pics with defects through WhatsApp which is a great effort from them where i don't need to go there often and check the status.
