Had been looking to get a timepiece for a while to feel a little bit more grown up and eventually (after a very long period of consideration up to the point where after purchasing the watch I am not sure what I should be doing with my free time now) decided to get a Rado True Heart 38mm Black ceramic. When I was looking to get the watch online, Hayley was super helpful in answering my questions. After purchasing it Hayley again was super helpful in arranging for it to be available for pickup earlier than agreed upon time frame. Greatly appreciated this. When picking up the watch at Blacktown Gregory, Nikki (and also another person at the location at the time) was super helpful and definitely made it felt like picking up the watch as an experience. She told me all about the watch, how to look after it, basic FYI about it, resized the bracelet, and also provided personal opinion that it looked great on me. Greatly appreciated this as well! At the start when we were looking for a wedding band for my partner, we went into Gregory Jewellers in Parramatta, we were allowed in, but we were never looked at, never spoken to, they ignored us and just felt that we weren’t good enough to enter in there, it just didn’t feel welcoming at all, it kind of left a sour taste in our mouths, but I gave the name the benefit of the doubt and went into Gregory Jewellers in Blacktown, well I’m glad I gave it another crack. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Gregory Jewellers Blacktown, the team were very welcoming and assisted in every way possible, they made me and my fiancé really comfortable and the processes easy! Would definitely come back. Again thank you, we couldn’t be anymore happier then we already are!!

Even if we were just there to enquire on pricing, Jellian was happy to assist and with a smile showed us the product and patiently answered our questions. The Manager, Felix, even gave us a special price which was really tempting. We had a pleasant experience as we did not feel pressured but was given that great customer service, which oftentimes is neglected by some vendors, not realising that the majority of people like us partly have decided already and just need a friendly and courteous service to seal the deal. From the moment we stepped in to the store all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nikki served us and showed us exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We had to order the piece we were after and asked if it could be ready for our anniversary in 3 weeks. They worked their magic and had it ready for us to pick up in a week.
