The entire Greyhound situation seems abusive. The entire equation smells like feces and urine, not the people, the buses. I can tolerate the abuse, but the rest of the world doesn't deserve it. Greyhound should examine its soul. Take them if that's your budget, but I recommend craiglist rideshare and rideshare apps over this. Yikes. Predatory practices is an understatement.
So much for elderly assistance. I couldn't get the front seat as promised and then the bus left me when I was told my tag was inadequate after being cleared by security. THEN they told me to run after it! I'm very dissatisfied after many other wonderful trips over 55 years of Greyhound travel.
