Sunday 19 December around 7.00 to 7.15pm I was approached by one of the manager to put a mask on whilst I was standing behind my friend on jackpot table he said even your ill you still have to wear it I agree what he's saying and I looked around on the rest table asian people had there masks on and he did not approach any English people who did not have mask on I am disappointed that picking on certain people its unacceptable due to there skin colour it was like he picked on me due to my skin colour racism shouldn't be accepted at any place at anytime . Could you kindly response to my feedback and give me an email address or an address to wesr I can send my complaint. We shouldn't have one rule for one and one for another I could have created a scene in casino but its not my nature to do that hope this is looked at and dealt with .

Really like it here, very high end in comparison to others and spacious which is good in busy periods. All staff here are friendly (or just straight faced) but happy to help. Very modern with FREE onsite car parking close to City Centre. Complimentary colas if playing on the tables. Have frequent competition's and giveaways again which you cant complain about. Food here is actually quite nice too and ideal for big sporting events such as boxing and NFL. They also have a rewards points scheme (which I believe they may have stopped). Overall one of the better Casinos in Leeds.

Another visit July 2023. Still great standards, food was excellent, great menu choices. On this visit I had Chrispy chicken fries, Cajun flavour and very very nice they were. Also Panko Crusty chicken strips, they came with Katsu dipping sauce and Red onion pepper chutney. Wow what a taste. Nice casino, great staff, helpful and well presented. Complimentary drinks, Good poker room, tournaments and cash poker played here daily. Excellent restaurant and good food available. Free carpark with lots of available spaces. Hotels within 5 min walk. 15 mins walk from Leeds centre .

Last time I will be visiting... Home of the jobsworths since lockdown. Now even when quiet get told off for mistakenly going wrong way... Then told no spectators at blackjack table, then told minimum play on blackjack had been upped... Oh and then cannot order at the bar, must be at table or app... Staff treated me with such discontempt that I will not be returning.. Very few customers and frankly can see why... Avoid this place, unless you enjoy being treated like a naughty schoolboy/girl...

It's hard to get excited about casinos in the UK when you're used to ones in the US and other more grand places. So this review speaks directly to tournament poker as opposed to the casino as a whole. The tournament poker area was okay; a bit crowded, especially at break time. Compared to the new Victoria casino on the other side of town, this room is somewhat claustrophobic. And one of the tables was actually leaning downward to one end, making it awkward and uncomfortable to play at.

I went here with my husband for a meal and we had a small gamble on the roulette wheel. I have just received a £100 parking fine ? apparently on arrival i should have told the guy on reception i had parked my car in the car park . i didn't see any sighn telling me to do so it was very dark when we arrived. the receptionist asked me to sighn in because i wasn't a member but never asked me if I had used the car park. i won't be returning here the place is a dump and the food was awful.

If you want a quiet drink for the early Saturday premier league kick off this is the place to go. It's that quiet they don't have anyone manning the bar which is fine as it only takes a couple of minutes for someone to come to the bar. The cash machine by the downstairs cashier didn't have any money it. The upstairs cash machine only charges a mere £1.50 for you to get your own money out to lose in the casino. A fair price to pay for use of their facilities.

The food was excellent, drinks great. Very good meal, no complaints. Good service. The surrounding casino very good. Been a member across the road for years and it is refreshing to go to Grosvenor where there is so much more space in the playing area. Makes for a more pleasant gaming experience. Nice separate bar area with big screen where you could even just go watch sport and not even go near the gaming area if you wanted.

The best ive been in by far staff from management to dealers and bar staff made our first night in leeds one that will be talked about for a long time im so looking forward to going back special praise to the restaurant staff and restaurant management the food was excellent you guys have got this place sorted nothing needs changing just hang on to the staff you have and this place will flourish well worth a visit

Had a fantastic night last night, the food was outstanding and was worth every penny. First time for us all so was an eye opener, loved the crack. Will come again for sure. Lost on my bets along with my mate, but son and brother-in-law came out a few quid up. All in all was a splendid night, somewhere different to visit and like I said the food was spot on along with every member of staff we spoke to.

Been to this casino on many an occasion. If you’re looking to play poker in Leeds; this is the place to go for lots of action! But get there early; the tables get v busy. My husband and I came here on a whim as an anniversary treat to ourselves. We have never been in a casino before and didn't know how to play any of the games. The staff were incredibly friendly, they showed us how to play and we happy to answer all our questions. The cocktails were a tad strong but lovely, food was incredible and we had a fantastic night

They know they are understaffed but continually prioritise anything else but staff issues. Poker location and dealer availability is pitiful. When the new casino in leeds opens, if they are half right, they'll wipe the floor with this place. Not like customers having been crying out for change...

Just such a lovely place and very nice staff. I went on my 21st birthday and was given 2 free drinks tokens for the night which was really generous! As I was playing the staff asked if I wanted teas or coffee, which I didn't need but it was a sweet gesture anyway! Lovely clean and classy layout

Can't really fault Grosvenor Leeds, miles better than it's Sheffield counterpart, sone excellent poker tournaments, cash is decent and they always try to accommodate the player, decent bar, decent food and in the poker area a tea/coffee machine that members can use. Yep I'm ok with this place.

Worst place to play in leeds no win at all hwre and in john lewis casino ill not go there anymore and the person at bar charged me double price for a beer then the person that brought it to me when i was sitting and called the service they rip of people there …

Same situation in every casino. When you strat winning they haunt you and keep change dealer. They don't understand I'm here to have fun not to trick them. Always being treated as a scamer. Floor manager keep changing dealers if I hit my numbers frequently. Hmmm …

Out with friends for a Christmas get together. Had a three course meal with a complimentary glass of prosecco. Pate for starter, Salmon & sea bass main course, followed by a lemon & raspberry mousse. All the food was delicious & the service was spot on!

Pretty reasonable casino, the staff are really friendly and are happy to have a bit of fun with you (as well as offer increasingly unsubtle hints!). Not an amazing selection, and poker is often overcrowded but on the whole pretty good.

Good reasonably priced food, restaurant staff is friendly and polite. Only issue is the Arrogance and Attitude of the reception staff, they way they look at you and talk to you definitely very unprofessional.

Expensive, not enough tables open at weekend especially £3 blackjack 50p Roulette. Large sporting event = lots of people. Don't put poker tournament/tables in front of the screen during game. Not smart!

For the lost and sad. A bit like American style evangelical churches but here you know exactly where your ££££ going and some times you get a bit back with out all that god stuff getting in the way.

Went on Saturday with my husband for a Peter Kay tribute night and a 3 course meal. Lovely food and brilliant service especially from Sharon who served us and chatted to us most of the evening.

Excellent casino with great staff, very helpful reception man Ben helped me and my friends sign up. Great and friendly bar staff, really enjoyed the “Mystic Gorilla” slot game ! …

Good casino which provides a great selection of casino games+ a good poker room with both cash and tournaments. Also has free car parking. Serving great food in the restaurant.

Majority of staff, quite helpful. Clientele, debatable, some obvious everyday gamblers. Food in restaurant nice. Casino itself had a bit of amusement arcade feel to it.

If you just want to watch the game it's Perfect they've a massive TV and no one bothers to go there for sport so it's usually free and empty so no one is in the way!

First visit in many many years. Classy inside with friendly staff. Only let down by the cost if a minimum bet on Blackjack and Roulette. Will be going again though.

Been a while since I frequented here and pleased to say it was a pleasure. Plenty of tables and terminals to play on and the staff were friendly.

Casino is very small compare to US. There were only 2 blackjack tables, and only 20 or so players in the entire casino during weekday night.

Bright, clean, fresh and professional. Since the refurbishment was completed this casino has become a much more enjoyable venue to visit.

Good bar area. Plenty of roulette tables, and virtual machines. Plenty of space/easy to get to tables. Clinical feel and lacks atmosphere

We had a great night here. We had the "small plate" food and it was all lovely. Nice casino although fairly small.
