Had a great experience with Jenna & Co as a first-time buyer (me) and first-time seller (my husband.) My husband and I worked primarily with Jenna. However, most recently Graeme hosted a great virtual open house (selling) at our home. For selling, my husband is the logistical owner of the home. However, Jenna always treated us as equals throughout the process. Her great attitude, professionalism, and prompt assistance throughout the process was greatly appreciated. As first-time home sellers, we certainly had a lot of questions, and her expert guidance was greatly appreciated. When we bought our new home together, Jenna was a great resource. It was a long time ago, but - if I recall correctly - we met once for our consultation. My husband and I made it clear that we'd be "picky" and wouldn't settle for much. Jenna recommended a builder to us that day. The following day, she brought the builder's pamphlets to our home and informed us that three lots suddenly became available. We decided to go check it out, just in case, and ended up reserving one of those lots that same day! Now, 1+ year later, we're about to take ownership. I truly owe finding our new home to Jenna! I will miss working with Jenna until we have another home to sell / buy. I know I'll certainly hire her again when that day comes!

Stephanie Boulay recently helped us to buy a house. She was very helpful in finding places that met our needs and efficiently organized visits. Stephanie has excellent communication skills and reassured us with quick responses to our questions. She never pushed us into making decisions we were not ready for and was never irritated by our questions or requests. She was very helpful in guiding us through the administrative process of making offers and closing on the house. Stephanie went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. Even after the sale of the house she remained available to us and helped us with some issues. Because of her indepth knowledge, patience, excellent communication and empathy, we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Very bad experience. She is really irresponsible and unprofessional realtor. She sold us a house!! First of all, house was so filthy that one cannot put his stuff there without cleaning it. Secondly, the owner did not move his stuff out even the next day of closing and was still in the house even when we had keys . Thirdly, they left tons of there stuff in the house that we took pain of putting out. Moreover, there belongings are still seating on curb as garbage but the REALTOR is not taking responsibility of dumping it properly. Finally, when called She refused to help in anyway rather talked in highly egoistic way . I can't believe, how a realtor can be so irresponsible. NEVER BUY A HOUSE UNDER HER LISTINGS. You will regret!!
