I received a wrong order from Uber eats and I called up the store asking about it- not only was the phone line connection absolutely awful, so was the customer service, the person I was speaking to was rude and offered no help at all. Beefless burritto! I ordered a burritto with pulled beef, as I requested it. As I ate and ate, it was nothing but rice and beans with only a pinch of meat! Why would I add an option for pulled beef if I barely get any? I'd call it a rice and beans burritto! The picture I put is all the beef there was!

guzman has got to be the most incredible “fast food” out there. I would genuinely eat it for every meal if i could. and i almost do. lunch and dinner - guzman is a go to. The enchiladas, nachos, fries, burritos, quesadillas are supreme. Guzman has my heart above all other food. Thank you guzman

My child did not eat any of his kids meal - the chips were ridiculously salty (i couldn't even eat) and his quesadilla was soft and soggy. My burrito bowl had chunks of fat from the slowed cooked beef and was overly seasoned with the same spice so everything in the bowl tasted the same. More

That was extremely good! I ordered a delivery, two beef tacos and one pork taco and they were absolutely delicious, juicy, soft and tender, gobbled them up very quickly. I also ordered medium chips which were gone in seconds. My brother always orders from them, no wonder! More
