The establishment: When you first walk in is super clean, it’s cool, the music is classic 80’s with it at the perfect volume . The place is filled with conversations from several sides but not so loud you can’t hear your own conversations. The bathroom was very clean, while it did have an odor it wasn’t overpowering. The drink station was clean, a rarity in most establishments. The kitchen was clean and organized. Overall my impression of cleanliness was superb. This place has a very welcoming feel and a nice place to eat. The staff: Chris and Mike Very friendly, greeted us as soon as we came in. Let us know he would be right with us. He was working in the kitchen. In a timely manner he got back to us and took our orders. I really enjoyed his energy, very open and friendly. The food and drink: The tea tasted pretty burnt and I had to dump it for a different drink. When brought to the persons attention that the tea needed to be replaced they immediately said they would take care of it. They brought the food directly to our table then grabbed the tea machine to switch it out. I have never seen a reported problem get handled so quickly before. It is obvious they care about this place! We ordered the “gyro the sandwich” and “the steak sandwich-customized which they got right” and fries. The sauce comes on the side which I actually really appreciated. Sometimes gyros have way too much in one spot. The steak sandwich was amazing, the spices on it really make the flavors pop! The gyro, oof! Was so amazing, so fresh and had great flavor. The fries hot but not lava, fresh. Everything was amazing! Definitely going to be returning for my Greek days!

Joe meeting I would suggest just changing the song selection to a more personalized selection that lives at the spot sometimes the radio has different things that are not really pertaining to the spot. I love this place. The food is very good. I liked it better when the onions and tomatoes were cut in strips instead of chunks. They stayed in the pita better. The salads and hummus plate are also delicious. This time, we decided to spring for some baklava. It was very disappointing. Instead of many alternating layers of nuts and phyllo, covered in honey sauce, there were a bunch of dry layers of just phyllo on the top. You could choke on it. I've had it there before, and it was good. This time, not so much.

I have been coming to this location for several years and never gotten a bad meal. To be honest, I get the same exact thing every trip; Falafel and Fries. The portions are huge! The Falafel is nice and crispy and comes dressed nicely with Lettuce, tomato, and onion. You can get it with the sauce or hummus. I prefer the hummus and add hot sauce to it when I get home. The fries are always fresh, hot, and crispy. This place is definitely a hidden gem and a nice and healthier alternative to regular fast food or fast casual.

First experience the other night. Door Dash menu a little restricted, (wonder how those greek fries taste). Most of us got the basic Gyro. Adults loved it, kids not so thrilled with the lamb/beef mix. The chicken pita sandwich was enjoyed. All pitas full of meat. Tried the falafel wrap...not bad, definitely different, but not for me. Basic fries are better than a lot of places. I absolutely loved that the dressing comes in the side (plenty too), allowing me to choose how much to put on. We will definitely eat from here again.

Just ordered a delivery thru Postmates for a gyro and fries. Good golly it was amazing!! The fries were perfectly golden brown and actually hot and fresh, even with a delivery, I am extremely grateful. The sandwich I asked for the sauce on the side, with no tomatoes and they got it right, wow! Perfectly fresh and hot. No complaints at all, for the first time in forever I got a great hot meal like I was in the restaurant but at home. Thank y’all so much for making me my awesome dinner! I’ll be back

Gyro Time is one of my favorite Greek "fast food" restaurants in Vegas. I usually eat lunch here at least 4 times a month. I go to both this one on Cheyenne and the other one on Charleston...which happens to have a drive thru. I am always greeted at the door and the staff is friendly and helpful. I believe that this is a family owned restaurant. Personally, I prefer supporting small businesses. Try the Greek salad with grilled chicken and Greek dressing.

Best Gyro I've ever had from coast to coast in good ole USA! ❤️ Manager stated they use only the highest quality meats, pitas, and veggies and you sure could tell. I will be back... and soon!

The best Gyro place in Vegas!! I’ve driven by here so many times put off by the fact it’s in a strip mall but do not let that stop you! This is the best gyro place in Vegas - everything from the pita, fries, meats etc…. Is HittING (I had to double down on that). I can’t say enough good things about the flavors that they have going on and the good serving size of meat. Do yourself a favor and check this out.

I love this place. I go to the Cheyenne location and have never had any issues. The food is fresh. As far as the staff, I have had some really nice staffers and then I have come across some not so friendly, but that's every where you go, not everyone is in the good mood we would like for them to be especially when you're spending your money. Over all this is a great place to eat.

People who say best gyros in town, have never eaten at Stephanos or The Great Greek. Horrible tzatziki sauce. I make much better sauce than they do. Not traditiinal. They cut it with sour cream. Gross. Sour cream is not an ingredient in tzatziki sauce. Meat is thin sliced frozen stuff. I like the places that slice thicker chunks off of the cone on the vertical rotisserie.

LOVE LOVE LOVE GYRO TIME!!!! The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to help you. The fries are everything a French fry should be, hot, salty, crispy and delicious. The pita is soft, the tzatziki is creamy, the chicken is moist. If I had one complaint it would be this, more chicken, less lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.

This place is so underrated. Every time my wife and I come in for lunch we ask each other why we don’t come more often. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Zack was the gentleman that took my order today. Super nice and he didn’t get annoyed by my dumb menu questions. He made me feel welcome. Thank you Zack!!

This was the first time we've been to your restaurant. We ordered take out-my husband had the Gryo Time Original, I had the grilled chicken gyro and we split bbq slider. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh! We found our new favorite spot and will definitely be back and will tell friends how amazing everything was.

My husband have been going to the Cheyenne location for quite a time and love it. Kudos to Zack for making sure my gyros was made to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work Zack and I will definitely be back Thank you

I was planning to go with my cousin and his girlfriend to this place, but something came up and I ended up not going, and thank God I didn't. They both got food poisoning from both the lamb and beef in the Gyro Sandwich. They were vomiting and had to call in sick from work and lost a chunk of hours. Thanks Gyro Time.

Good thing I live close to this place, because my friend and I both went home sick from this restaurant. The substance that we ordered, was listed as steak, however, it should’ve been labeled “mystery meat.” It looked like dog food and tasted like pencil shavings. Save your money and buy a hotdog from 7-11.

These guys do it right, every time. The food is amazing, and I’ve never had better Greek fries and gyros. Staff is friendly, and food is always fresh, hot, and fries are crispy! Best gyro spot in Vegas hands down. Also, if your running take out, their containers are compostable!

Quick, fresh, good, comfort Mediterranean food. Enjoyed the freshness of the Gyros meat, veggies and the hummus was really good. The cashier was nice and the food came out hot, fresh and how we ordered it. We will definitely be back. Like the patio seating that is available too.

Very very good. The classic Gyro was what we ordered. Pita bread was soft, not chewy, meat was tender and the sauce was really great. Only detractors was it was sooooo bloody hot in the resturant, it was uncomfortable and the baklava wasn't very good as others that I have had.

I spent 16 dollars on one sandwich and it felt like I was unwelcome. Employees are trash. Policies are trash. I asked for an extra cup of sauce and they treated me like I didn't just spend 16 dollars on a sandwich. Do not waste your money with these trash people

Good Grilled chicken gyro, a little expensive but delicious. They have another sandwich called the Banger, for $5 which looked very good, will try their other offerings soon.

Never eaten there before, ordered since the reviews were great. Never again. Falafel was so over cooked, the one I ate needed to be covered in the cucumber sauce to be edible. As you can see, not only was the lettuce wilted but it was rotting.

Absolutely enjoyed our food! It is a welcome treat whenever we are near. The staff are outstanding, polite and friendly. We have never had a bad meal or were disappointed. Top notch quality, if you like Gyros, here you are !!

They have the best gyro's in town here. They are not cheap, but they load them up with lots of meat. If you like gyro's this is the place to go, and if you've never tried one then do yourself a favor and do it here.

Always good and so yummy. Consistent comfort food made to order and the staff is always nice and professional. It's clean and a bit tiny inside but you can take it outside to the outdoor eating area on a nice day.

So consistent over the last 40 years it's incredible. Still the same one as back in the day. Gyro with nothing but meat, extra cucumber sauce to lather it up. An extra cup to pour all over my chest.
