Aloka is a very approachable and friendly individual. He is very knowledgeable in car mechanics, and so he should as this is what he does as part of his day job, working for one of the primary dealership networks as a mechanic! Aloka was introduced to me by a family friend. The convenience for me was that Aloka comes to you, saving you the hassle of having to drop your car off for servicing. I initially had one of my cars serviced, and subsequently had my 2nd car serviced by Aloka too. Besides servicing both cars, my 1st car required new breaks and two new front rotors (bad wheel vibrations), and passenger window motor replaced. The parts Aloka used were quality components, cheaper than what you would have to fork out for genuine dealership components, but better than most off the shelf products on the market. Needless to say, the car drives like a dream. With my second car, here too Aloka serviced the car with quality components. I also queried Aloka if I needed new break pads and rotors (slight vibrations when applying the breaks). On checking, Aloka informed me that the breaks and rotors could be left until the next service, saving me having to commit to extra money this time around. As highlighted, Aloka is friendly, approachable, and honest in his work ethics and the quality of his work output. I am confident he will be that to you too. I certainly will be calling on Aloka's services (pun not intended :)) the next time my cars need to be attended to.

He replaced my transmission mount on my Honda Odyssey, which is burried under heaps other components. He took no shortcuts and very detailed work.
