I recently went to H&M Professional Computer Services in Glenroy. I must admit I am normally very dubious regarding repair services and I will admit I was quite concerned about the possible cost and time required for repairs . I am a teacher and need my computer on a daily basis. The problem was promptly diagnosed. I was very impressed with Steve and the team. Although I had to wait for a new screen to be delivered, Steve lent me a temporary screen while the actual new screen was being ordered. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this friendly, accomodating team who pride themselves in their work ethics. Thank you so much! Also thank you for attending so promptly to my additional keyboard issue.

My wife had her hard drive wiped clean and I spoke to multiple businesses who were unable to assist retrieving the data, as it had been formatting on a Mac device. The boys at H and M in Glenroy were so professional and helpful. They were confident they could assist and have me realistic timeframes to fix the issue. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call ONLY 2 days later saying that it had all been completed and now I have all the memories that were lost and they have seriously changed lives by doing this. I have had all my high-end computer systems custom-built by these guys. Prices are very good. Turn around time for building computers and repairs are very quick. You want some components/parts that's rare and super powerful? If these guys don't have it in stock in their store, they would jump on the phone straight away in front of you. I'm technical minded too and I've seen the quality in their work, cables and looms neatly routed and tied up inside, parts carefully chosen and assembled to maximise your functional expectations, and hardware cooling. Happy smiles to greet you each time to top it off.

This is a belated review, as I went to H&M Professional Computers about 4 months ago to upgrade my newly purchased laptop. The fact that I'm writing this 4 months on from my visit speaks volumes about the lasting impression their excellent service left on me; service that I'm continuing to enjoy, with my laptop running perfectly. Steve did such a quick, professional job with the fix and with an easy and friendly manner. They will certainly be my go-to for all I.T. needs in future.

Quoted me a ridiculous price for a small job. Was asking for far more value than the part was worth and then an insane amount for labour that would have taken less than 3 minutes. He even lied to me by claiming the job will take at least 2 hours to make it seem like he’s done more work than it’s worth. I wonder how many other people he’s unfairly delayed like this. Excercise caution and try to shop around, these guys will try to take advantage of you.

5 stars Honestly so professional friendly and amazing service!!! They fixed my computer and had some remaining issues but not there fault it was Microsoft. They fixed it for me straight away worked on it for many hours without charge. Very affordable and very honest with my computer. Even followed up with text messages. I was in a very bad spot when my laptop stopped working and I had to find an affordable replacement as soon as possible. I went into H & M and Vig truly saved my life. He found a great laptop within my budget and also helped me to set it up wit my Google Chrome account and even imported all my bookmarks which I had saved onto a USB. I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough - definitely 5 stars from me.

Steve has been a great help! When my computer was malfunctioning I was concerned about the time and cost it would take to repair but at H&M they were able to diagnose and solve my issues very quickly and at a great price! Steve has also helped me identify potential options for improving my computer in necessary ways. Definitely worth it and will definitely be returning!

I needed a new hard drive on my laptop and I am delighted with the customer service I received at H&M with full, but understandable, details of the options available. This is now the 3rd time I've used H&M to either fix or build a computer for me. The last time was a replacement SSD hard drive in a very slow Toshiba laptop. Turned what should have been a good laptop into a great laptop. Very professional to deal with and not expensive. After sales advice was very helpful as well. Thanks fellas.

I have used this local business for the past 15 years. Its where I but new desktops and laptops and have them repaired when necessary and I recommend them to friends who also use them.
