Never shop again here! recommend all shoppers to avoid this branch. Abusive Rude and disrespectful manager who can hardly communicate in English. I can see some other people left similar feedback about him here and I wonder why H’&M will not do any thing about him! You cannot keep a rude disrespectful guy to upset local people. I am a regular local shopper and I am so upset that never thought I’d have to come here to leave a review. Since we don’t have more fashion retailers in Putney I always buy most my cloths from this branch of H&M. I have been living here all my life: I have never confronted such a rude unreasonable uncivilised retailer staff in any stores. He humiliated me front of other customers for no reason. Not willing to help or offer any assistance and keep shouting at me front of everyone and blaming me why I was shouting at him!! I simply bought something online and asked to be delivered to my local store. When I reached the counter I spoke to this guy and said that I was there to pick up my item but also wish to rerun it at the same time as I already bought it from them on Wednesday. He then with abusive behaviour said that I’d need to go upstairs and log in to collect it myself. I am not familiar to click and collect and also have limited mobility issues as well as stress and anxiety. I said I was sent a message to pick it up with a pin code and why not he gave me a favour and get it for me as I was going to return it anyway and I didn’t know how to use it and I did not know this was the case and it was not clear and explained online when I was purchasing this. I said anyway I’d would have to go back to him to return it. The shop was empty and quiet with no crowd waiting whatsoever. He could easily have helped me but instead He shouted at me with horrible attitudes and turned a away from me while kept shouting at me and accusing me front of other customer and another staff member that I was shouting. I reminded him to be calm down as I was very polite and all I was asking was extra help and and no need to be so unreasonable. But he would shake his head and refusing talking to me. I asked the other customer if she thought I was the one shouting and she confirmed that was not the case. I felt so humiliated and stressed and desperate for help as I was in rush to get to my hospital appointment. I was left in the middle of the shop with no one to offer any kinda help. I will definitely take this further in my good time and will send the official complaint when I can find the right people to reach out and will take this matter to the court if this person is going to be there and H&M wouldn’t do anything about him.

Warren was very disrespectful on the till ,he pushed me to sign up on H&M in a very sweet way and told me no problem he would help me,I had an account ,I had to change the password I told him ,,he said no problem ,the wifi was slow and taking long and he start shouting me telling me that there was a qeue waiting that what I was doing I told him I am doing what you told me to do! . He became so disrespectful,he ashamed me infront of the clients . I has never been treated like that by the staff of any shop in London. Everyone is very polite with the clients but Warren wasn't. Even when I said that I would put him a bad review he carelessly and loudly said :YES ,PLEASE DO!. That is very disrespectful. I am going to avoid Warren and the shop for sure. I don't go shopping to be put in a bad mood,I go shopping to have a pleasant time.

Did a £200+ shop in 3 transactions as I kept finding more! & returned some items next day. Was served by Elsa who had such a bad attitude and was rude and annoyed I was returning things from multiple reciepts. Saying how it was hard and confusing. Staff are happy to sell items so I expect the same service during a return. Also tills always have 1 person and loads of staff tidying the shop floor all day. Kids/Men's floor keep tills closed. Terrible service.

The fitting rooms are utterly disgusting. I needed to try on some clothes, and all the other rooms were busy, only one room available. Regrettably, it was in an extremely dirty state, with spilled tea covering the floor, rendering it impossible to even step inside. What made it worse was that the saleswoman actually invited me to use that particular fitting room. And I mustn't forget to mention the dreadful smell – it was truly unbearable.

Had trouble locating a pair of black trousers. Staff weren't too helpful. When I eventually found them myself after the sales assistant gave up, I noticed there was a £2 price increase on a smaller pair. I spoke with the manager who said that the till will determine the price and that he can't change it, even though I spent about 20 minutes myself looking through all the black trousers to find them.

Staff is very polite, but if you are more than size 14+ it's not your place :( They had an amazing things but only smaller sizes. I asked one of the girls for sizes 20+ and she told me that maybe in Wandsworth they have some. It's making me really sad to have to go to other stores to look for bigger size. Otherwise the store is very well stocked, they have plenty of clothes for kids.

Good H&M store. Only issues are the relatively small teenage boy section which you never seem too find anything amazing in. The main issue however is that the stairs to the second floor are positioned for the outside entrance making it annoying to get upstairs directly from the Putney Exchange entrance. Overall it’s just a little minor point to a pretty good store...

The ground floor is clearly the focal point of the business. If however you’re a man or mother collect the items and pay downstairs. Staff can’t be bothered on the second floor. They stand around chatting whilst leaving one member of staff to deal with the que. I counted at least for meme era of staffing doing nothing. So save yourself the stress.

I'm actually shocked at how many good reviews there are. H&M is one of my go-to brands but this branch does not deliver. As it is my local H&M I have gone in several times at different times of day. There is only ever one person on the till, even when the queue has over 5 people. On top of that, the service is incredibly slow.

Took an item of clothing back after 2 days of wear as the stitching had come away. Bad quality. Was refused a refund as I did not have the paper receipt . I showed proof of purchase on my phone with my reproof of purchase on Google pay showing ALL the proof needed. Still refused me a refund. I will never shop there again.

H&M in Putney has an entrance in Putney High Street and another entrance inside The Putney Exchange, they sell womens, kids and men's clothes at cheap prices. They have a good selection and sell costume jewellery, tights, shoes and handbags etc. Have a look round in here the next time you're in Putney. …

Good style and many sale items. Just don't do it if you are in a rush. I was queuing for half an hour just to be told the contactless reader doesn't work and to come back tomorrow to collect. I asked if I can quickly go get cash and they said they are closing the shop. So much for all that waiting time.

The Putney H&M is not the biggest that I've ever seen but certainly one of the cheapest in the area - great discounts & price cuts on many products and different styles. Time by time I was able to find here so far the best deals that H&M offered, so in my opinion it's well worth the visit in the area.

They have had a move around in this H&M the tills are now at the back of the store if you come in from putney High St entrance instead of the exchange entrance they have a good sale on at he moment so some bargains to be had and always a great shopping experience …

H&M is one of many stores that has gone down in quality. Their clothing selection used to be much better, now it seems like the clothing consists of cheaper materials. Also, this isn't a clothing store for a larger lady; most times I can't even find a large or size 14.

As this is one of my local stores I love going there especially after they have refurbished it, it looks lovely! I feel bad for the staff though, I went there today and there were a lot of customers getting angry, verbally abusing the staff

Spoke to three staff members while I was there.. Two of them seemed pretty miserable and unable to answer a simple question I have 'Do you know how much these jeans will stretch?' the guy at the checkout was super happy and helpful though!

Huge H&M with ladies clothing in the lower floor and men’s & children wear in the upper. There were nice sale items and it was a wide range of items. There’s also an exit to the street and one from the mall. The staff were also nice.

Less variety than other branches. They have a lot of space but it is not well organized. I shop for kids clothing and they didn't even have any kind of baby shoes. The Wandsworth southside branch is smaller but better.

Wide variety of clothing from the latest lines. No changing rooms due to covid but a good returns policy. Friendly and efficient staff. Allow a little extra time to pay for items due to covid but not a long wait.

Good range of clothes in the difference departments just shame of lack of staff mainly on weekends have to que at least 15-20mins on average which is not ideal in a popular retail store offering summer sales

Don't usually shop in H&M but thought would give it a chance. The selection for men is always a bit dismal but it's a the super slow service at the tills that always puts me off. The staff are polite though

I understand the shop closes at 7 pm but when you work, and think that at 6:45 pm you will be able to try clothes - they say, that fitting room is close. So what is the point to have open shop till 7 pm ?

Lots of stock to choose from here and it's quite packed in, it's worth spending a bit of time to check you haven't missed something! They have a clothes recycling bin by the ground floor till.

Good store over 2 floors but the layout of the store isn't the easiest to navigate. Overall it is still a decent size H&M with plenty of fashion for women, men and kids.

The cloths are ok for kids however when you find an item that's little bit above their average you'll find it "already gone"!
