Really unhappy with the quality of clothes in the ladies section.All of my clothes that I have bought from the h&m ladies section have either gotten lint after their first wash or even while I was wearing them for the first time.I am really dissapointed.

Visited H&M only for kids clothing and ladies shoes. The shoe department was so drab and a waste of time. The kids clothing had much bigger variety. But the Gateway branch is better. Good lighting, clean and neat. Overall I was disappointed.

Wednesday-Week before Christmas 3 cashiers are open in the entire store. Men’s cash desk is closed. 1 of the cashiers attending to a query for 15 mins . The queue has 19 people currently waiting. Poor staff planning for the festive season.

Terrible service, I went to return a gift that was the wrong size, I had the receipt and the tag but they refused to take it back because they said it was dirty and possibly worn. It was bought like that and I had everything needed to

Received terrible service from the current manager and his teller assistant. I went in to exchange a garment on the 22 December 2021 and upon producing the receipt the teller stated she requires a receipt. So here i am saying to her

Tried calling the store to find out if they have stock of an item I previously bought, no one would answer the phone. I am 150 km away. I'm not going to waste fuel going to the store to find no stock.

Could not exchange my gift that I got for Christmas for a smaller size as I didn’t have the slip- why would I have the slip if it was a gift ?? Very very very very angry!!

Unable to get hold of the store manager. Staff refuse to escalate a matter to him. Unable to contact them via phone as they do not answer. Very poor 'customer service'

Tried several times to contact on toll free number., not answering . Absolutely useless and unhelpful to have a number and no one to man the lines

Love the layout of the store. The kiddies department is amazing. Also love the recycling program at all H&M stores. My favourite store :)

This shop has a good selection of clothing. They have split the store in to two seperate stores for gents and ladies.

Same customer contact number for all stores. Number goes straight yo voicemail. You cannot call a specific directly.

Didnt want to name and shame...All branches are brilliant but Pavilions branch is out of this world/country
