Very limited selection in all departments, better to shop online. The worst of all there is no access for disabled or mums/families with prams to the basement. The elevator works for you to go down and then it doesn't work for you to go up, it says it is out of order and it has been that way for months. There's rarely any staff to help in the basement so your only option is the stairs. Very odd having kids selection in the basement but not able to leave without carrying a pram up the stairs and as for the disabled they are stuck there. Last week I spent at least half an hour in the basement and there was no staff to be seen and when eventually went up the stairs all the staff where on the ground floor chatting with each other!

Σήμερα πήγα με τα παιδιά μου και δεν είχε όλα τα νούμερα. Δεύτερον ζήτησα να πάει το παιδί μου τουαλέτα και η απάντηση της υπαλλήλου δεν έχουμε τουαλέτες για το κοινό και της λέω δεν γίνετε τόσο μεγάλο κατάστημα να μην έχει τουαλέτες και μου λέει ότι χάλασε το καζανάκι και της απαντώ ποτέ σε ένα καινούργιο κατάστημα χάλασε η τουαλέτα. Τι να κάνουμε δεν έχουμε μου απαντάει και της κάνω να πάει στις τουαλέτες προσωπικού και επιμένει πως όχι. Τότε θα τα κάνει έξω από το κατάστημα σας γιατί είναι ντροπή για ένα παιδί να μην το αφήνετε να πάει και μετά που άρχισα να επιμένω ήρθε μια άλλη όλο νεύρα να σας πάω πάνω για τις Ένγκελς και για παιδιά. Αφού πειγε το παιδί μου περίμενε απέξω όλο νεύρα. Δεν θα ξαναπάω είναι απαράδεκτοι.

Это не H&M в привычном понимании, а ларёк. Если вы хотите туда сходить, то рассчитывайте на "найти хотя бы одну вещь которая вам нужна, и то не факт". К тому же для мужчин там просто бесполезно что-либо искать. Полторы вешалки на полтора размера. Не дай бог вам ещё и будет ехать из другого города сюда. Этажа два, 20х20м каждый, да, 85% это женский отдел всякой всячины, причем уже с другой проблемой: попытались набить зал ассортиментом, крича "мы полноценный магазин", а вариаций размеров на "обширный" ассортимент тупо нет. Итого: доставка или Никосия, другого не дано

Firstly this H&M is basic !!! What was the worst is the man that works upstairs in the mens department in his late 40’s acting like a diva with zero fashion knowledge!! Rude arrogant and unhelpful he didn’t know what an espadrille was when hiring make sure this assistants can assist not just there like floating bee’s pretending to be busy when the store was empty !!!

It's a quite nice store. Ok it's not as big as Nicosia. As you enter its the woman's department then the ground floor is the children and the ones floor it's for men. I liked the children department it had more selection of clothes. The woman's department looked a bit empty not sow many varieties of clothes.

We visited the shop with my daughter few times. The last time the cashier, that was lazy and not polite, accused us for stealing earrings without any reasonable reason in front of all the customers. By the way I am a manager in a hotel. I am very disappointed and we would think to visit again with my family.

Δεν.ειδα τίποτα το ωραίο...ούτε γούστο στην διακόσμηση βιτρίνας αλλά ούτε γούστο στο τι επιλέχθηκε να μπει προς πώληση..οι πωλητριες ήταν το μόνο διακοσμητικό στοιχείο ...γενικα πολύ πρόχειρη δουλειά..ποικιλία και γούστο μηδέν..ρώτησα κάτι την πωλήτρια και η κοπέλα ήταν στον κόσμο της..

The best experience in an H&M store that i've been so far. The employees are so happy to help the customers and i was helped by two sales people, who were more than glad to treat me as a friend. Keep up the good work H&M. Huge fan ❤️❤️

Very very different from what you can find in Nicosia. Place looks too small and doesn't carry even a third of the items, that you can get online. I'd only go for basic stuff , although as a guy t I'm not sure i can find that either

We went today. 28th of April and they had only winter clothes, though we are in the middle of spring and temp are already on 30C°! Only basic pieces and casual. Old stock too. Not any formal or smart clothes. Waste of time for us.

I love H&M but I do most of my shopping online as there is a very limited variety of goods in the store in Limassol. The clothes are either for too old people or for teens, they do not bring the modern range you can find online.

Was expecting something to change since the opening but alas. Low stock, small variety, tiny male section while female section takes one and a half floor and kids section takes whole gigantic basement for some reason.

Good prices but employees does not know such words as “please” and “excuse me”. Woman on checkout talk to customers like they are trash. Maximum effort to finish shopping instead of throw closes in her face.

Всего две мужских примерочных, приходится очень долго ждать чтобы померить, и когда ты меряешь одежду другие люди стоят рядом и ждут тебя, это очень некомфортно, никогда больше сюда не приду

Ужасно маленький выбор мужских товаров, да и по словам подруги и женских вещей тоже мало, если нужен магазин h&m то вам точно не сюда, лучше сразу ехать в Никосию там на много лучше магазин

Two levels of clothing which was very disorganised and were all very plain… looks and feels like an old store despite only being open for a few months.

Mens has very limited choices as the building is divided as follows. 1.5 floors for women and 0.5 for men, with very limited clothes!

Very poor selection on women's collection. Comparing H&M online shopping with the actual shop is like two different brands.
