I just left your Queen St, Brisbane store and I felt I needed to pass on some feedback. I’ve been in customer service for almost two decades now and I understand sometimes there are bad days/customers etc. I didn’t require help but I wasn’t greeted at all when I went it. I found what I needed then went to the counter. The sales assistant didn’t greet me, smile, say anything really. I thought at first maybe the person in front of me was rude, because I couldn’t figure out why this person was totally expressionless or unemotional. The whole transaction passed and the only words spoken to me were, “do you want a carry bag for 15c?” I said yes and thanked her when the transaction was done but honestly I was just in shock as to how rude and disconcerting the whole interaction was. I don’t need a big personality or a conversation, but an acknowledgment that I am a customer purchasing in your store would have been nice.

I’ve had my hands full and I left the dressing room. I tried to put the top I wasn’t going to purchase on the hanger but it fell when I put it away and I tried to picked it up but I had too many things still in my hands (that I was going to purchase) and I asked an employee to help me as she was folding the clothing. She looked at me like I said something horrible and snatched the shirt from my hands. On another occasion I asked to another employee if the size that the mannequin was wearing was the only one left as it was my size and he answered to me “yes but that dress is not coming off the mannequin “ and left … I’m disappointed by the bad customer service. Some of the girls are lovely but it’s not the only two occasions where I meet such a service

Huge European market place with very affordable products. You can find anything and everything related to clothes at lower prices than traditional retailers. 1. Men, Women and Children clothing 2. Men, Women and Children Shoes 3. kids clothing and shoes 4. Luggage bags 5. Slippers They normally have either two or three different places within the same shop separating children, Men and Women clothings. These guys also have an old clothes return policy. Basically you return old clothes and you receive a 15% off voucher which you can use it on your purchase. Visit one of these shops and you will not be disappointed. Spacious with wide range of clothings. However, customer do check your receipt for purchases before leaving the store. The store is having an additional 10% discount on top of sales items for members. Announced I have a membership at the cashier, which was input into the system. However, the receipt shows no further 10% discount on my way out of the cashier area, and I had to re-queue to get my refund. Fortunately, I was next in line. The lady cashier on my left side when I was queuing attended to this, refunded but no apologies. The customers paying at my time of payment was a total of 3 customers, including myself. Either a system error, or human error for being inattentive.

I personally love the clothing from H&M and was there on Tuesday evening at around 6:00. I wanted to try a few clothes but the lady said that the men’s fitting room was shut for some reason and asked me to go to the kids one. On reaching the kid’s fitting rooms, the lady there asks me to go to the women’s fitting rooms down stairs and said she already shut the fitting rooms for the day! It was only around 6:15 and the closing time was 7pm. I told her that i was being sent there by the other staff because the other fitting rooms were shut for something but she didn’t care at all. I simply walked off the store then! Very disappointed with the customer service!

Purchased clothes here before, but recently when I bought a shirt from here, the boy who served me was very rude. he didn't even say hello, he just said something like "just the shirt?" then he went to continue having a conversation with another ataff member while i was being served. (a personal conversation not work related) He ended with saying have a nice day, but I don't understand why it is so hard to give your full attention to a customer that is buying goods from the shop. Without customers this boy would not have a job. It's the little things like this that can piss people off.

I hate to give such a low score & I normally don’t leave reviews. The changing rooms at this H&M on a Friday night are TERRIBLE. Of course it’s the patrons who leave them in such a bad state however there were two staff struggling to get through the piles and piles of clothing they had to put away and desperately needed more assistance. There was lipstick and make up all over the walls and changing rooms and clothes and hanger all of the floor. I really hope they up their staffing on a Friday night. I have to say however that the staff are ALWAYS so lovely and helpful.

It is in a very good location, public transport just a few steps away It has a section for men, women and children. At the moment, the fitting rooms on the second floor are closed, but the one on the first floor is available. It also has elevators inside and escalators. I consider that it is well organized and you can find everything, there are also many offers. Something positive is that I saw in their articles that they are becoming more aware of the environment and on their green labels it says "32% recycled cotton, 40% recycled polyester"

Maybe need to teach their male staff to knock or ask first before whipping curtains open in the ladies fitting rooms?! Was thankfully JUST covered up when it happened, but some mindless teenage boy staff member almost came barging into the obviously occupied fitting room! The curtains were closed properly before that, and you can definitely tell when someone is inside (shoes can be seen from under the curtains), so there's no excuse for such inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour. What if it had been someone's young child in there??

DISGUSTING SERVICE The girl working the closing register on Friday night was extremely unprofessional. I don’t expect much, but definitely did not expect her to snatch my phone after wiping her nose with her hand. She then proceeded to turn my phone on the highest brightness WITHOUT ASKING ME, when I was almost out of battery and needed to get home. Not to mention she slammed my new phone on the counter chipping my camera… Please just show some human decency. If i was management, I would 100% never hire her.

Usually love shopping here when in city but recent experience not coming back to this specific store, At check out the staff member serving us after scanning our items asked “and the jumper you are wearing” as to say I was stealing it, I replied NO YOUS DONT SELL THIS BRAND and clearly all clothes have security tags on them he was also scanning our pram very obvious felt quite racial as he didn’t do this to other customers. Please train better and work on customer service it’s not LV it’s H&M omg

Very very bad customer service When I got shirt they said come in 15 days fr any refund And the shirt didn’t fit good to me And I just wore like 5 seconds They denied to give a refund Like they are handling this much business and crying for 50 dollars Performing like a immature people I’m regular customer to this store In one year I gave them a business like around 1500 dollar’s And I don’t care about that 50 dollar’s shirt Which I leave that shirt at them

Interesting to see the people before me last week had the same experience. Wanting to try on multiple jeans in men’s, but the upstairs fitting room areas (two) both closed, told to go downstairs, with a baby and pram, up and down the lift to get the right fit is a pain and the customer service was non-existent. Everyone was so cold, from the floor staff to the fitting room staff. Shame!

Massive store, Very nice and clean look with all sorts of clothing items for men, women and kids. The range for everyone is great and the prices are very reasonable. The quality of the clothes is fantastic. The only little problem I've had with the store is that it can be near impossible to actually get help from any staff if you need any but you normally don't need it anyway.

Walked into men’s section today and asked to try on a shirt. The two lazy women behind the desk told me to go downstairs as they weren’t opening up either of the two change rooms on the upstairs level. I just said I wouldn’t worry about it, they then stood there and snickered to each other as I left. F this store, the staff are going to ruin the business.

No where upstairs to pay for the clothes,, till closed signs up n the desk, sales assitant upstairs walked straight passed me as I asked as he was too busy doing nothing I assume,, finally found the cash desk back corner, two lifeless sales staff behind the registers chatting away while theee people stood in line. Clothes dumped and see ya! 1045am today

Today I went to the store in good mood but there was a lady in white dress, I guess she was pregnant . She was so rude as I purchased the stuff and then I wore it but again she asked me that do you wanna pay for it ? I mean literally she was so rude . She ruined my mood this early morning . I wish I never see her again in the store

You never regret shopping at H&M as the product are good and you get a lot for your money, especially when they’re on sale. I found it hard to find a team member in store even though it was reasonably quite in store. This store is fairly big and it would unlikely you didn't find what you were looking for, they have everything.

Honestly pathetic that I found an item yet they only had one jacket left they had the jacket on display and refused to swap the size i needed with the size that was on the hanger and said they could not do it what a joke, poor customer service. Its a fashion store to purchase clothes not to just look at them on display.

I usually go shopping at the store and I went the last Monday around 4 pm. The girl who attended me when I paid was very rude and impolite, impressing me since she works attending clients. I understand that we can all have a bad day, but at least one expects them to respond to the greeting or a thank you...

very large store and great layout very easily accessible and categorized. Although home sector on the second floor was a little random and I understand due to the large interior limited staff is available within distribution of the store. Very surprisingly good prices for quality and will come back again!

I purchased 5 mens t-shirts from this store and after less than 2 months of owning them, every shirt has deteriorated and developed small holes in the fabric. I would strongly suggest to avoid shopping in H&M and especially from purchasing the menswear, as the quality of the fabrics is absolute garbage.

Jumper my partner bought from here has held up well and a pair of mens jeans but any clothes from women's section aren't made with much quality and I often find foundation marks on them! Have bought few items that haven't even survived first wash without falling apart after one wear unfortunately.

Always been good, except Today the guy working at trial room on 8/6/2017 Around 2 pm was very sassy with attitude, didn't want go for trial because of him and mistakely bought one size big. It would be nice if the store can get rid of those people, there are so many potentials looking for a job.

Great to see H&M in Brisbane. Great variety and good value. But they seriously need to sort out their service process. Way too slow for the lunchtime shoppers. Several times I've taken one look at the queue and walked out and they've lost $50 each time. Come on guys its not that hard.

On July 4th ~4:15pm. The woman who was working downstairs at the front of the store (womens sale) was really rude and unfriendly. There was quite some aggression in her tone when I just asked for help. It was my first time shopping in Brisbane and this experience had me disappointed.

its pretty good because the prices are really cheap. but some of the clothes are really bad quality. i bought a pair of tights and they were fine at first but then now they're pretty see through so thats not very good. but that was after a few washes in the washing machine.

On 23 rd Sept in afternoon I went to store in Mens Section on level 1 and after selecting clothes went to checkout desk where there is no staff I look around for staff members after waiting for 15 min there was no one at Till later on I just went off Highly Disappointed

has lots of fitting homes on the upper level, all of which are closed and lots of cash registers, none of which take cash. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else to somewhere that sells fashion items rather than this place which simply displays clothing

LACHLAN!!! you are the worst person to be working in customer Service. Not only did th RUDE “person” not take off the tag on a dress I bought, he refused to apologise for making me go out of my way to have to come back and return it. He’s disgusting!!

About time this store brought Australia into line with UK. Should have homewares in every store & online. Homewares here is a mess not organised & all over the place. Suggest you look @ Robina. Annoying that only 2 homeware stores 90 mins apart

Terrible customer service. I occasionally shop from here but first visit to the city store, but the the cashier lady just walked off when my daughter was waiting for payment. WTH?? HUGE disappointment. Funny thing is they dont care of CS.

The website says there is still one at Chermside, went all the way there to find they left the centre over 12 months ago. You need to update you website. Disappointed I now have to go into the city and can't shop locally.

Extremely understaffed during the week. I have gone into this store on several occasions during my lunch break to only one or two staff members working the tills, resulting in long lines of customers waiting to be served.

Good selection of products available and usually in style. Prices aren't expensive either, which makes this especially popular for younger people. Central location in the city makes this store in particular very popular.

People at the counter are super helpful. I just exchanged an item which my partner bought by mistake and there were no issues at all, even if I didn't have her card on me. Not too busy, great selection of cheap clothes.

This shop is Amazing..... Perfectly laid out the shop fitout isnt squashy or too loud.... Everyone can split off and shop by their own style.... We'll stocked, easy to find, clearly marked and very reasonably priced....

A vast array of clothes for most main stream styles and trends. Sizes can be a little random so trying on before you buy us essential. Prices are reasonable and the quality looks like it will last the season if not 2.

The young female cashier has a particularly bad attitude, and her face is particularly stinky! No basic professional ethics! Let people no longer have the slightest desire to shop, disappoint with the whole company！

No one in changing rooms keeping check on tags. Someone could of easily walked out with stolen clothes. Apart from that, friendly staff that will help when prompted. Small collection for mens, but can't complain.

Change rooms were disgusting. So dusty that even my own clothes but to mention the store clothes were covered in dust balls trying things on. The intros store floors hasn’t been vacuumed for weeks by the looks.

funky collections of casuals, home wares, shoes. I love their lingerie collection as well. I don't like their sale items but love the non sale items. You also find good formal wear for your office/ work place.

Bad customer service! Staff are not at all helpful and behave very rudely. Staff are not aware what the store stocks in which is highly unacceptable. Will definitely avoid visiting such an unfriendly store.

A company this big and they don't have a home deco section on their AUS website? The home deco on the 2nd floor has been there since they opened the store on this location. That's unacceptable.

It's a nice beautiful and modern two story building, it is a huge place there are a lot of clothes options for kids women and men to choose from also there are lifts for handicap people.

Queen street- Not alot of range for males, no real order of clothing options bit of a chaotic mess. Indooroopilly is a far better store for men. Customer service however is wonderful

Men's clothing section is interesting and has plenty of variety, and there's usually a few good bargains. Staff have always been helpful. Never been disappointed with any purchase.

Ever since they have been in town, H&M are great fir picking up (and paying for) good and sometimes inexpensive clothing. A nice place to shop and a lways had good service.

Clothes are alright to poor quality at fairly reasonable prices. However, the customer service is severely lacking and organisation on shelves needs urgent attention.

Staff were nice but I found the clothes of poor quality. Perhaps this was only the case with the 3 shirts I tried but 3 from 3 were ordinary so off I went to Myer.

Bad customer service and their security guards are rude. Would of spent heaps more money if we weren’t singled out and treated like trash by their workers.

You can usually find good quality and nice looking clothes at affordable price. Of course it's not low price, but it has some sort of value for the money.

We loved this shop when we where in Germany years ago. Super happy that they are in Australia. They always have great clothes for the kids and for us.
