Honestly stone oak needs to do better. We pay such high prices for HOA fees, and other fees and for this HEB pharmacy to take FOREVER is just atrocious. Every time I come to this pharmacy I’m always disappointed at the lack of customer service, at the time how it always takes over 20+ mins exactly. I work in customer service, so I try to give Grace and never say anything but jeez I’m highly disappointed and aggravated. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a negative review on all of this heb, only on the pharmacy area. Please hire workers who actually care about their job and have a passion in what they do. Thank you.

I get several medications every month and have for years. I've used at least half a dozen different pharmacies. This is by far my favorite ever pharmacy! They are so friendly, efficient, and fast service every time! They even went above and beyond and searched out coupons for my prescriptions without me even asking!!! They always get it right too!

Had a prescription transferred to this store, drove 25 minutes to pickup, then waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me in drive through. I was surprised by the curt, unfriendly, and dismissive service. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing! Customer service at this location is the worst I have had in an HEB pharmacy.

The pharmacy and pharmacist treated me unkindly repeatedly. I will not be going back there. The pharmacist at the HEB on 281 and Evans treated me like a human being, not like a depersonalized, drug-seeking individual.

Julie is the best and her staff is always so friendly. They even stayed on the phone with my insurance for over 2 hours. This really meant alot to me. They get my medicine out on same day mostly in about 40 minutes.

This pharmacy is the best especially since I’ve been taking medication for 5 years now and I feel great every time I show up and get my meds it’s awesome

Stopped by after grocery shopping for a free (with insurance) flu vaccine. Entire process was exceptional and the staff is super friendly.

So my Dr office called my meds Tuesday morning but did not receive until Wednesday at 1:00 pm. I think I will have to switch places again.
