Engagement Ring - Bespoke Design Service. I had been on the search for an engagement ring for several months, trying to find that perfect ring for the perfect day, and just could not find exactly what I was looking for. Both Ryan and Emma at H Samuel’s - Cabot Circus Bristol - provided exceptional service. They introduced me to their Engagement Ring - Bespoke Design Service. It was a game changer. I could choose the premium 18ct gold metal I wanted, the 2mm band I wanted and the colourless, flawless, excellent cut I wanted sent on titanium. It was perfect and so easy. With their Bespoke Design the diamond you get to choose to your specifications came within a week and you get to inspect it before making a decision, if it wasn’t the one they’ll order another free of charge. The best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

It's a basic jewelry store. They have some expensive stuff, and some more budget friendly things. I went to look at watches, as I'd previously purchased some from here before. The deals available for watches are quite good, and can mean you save money against a higher priced watch. For a national chain of jewelers it's friendly enough, but the staff don't bother you. They let you know they're there should you need them. Overall this is a nice store to visit if you need it's goods

I am very pleased to say that their cleaning and repair service is spot on! My engagement ring was scratched and dirt built up around the stone. They removed the stone, cleaned it and polished it and returned it to me looking like new! I will use this service again and fully recommend if you have jewellery needing a cleaning and polishing. Honestly prefer the collection and designs to more expensive brands or even independent sellers. Almost every staff member I have interacted with has been very helpful, and especially Kenzie who made a difficult purchase painless by explaining everything in detail, being extremely patient and helping to order it in to a tight deadline.

Two of my daughters had their ears pierced by Emma in the Cabot store today. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and lovely! We would highly recommend. One of my daughters had trouble with her previous piercings so Emma helped us with what to choose and explained why. Great service, thank you.

Myself and my friend had a great experience looking to buy a gift for your girlfriends. The customer service was outstanding and the lady who was helping us was very knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us to ensure we got what we were after. I’m very happy and would definitely revisit.

Liked the place and the staff were friendly. My only gripe is thats its typical high street shopping, you ask for anything slightly unusual and you get a strange reaction. I wanted a new ring for my Prince Albert but no, too off the wall for H samual. Oh well, least there's the Internet.

50p link put on a chain and 20 minutes after wearing it the link opened and the necklace split apart, cost £10 for the link but originally they wanted £60 to send it off for fixing (its just a ring) Total cowboys and they sell cheap jewelry for a reason.

Liv in the Cabot Circus store was a fantastic help on Friday when my partner and I were looking for wedding rings. She was enthusiastic, seemed to care about helping us choose the right ring and did so in a COVID-safe way. A real asset to the team!

My wedding ring broke within 2 weeks of getting married. Plus the diamonds are falling out. I got married on the 21st of December and I have to stop wearing the ring because of these issues. Disappointed much!!!!

Great shop, lovely jewellery, easy to see what you like, unfortunately served by a young lady who seemed disinterested in serving and felt rushed while trying to get some bracelets.

The staff here are so lovely and helpful. I've been to the stores in Cardiff and Bristol and all the staff have been really knowledgable and patient. I highly recommend the stores.
