My car had an issue internally ( my dog bowel inside and I clean the most part) . I was willing to give them a tip to help me out and they refused they said that chairs needed to be removed to be clean they obviously lied + they did a poor job on cleaning the external part of the car as well, they completely readjusted the car seats. I totally wasted 10 euro. The funny think another car wash 1 minute driving distance did an amazing job. Same price and they are offering free bottled water and a coffee for free while you wait . I don’t know how long they will stay in this business if they can not keep up with the competition .

The workers are close minded that knowing that the key car was in contact they still close the door with the windows rolled up and at the end they were blaming me because the car couldnt be open anymore.

Einfach nur super, für 10 € außen und innen gereinigt von ca. 6 Reinigungskräften. Alles per Hand, trocken nachgereinigt sogar die Reifen mit Glanz besprüht. Unser Mietwagen sah wieder wie neu aus.
