Today evening I visited as I have decided to change my hair color, without an appointment..there are few PPL I asked is there any availabile slots then they want me wait around till 6.20 p.m though I visited Max salons @ HSR LAYOUT A guy came to me said trial has to do as I was using normal black henna/ colour he wasn't that sure about it.. I said ok u can try I can't go for other treatments as my Dermatologist said no to any keratin/any quick treatments..(I'm a in medical field my family/friends is also reputed docs..I'm also doing fellowship in aesthetics) I dint said this BCz I didn't liked how he said these lines To me irrespective of it I said I'm feeding kid during pregnancy/ feeding time how can go I chose easy way The way he smiled recklessly indica or other things doc will say 1. He didn't even saw my scalp or my hair He wanted to serve other clients.. No reason to stop me BCz he thought I may can't afford BCz 8 came from home when my kids slept Explanation was not that good We had our own 30 years experience medical cosmetology Parlour too @ parents place even if talk to my helper she will not take this though I'm paying.. If the colour will come then u can proceed..if not he wud said no it's not possible.. I said I'm doing according dermats... I wanted my hair to stay healthy so I waited these days..An experience makeup artists& owns salon who's my friend insisted me to try I have been every where none said like u Here many got different hair colours there will be lil change I just did global highlights which came very good who are in same line I said I have to rush as I have kids then took me prior though there's huge full of ppl If u want more customers be there to help out.. I would have Said then only but I need to check weather my hair changes colour.. Even they said there are no much grey hair... negligible thats also in front line.. They tested then did treatment What happens post treatment cases.. I have clear view...as I'm working in these issues with experienced Dermats

I paid a premium for a service that didn't even last, making me question the quality of the products they use. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, they seemed more interested in moving on to the next customer. In conclusion, if you value your hair and your hard-earned money, steer clear of Hair Magix Salon for any global color treatments. This experience was not only a waste of time and money but also left me with a hair color that I'm embarrassed to show in public. Such a worst staff and worst experience… Done Botox treatment based on few celebrities videos and photos … Don’t ever go by seeing promotions videos and photos .. Abhay is the guy who suggested us to go for some biotin Botox (first time we heard the name called biotin ) he told normal Botox doesn’t last longer and go for this ,this again on extra cost .. I was new to this treatment , I had no idea on this …I trusted blindly and-went through the process … first time the guy did was-very unprofessional ,after wash the results were very bad , my hairs were still frizzy dry and curly .. called them immediately and sent photos , they told wil do it again and come after 1 week , went after 1 week and the process stated ,they applied some solution to remove the old Botox ,on the spot my hair starting falling immediately like bunch .. I clearly told Abhay to do the complete process but he is such a careless staff he just did some half of my hair and left it to another person though he was again unprofessional, without combing my hair he started the process . Hair fall stated gradually on the spot , and the solutions they applied still stinks when I wash my hair , after all the process again I asked them this gonna work this time ???they confidently told yes , went back , after the second wash the results very same ,I have a huge hair fall till date , hair use to just fall off by just touching it and wasn’t smooth at all after the treatment.. don’t fall into their trap influencer ads ..need a immediate action this , or I would process further Not at all recommend

Abhay is simply the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair Botox , as l've always been terrified of losing hair and deteriorating my hair quality - dryness, loss of shine etc. 1 first tried him for a haircut when he worked at Toni & Guy, was entirely honest with him about my apprehensions regarding hair Botox and so he gave me an appointment after a month so I would have time to think about what he had explained. I went back with all my fingers and toes crossed. Needless to state, I exited really happy with my look! It wasn't stark or drastically different, which was great for me. More importantly his tips on hair care ensured I went back in a few months to try something bolder. I've never looked back! Abhay did my hair Botox for my wedding and it was fabulous. Since then, l've tried highlighting, bayalage and Biotein really everything. The best thing is - he knows when your hair needs a break to recover and is honest with you. Thanks to him, my hair is stylish and healthy, always. He's been wonderful, honest and hard working and it's all paying off. The staff has odd attitude, and they do not have time to attain their customers. They will make you wait for 20 minutes just to ask you what services you need. They will handover their menu book and will forget that they even have customer waiting. I had gone their for my eyebrows and pedicure services but one female staff with straight long hair had extremely rude and un-welcoming attitude towards me. She literally said you should have called me once I gave you the brochure and said we don't have staff free today and can not provide you the service. I mean which salon has no time for eyebrows? After this she told his colleague that don't take the appointments like that, see the service first. I visited for the first time but will never visit again. They give priorities to the customer coming for big services only. On the other hand, my boyfriend had good experience with Nadeem, who gave haircut to him. He was good with his polite behaviour as well as his work.

Unhygienic, unprofessional n overhyped salon! They used an apron which was swarmed with tiny pieces of god knows how people’s hair All their hairstylists were busy even after taking prior appointment. So a random beautician comes to do hair service. She washes hair with very hot water, pulls hair n doesn’t know to detangle too.. left a lot of colour stains of forehead.. coming to threading - the brush they used to clean off the hair felt like a brush which is used to wash clotes( who uses that kinda brush ) Lastly coming to pedicure which felt like nothing was done except for soaking feet in water n taking out.. I burnt my pocket for such wonderful services.. do not recommend this salon.. worst experience ever.. totally disappointed PS: when you charge a bomb for your services can’t you maintain the standards? Can’t you use a disposable apron? Teach your staff how to behave with clients, very lethargic n careless staff..

I got hair Botox done here which is known to be better than keratin treatment but had the worst experience This is my 3rd time to get keratin frizz free treatment, 1st 2 time I got it done in plum & sugar and my 3rd was with hair magix but this treatment ruined my hair So much hair fall literally turned me bald Hair use to just fall off by just touching it And it wasn’t smooth at all after the treatment which was the essential point of it My sincere suggestion don’t fall into trap with them by looking into their ads or influencer marketing It’s not worth experimenting! And quite expensive as well compared to the top brands

I have been to this salon twice and it has been a really bad experience. I went the second time as Ithought maybe the stylist I got was not that great the first time. But I made a mistake. The second time the person cutting my hair seemed to be in a hurry to finish and just haphazardly cut my hair. I don't think they have very well trained people. It is more like a regular haircut place and not a good quality salon. Have to go another salon to fix my hair now.

They washed my hair 6 times and did botox hair spa and charged 9 thousand. After the spa my hair was frizzy and dry. Waste of money. I would not recommend this saloon at all. May of the staines are left on the forehead.and patches on the head.....
