On Friday 11/10/23 two emergency room nurses Natalie and Emerald put my father's life in danger by creating a scene and antagonizing his family all at my father's expense (the patient). In general, their behavior was terrible as well as their bedside manner. All this occurred as my father was screaming at the top of his lungs in pain. The family was told there is a high possibility he will need surgery. We were discussing the possibility of transferring him if that were the case due to SEVERAL recommendations. Including a recommendation from an EMT at the hospital. My brother asked the charge nurse for transfer paperwork as we were discussing this amongst our family (In English and Creole) and she (Natalie or Emerald) immediately walked out upset. Shortly after she stormed back into the room slapping her hands (literally) and saying "ok what do you want to do. Nobody but you can make this decision" to my father. My father asked when the doctor was coming and she said he was coming and walked out. At this time my father was not only in extreme agony but also being pumped with mind-altering drugs. I got up and told her (Natalie or Emerald) she didn't need to come back in at all. I told another nurse walking up that we needed a different nurse because we did not want her to come back. Her attitude was nasty and disgusting. That nurse either Natalie or Emerald I'm not sure who is who. Looked at me and my brother and said No y'all need to leave. Then said yah no I'm calling security. She never once asked what the issue was. Nobody was pulled to the side to de-escalate or discuss what the issue truly was. Security and police were called. At no point was the situation attempted to be de-escalated by the head nurse Brittany. At no point were any of the nurses involved concerned about my father or THE patients' welfare! My brother and I then Became extremely upset and loud letting her and the other nurse know we were not leaving our father. We were extremely emotional, especially about the idea of leaving our father around nurses who could care less. Who were simply administering pain drugs and knowing nothing about his history or caring about our concern of the drugs they were giving him. Natalie or Emerald continues to engage in a back-and-forth with me and my brother. She continued to speak to me directly as I told her to shut up and get out of my face. She was enjoying the anger she was causing as my father STILL screaming. I used plenty of profanity but at no point did I charge at her or threaten her or the other staff. Nor my brother. All we wanted was her and her other nurse friend whom she felt she needed to defend over my father the patient! NOT to come back in the room or engage with my family PERIOD. Yet at no point was she or the other nurse worried about my father or his status. They then tried to hand us a paper to sign him out of AMA amongst all this chaos simply because we wanted to CONSIDER the transfer of our father IF and when he needed surgery. That is AFTER we spoke to an actual DOCTOR. The nurse practitioner Amanda came and got me as this confrontation continued with these nurses as they were congregating outside the room gossiping as if they were at a social gathering. The situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and at no point was my father's safety or health put first. This was a massive failure. During all this, my father's blood pressure could've spiked causing a blood clot to break loose and KILL him. These nurses were not worried about performing their actual jobs or upholding the oath they took. Instead, they were too happy to engage in pulling power junkie movies with highly emotional family members who if something went wrong would have been the ones tasked with making the difficult medical decisions on behalf of my father

This hospital is garbage. I'd say 1% the staff actually cares about human beings. I've been dealing with my medical condition for almost a full year now and I'm still suffering. I keep being advised to return to this hell hole of suffering just because it was convenient for transport for my family to see my in my long stay and they think I'll get faster answers since they have my records but they never seem to know what is going on with me every single time. There was hours upon hours of no food and no water and no medicine. I was once given a mysterious pill that when I questioned the nurse what it was he was giving me pretended to not hear me though I repeated myself multiple times and ended up having to raise my voice assuming he could not hear me and then refused to even look at me. After taking mysterious pill I got violently ill. I couldn't get out of bed because I was a fall risk so I ended up screaming for someone while projectile vomiting all over the floor, all over the bed, and all over myself waiting for anyone to please help me and when someone finally came into the room he was mad I soiled myself and that he had to now clean me and the floor and the bed. When a family member decided to come sit with me after being completely humiliated by all this, that's when he turned into the nicest helpful guy in the world. The next day when I asked my new nurse what that medication was and she couldn't tell me either it was just shrugged off and laughed about. My GI surgeon during one of my many visits with in a short amount of time said to me, " If you don't stop coming in they're going to force me to fix you!!" In a very angry and childish tone then said "I'll see you in my clinic and walked out, as if I was returning for a fun vacation at the hospital I was returning all those times due to serious symptoms that they put on my discharge paperwork to return for if said things were to happen. When I was discharged that time I called his clinic for a follow up and was told he doesn't even take my insurance!! They made me feel so small like I should be ashamed to want to live. They treated me like I was making things up even though my scans blood work and urinalysis were lining up with the symptoms I was there for in the 1st place. Like I said I was just discharged once again with no answers recently, Im currently in excruciating pain and the problem is still ongoing. The way they treat people is disgusting and this place should be shut down!! I find it comforting to read that I wasn't the only patient experiencing this horrible behavior at this hospital based off all the stories and reviews on here!!! I will never go back there and I pray to God on one else will either..... DO BETTER HCA Memorial!!!!

I was admitted on Wednesday 9/27 to have my scheduled c-section. After my surgery was completed I was approached by my recovery nurse asking if I had taken any pain medications prior to being admitted to which I said no. She explained that my urinalysis came back positive for oxycodone. I told her that is impossible because I barely took Tylenol during my pregnancy so that it was a mistake. She said they would retest my urine. The retest came back for opiates of course because they tested my urine post surgery so I had the medication that was given to me for a major surgery. From the moment my day nurse Polly got on my rotation Thursday and Friday she treated me as if I were a drug addict. Never once while on my shift did she ask me what my pain level was or if I needed my pain medication on Friday I was given no pain meds since 4:45am by my night nurse. I was visited by the neonatal dr who stated they would need to test my daughters urine to make sure she didn’t have anything in her system. When I asked Polly Thursday evening if the results were back for my daughters urinalysis she stated yes and that she was negative for anything. I said exactly because your Lab made a mistake with my test to which she responded “well the baby’s came back negative” insinuating that my test had not come back negative. The treatment I received from this nurse was absolutely terrible. I have never in my life been treated like this while being in recovery from a major surgery. I had just had a baby this time should have been the happiest moments for me and her father but instead I was treated as a drug addict. On Friday afternoon around 1pm my nurse came in saying I was being discharged. As I was getting dressed and packing our belongings she comes back in 10 min later saying that my daughter was actually not allowed to leave until 3pm because she had to be watched for 48 hours due to the False drug screening. When explained that the only drugs that came back in my system were what were given to my for my surgery she threw her hands up saying she’ll just go get the neonatal dr since he’s the one who said it. So even though it was their labs mistake I was still being treated as if I took drugs while pregnant with my daughter. If anyone is planning on having a child here be careful they may give you false drug screening results. These kinds of mistakes could have effected mine and my daughters life they could have caused me to lose my daughter that day.

It was about 4:45 in the morning on Tuesday may 30th. I had issues with severe diarrhea for 5 days. I was feeling very dehydrated and it scared me enough to visit the ER. The waiting room was empty. I was greeted by a security guard, whom was friendly and asked me why I was there, and contacted the folks in the back. It didn't take long for a male nurse to come out and get me. He was cold and a little condescending to me from the get-go. He's primarily the reason for the two stars. Once I was in the room, the RN assisting him, the girl, was a little nicer to me. I told him that I felt dehydrated to the point of my being seriously concerned, and asked for an IV to get a boost as I felt I wasn't getting enough fluid in me fast enough to keep up with the moisture I was losing. He argued with me and said that was only for those whom are vomiting and can't keep fluids down. Fair enough I suppose. He then brings me a small bottle of Gatorade and leaves the room. The doctor finally comes in, I explain my situation and again I ask for an IV. She confirms what the nurse-guy says. I practically beg her to consider the IV anyway. She holds true on the "no" but eventually relents and asks me if I would like the IV anyway. I said yes, thanks, and then she leaves. The nurse-guy comes back in and seemingly acts like I went behind his back asking the doctor for the IV. He proceeds to put one together for me and eventually hook me up. His mannerisms seemed to suggest that he was annoyed by doing this for me. At the time, and only because of the IV, some blood was drawn. The doctor came back and said that my potassium was lower than it should have been and I was given two horse tablets to make up for that. Then came time to pay for the visit... I have never had a more impersonal experience in my life. A kiosk thing was rolled over to my bed. Apparently a real person started talking to me through it and asked me to e-sign some documents on this iPad thing. Then it came to the payment. It was $200 copay for the visit. And I look back on it; if I had not have insisted on the IV, I would have paid $200 bucks for 1 freak'in bottle of Gatorade. They wouldn't even have found out about the low potassium had it not been for the blood they drew when finally agreeing to the IV. The sum up: only two good things came out of this visit, the nice nurse and the doctor whom seemed to care.

I’ve been here 72 hour. Since stay with my minor daughter I heard foul language coming from the nursing station. I brought it to the attention on one of the nurse but still nothing was done about it . I still heard foul language. When giving reports I heard why my daughter was in here. And I also heard why other patients were here. I’m the bathroom was sanitary napkins on the floors. And here is a picture of some one throwing an iv bag in the public bathroom. Where there a sigh on the door stating if the patient has mental health issues door must remain open. Wow. I will never come back to this hospital. I’m so called I turn down the job here!! I’m so disappointed because I’m in the medical field and HCA memorial hospital does not have work ethic. HIPPA laws been violated. I just notified my family if I was to have any type of emergency DO NOT BRING me to this hospital. And to think changing the name to the hospital was not a good ideal . It hasn’t change anything. The staff is very rude. Dr Hanes is very disrespectful. And rude. Threaten to put me in jail . Because I said my daughter been in the hospital 72 hours can’t hold her anymore !!! Dr Hanes just walk out. As I started to stated to him that his staff is using foul language he just what out. Never bring your kids to this hospital. Nurses laugh at patient and close the door on them..

Before the nurse/tech inserted the IV port into the back of my hand for the medicine that would put me into "twilight" so I wouldn't feel anything before my procudure, I explained to her that when I was in the hospital back in November, my veins kept collapsing and they eventually had to put in a long line. She inserted the port, and in the 3 hours I had to wait before the procedure, I simply sat and read my tablet, leaving the cubicle only to go the bathroom once. As the procudure was started, I noticed that my hand and the sheets under it were soaking wet - the IV was leaking and NO medicine was going into my veins. As the procedure had already started, they continued it and I FELT EVERYTHING - nothing like feeling a drill is going through the veins in your arm and groin and, to add insult to injury, when I got back to the cubicle, the nurse/tech who inserted the IV actually yelled at me "What did you do?" Let's see, I sat, read, and went to the bathroom - that's it. Absolutely horrible. I told everyone who came into my room about this lovely experience. Everyone else I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. The food, however, is inedible. I had a bite or two and just left it. As hungry as I was, I just couldn't eat it - just awful

The Florida Memorial Hospital's entire staff was Amazing! I entered through the emergency room. I was greeted with a warm welcome and great smiles. Timing and admitting was great. During my stay, the ultrasound tech was Awesome. She explained everything great. Also, the CT department specifically (my procedure), he was Amazing. He also explained the procedure, and relaxed my nerves. Once admitted, the entire 4th floor was Magnificent. All the nurses, cna tech's and Doctors were Amazing. The nutrition department was really good as well. The food was delicious. The Special Procedure Department (IR) was the Highlight of my stay. Every single individual eased my mind. Especially the Two nurses, one man, one woman and a third student prepped me for a radiation procedure. The surgical procedure went well. Everything was sterilized and ready to go. In that room, the entire staff was Great. The procedure was a success. Also, the Respiratory department was Awesome. Every therapist did an Excellent job. Last but not least, discharging was amazing as well. I want to Thank everyone. I love all of you, and appreciate all your time, and efforts. I'm doing well Sincerely, Shilea Curtis

Horrible experience ran every test I asked them not to do because I already knew the results they answer no questions still went home not walking I never understood why the employees in hospital and healthcare today don't work with you they do what they want to do you have the insurance that they are billing so you should decide your plan of care then the quality of care is horrible nurses ignored patients needs wants and inquiries about their health if you are at home and vommitting there is something wrong but the test are inclusive with what was subjective to the patient. People can be pregnant and get an off pregnancy test and still be actually pregnant so doctors can actually give a pregnant woman medication to harm her pregnancy. My wife had 2 dangerously off diagnosis that we still need to get lawyers to go over that left her in a stroke and something else because physicians don't pay attention to the patient enough to understand that the test ran may not be what's going on I just got re admitted from general med physician who was discharge physician to be admitted again to consult with a specialty physician without any understanding wow or why horrible

Security at the front desk to the main building on Feb 13, 2023, at 8:15 am was absolutely disgusting and ignorant. Even though I was waiting at the top of the step for my son when he walked in the door, she refused him entry without a room number. I didn't know the number since my mother had been taking people up to see my stepfather who is dying. I told her the name instead, to which she replies, She can't look it up. If you have no way to look up a room number, who's in it and are not putting people in the computer or writing them in a book for visitation why are you refusing entry to a MINOR child who's parent is literally in the facility already. The fact that his grandfather and he's dying meant nothing to her as she instead decided to ignore him and help two additional people while ignoring the room number being provided to her. I literally had to yell in the lobby and be rude myself to get her to stop being nasty and unnecessarily difficult. Disgusting power tripping behavior. Do better. You're a hospital, not a jail. Maybe stop playing on your phone and find a better suited job.

I had to go to this particular location due to a Golf War Veteran falling ill and having to drive him there. All he was concerned and worried about, was due to him having to pay the bills, since he was only passing by FL and apparently they only have 3 days to report their admissions so that they are not being billed by the VA. The entire staff at the HCA was incredible they are all overworked however willing to assist you on any way they can. This type of institutions that looks out for our veterans should receive more funds and their work should not be ignored by any VA Hospital by having to rerun every test perform at any other institution. If a VA hospital it is not willing to upload any information from any other institution, they at least should be able to view it, this way they do not waste more time and TAX PAYER MONEY. The purpose of this type of institutions is to help our veterans, however if all of their work is ignored, why not come up with a better solution that will help our veterans with out costing the TAX PAYING AMERICANS more money.

The staff for the most part were knowledgeable and kind. However, they are extremely overworked due to lack of adequate staffing. My husband had altered mental capacity due to his condition for a few days and he pulled off the bandage and packing of a wound, which started bleeding. I grabbed a paper towel to hold on it, and called for a nurse. For a few minutes no one came. I found some gauze and put it on him and had him hold it, and I ran to the nurses station. Our nurse was not around, nor was the tech. Those who were there were busy so they said they'd tell our nurse. It was several minutes before she came. If I hadn't been able to stop the bleeding it would have been bad. The nurse was helping another patient so she couldn't come, and there just wasn't enough staff to adequately care for the patients on the floor. Aside from staffing, the equipment and room features were in disrepair. The bed wouldn't work properly when the nurse and aid tried to turn on the bed alarm and it never was fixed or replaced for the four days he was there.

Zero star rating. This post is 3 years late but I am STILL dealing with the complications that was caused by this hospital. I was there for a week and saw the doctor ONCE on my last day when I decided I wanted to be transferred to another hospital. They couldn’t properly provide the necessary paperwork (maybe lack of caring) and I had to wait a week in the other hospital for the labs and CT scans to be transferred. Even though I was told it was supposed to be transferred the day I left since I went by ambulance to the other hospital. At the time this was my first hospital stay. I didn’t know any better. However, after recently having surgery I realized that doctors should be checking on your frequently. Which was definitely not the case here. I am writing this review now because if they would have caught that it was my appendix, I probably wouldn’t still be dealing with the complications that comes from appendicitis. Learn from my mistake and don’t just go to the closest hospital when being new to a town.

I was hit by a pick-up truck in Oct.22. The follow-up doctors referred me to the in house orthopedic. Unfortunately, a woman working that front desk named Angel refused to schedule me even with the referral. She insisted they only treat trauma patients with broken bones. I explained my situation, how I was just in the ER weeks prior. She still refused. She then claimed she needed to check if my insurance allowed me to see a specialist with or without a referral even though I held one in my hand. The insurance rep explicitly explained my coverage was good & I did not need the referral to see a specialist. Angel hung up the phone & doubled down on how they could not do anything for me. A disappointing & severe lack of professionalism to this day I cannot understand. A different orthopedic office discovered a torn labrum in my shoulder & 3 herniated discs in my neck. A lot of pain & suffering endured from delayed treatment simply because Angel didn't want to do or doesn't understand her job.

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital is a Five Star hospital. It's very clean, equipped and organized. The staff are all extremely pleasant and efficient and timely. They kept me well informed. My medical team made sure I was in no pain at anytime. The physical therapy team had me up and walking a few hours after my surgery. And the food was good too. I had a total knee replacement surgery. My recovery room was a private room and bathroom. It had a big picture window, plenty of sunshine. When I was ready to go home, my medicines and medical equipment were delivered to my room by their in house pharmacy prior to my departure. My surgical team and this hospital crossed all the (T's) and dotted all the (I's) to assure that I was well informed on my Pre, During, and Post surgery. My Surgeon was Dr Gaven Duffy. His practice is at South East Orthopedic Institute in Jacksonville FL. Accolades to him and his team, as well as HCA Florida Memorial Hospital. Thank you!!!! Catherine Lewis

Good Morning before I start on my rant I must say I completely understand procedures rules and people just doing their job: Yesterday Dante Aradillas and I encountered with the security team of Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville Florida. The issue I have no ID my drivers license is in the vehicle that was totaled on Thursday night. We no longer have any transportation and I currently work overnight the vehicle is not in my name. Yesterday afternoon we found out he has to have surgery to repair his broken neck and he is terrified. He was told by HCA Memorial Hospital that I would not be allowed to enter the hospital without an ID. This caused my 20 year old unnecessary anxiety because I was allowed to enter the hospital earlier I still had a valid pass so I had to call in to work and I arrived at the hospital at 6 pm in order to be with my child during this time in unfamiliar circumstances In health care the patient should never be exposed to unnecessary anxiety

Overall I had a very good experience. Thought the check-in was longer than necessary since I had completed the check-in on-line. The lady behind the desk was cordial, of course it was a little bit before 5:00 a.m. The other issue I had was the nurse who put the IV in my hand. I think instinctively she knew it wasn't in cause she asked me if it hurt. It didn't after she asked, but she never came back to check it again until the doctor told her to move it. She did and expertly. After that, all was good. Recovery and release went pretty well. With the exception that no one went over the discharge papers with me or my niece. We were just told to read them. After I did ... 2 days later ... I had some questions because they were more about what would happen in the hospital the day after surgery. Nothing was about what to do if you were discharged home. These were minor details. Would give the facility 4.5 stars.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and sincere concern for my welfare during the procedure. I have two comments: 1. I question the need to be at the hospital two hours ahead of the procedure. This seemed to not serve the patient's interest, but rather the convenience of the staff. There were very few minutes during that period where I was actually getting some form of medical attention. Maybe one hour? 2. The procedure required me to lay motionless for four hours. The bed I was on did NOT support my back sufficiently for this length of time. I would suggest a better support mechanism for the back. Four hours of significant pain was too much. I was offered a percocet at about hour three, but that did very little at that point. Overall, very good care. These comments are offered in the hopes that others might have a completely "happy" experience.

I came in with dizziness. From the moment I arrived, everything was done to determine the cause. I had my diagnoses of type 2 Diabetes, but they didn't stop there, an MRI indicated a small benign tumor in the brain, but that wasn't the cause so they kept looking, an echocardiogram, and then a stress test, and it was determined I needed a triple bypass. The Cardio staff took excellent care of me and I was discharged a week later. Due to some hidden fluid I had to return. The care the second round was just as exceptional and compassionate. There was no rush to "get me out of there" They listened to my concerns and the concerns of my wife when she called in. even giving her plenty of update calls when I was unable to. No one wants to be in the hospital but I can honestly say the care in the CVICU and later the cardio unit was exceptional all around.

The first visit was terrible! They never asked my height or weight, registration was done AFTER the doctor saw me, and basically he was in and out of the room in 5 minutes and sent me on my way with an antibiotic. That was on Thursday the 1st. Monday my symptoms became worse and I knew I needed to go back. I could not stand, walk, sit, and I could barley function. I was in so much pain it was unbearable. The second visit, last night was better than first! The doctor, Dr. Aleman-Bermudez was very caring, listened and could see I was in pain. The nurse Luke that took me back was very reassuring and the female nurse I had was so sweet and stayed by my side to let me know everything was okay. I left last night feeling relieved and in less pain. So, thank you to the team last night that took the best care of me! Let me add: location was Atlantic BLVD.

Dr Kim and the nursing staff were excellent. The experience was somewhat frustrating due to multiple conflicts in information provided us prior to and during the process. There seemed to be a lack of communication as to what was supposed to happen that day and after the procedure. I had to ask my questions multiple times to ensure I had the right information especially with regards to medications to be taken post procedure. I also found it very frustrating how many times we had to provide the same information about the patient: prior to visit, on the portal, again day of procedure then again post op. To be honest, I don't know how anyone could expect a 92 year old (and my dad is in excellent physical and cognitive health) could do all of that alone. What happens to patients who are not like my dad and do not have children to navigate the process?

  • Jasmine Bennett

I’ve been here multiple times, i always hope to have a better experience so I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. You would think because this is a hospital that they would be professional. The front desk staff was more interested in talking and joking around rather than checking in patients. I told them I had an headache and ringing ears and fullness in my ears. They never checked to see if I had an ear infection. All they did was give me a CT scan and Tylenol for my headache. There was no compassion at all. The only one who made the visit bearable was the young nurse with the blonde hair. I really don’t understand how this hospital is even still operating. I went somewhere else and they instantly checked for an ear infection which was the cause of my headache.

I have been coming to this hospital since I was 15. I'm now 69. I've got to say this was the worst hospital stay I've had. It was a culmination of many things. I'll just name a few things. 1. I threw up on my shirt in the ER the nurse gave me baby wipes to clean myself up and walked out of the room. 2. I went into atrial fibrillation, heart rate was 180, blood gasses were ordered and the respiratory technician said to me "I don't know why they ordered blood gasses on you because you look fine to me". Of course the technician couldn't get blood gasses on me then said well you not my problem anymore you're someone else's. I gave 2 stars because some of the nurses were quite caring and excellent. The level of total care has gone downhill. It's a shame.

  • Cathy Cook

mosy of the nurses real nice, one was not a nurse and she ran me and my sons out 2 nights few minutes before 8pm I /we were visiting my husband that just had a heart attack !!!! other nurse's was not professional and was flirting and really tight uniforms, then when I come in room there was bad attitudes then leave out...and everyone had different INFORMATION , AND NEVER NEW WHAT WAD GOING ON WITH MY Husband.., WHEN NEEDED A PAPER TO GO IN FILE THE PERSON NEVER GOT IT TO COME BACK AND LET ME KNOW ANYTHING!!! IT WAS AWFUL, MY HUSBAND WILL HAVE TO RETURN THERE FOT HEART SURGERY IN 3 WEEKS, CAN'T IMAGINE THR TREATMENT THEN TO ME AND OUR SON'S,HE NOW IS AT BROOKS Rehabilitation HOSPITAL UNTIL THEN OF SURGERY, HE WAS ON FLOOR 4 HEART CENTER...

This was my first time there and this was my first pregnancy this hospital was a bad experience for me my nurses were not listening to me, I wasn’t producing any milk and my baby didn’t eat for the 2 days we were in there. Also it being my first pregnancy I’ve never held a baby or changed a diaper before and none of the nurses helped me I had to learn it on my own. The most awful part was I was holding my pee for the longest until a nurse came in even when I would call for one they were short staff but my baby and myself were treated poorly. Not to mention both delivery room and postpartum room were very hot and my postpartum room felt like a depressed room overall I would not be going back to this hospital ever again.

  • Sheray Carey

Here due to stomach pain, I told doctors and nurses I was breast feeding before I was admitted and they assured me and my one month old would be accommodated. I’ve been here for two days nothing to eat or drink due to the tests they have to run. My mom and baby was here and the head nurse Sydney was rude, talked down to me and my mom and basically made it seem as if we were a burden. I’m not sure if it was due to race or because she was having a bad day but the lack of communication here is terrible. I wasn’t told I wouldn’t be able to breast feed before having these tests done and that the medicine I was being given would be bad for my son. I’m never coming back and they still haven’t figured out how to treat my pain.

  • Jane Burley

I went to the Discharge Lounge to leave the hospital. Several things happened while there. First: my discharge papers were incomplete, missing was the name and number of the Surgeon needed for the information on how and when to change the dressing. Next, no information given on my discharge papers only a verbal that I would be going to Dialysis on 103rd st. That will never happen. I live too far away. Lastly, I was told to walk myself out of the hospital as the attendant could not leave the desk. Had I fallen while walking to my car, I would have laid in that hall for some time yelling for help. That is a back hall and not traveled by heavy traffic. I would have sued the hospital. How unprofessional that was.

  • Greta lea

The only good thing about this hospital was (in my case) I wasn’t sitting in the ER waiting room very long. Everything else was pretty terrible no one checks on you, people dismiss what you have to say and the lady who did my blood draw went for a vein you can barely see when the other is very visible and she blew my vein. It hurt so bad as she just kept pushing the tube in and out (for ten minutes) trying to get blood instead of just trying my other arm WITH VISIBLE VEINS. None of the nurses seem to care anymore you aren’t a patient that needs help you are a body they need to get in and out as quickly as possible. I understand it’s busy and hard work, but I’ve been in much busier hospitals with better care.

I had the best experience of hospital care. It's a beautiful hospital. The doctors, nurses & the all health care workers were excellent. I had a private room, which was spacious, large TV & the bed was truly comfortable. Thank you for the process of registration, your staff walked me through. Your admitting your staff was fantastic. Preop staff were great, they kept me abreast of the wait time for surgery. When walked into the surgery room, it was bright & the staff all said hello. When I wake up, I was in my room. The nurses, care techs, physical therapist were all excellent on the 4th floor. I enjoyed my stay at this hospital. Definitely recommend this hospital.*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

  • Michelle Gamble

This hospital is the all time worst experience I’ve ever had. Mainly speaking about 5th floor central. The nurses literally let you sit in your own filth for days. My friend has been fighting covid complications and when i go visit she would be saturated in her own filth. Calling a nurse to come is a waste of time. Takes them hours to go to the patients room. The negativity toward the patients is unreal. The doctors don’t want them to get better. First resort is icu with ventilator. Even when the patient is getting better its still pure negativity and eye rolling. The list goes on and on. The only good guy is Chris from respiratory therapy. He is amazing!

  • Steph Byrd

From the moment i got to the hospital for my delivery, I felt well cared for. All of the nurses and the OB On staff at the time I got there were amazing and walked me through everything. My epidural experience was amazing (I was scared hearing horror stories from friends) but everything went great. My baby was having blood sugar issues and not once did I feel myself or my baby weren’t in good hands. They even got my boyfriend anything he needed too from bedding, drinks, even if there was an extra food tray they asked if we might want it so the food didn’t go to waste. Definitely will be back if I get pregnant again & telling others about it as well!!

  • Jam Bl

Well the surgery department up to my surgery was very by nice. Even the nurses after my surgery were nice as well. My night nurses some were ok. But the next day I ask for house keeping for hours to come a clean my restroom. She came 3-4 hours later One 24 out of surgery and couldn’t use the restroom. The hospital doesn’t have taller toilets or toilet seat raiser and if they do I wasn’t offered one when asked. Family help me to walk after surgery. My mom heard the nurse say they done help you walk. SMH that’s crazy. Was not a good experience for me at the hospital. I love my doctor but if I need anymore surgeries. I will go to a different hospital.

  • roger macik

Going to a hospital may not be to some a very pleasant experience. But I would have to say I enjoyed my visit. Although it was just for some tests, the staff was very helpful and cordial. I was escorted to my first appointment by a friendly, male, teenage volunteer. After my echocardiogram, I had some blood work to do. Luckily, they were backed up. This allowed me the opportunity to converse with a female patient and her son. I found that we were both strong believers in faith. God. You never know who God is going to place in your path to keep you encouraged and excited about your walk with the Lord. It could be anywhere, maybe a hospital.

  • Whitney Beck

I would really like to give more than 2 stars because the staff of this hospital is top notch. Really accommodating and pleasant. However, the cleanliness was awful. We were taken to an exam room in the ER and it smelled of feces and there was blood on the floor. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. They then treated my daughter's wound in the filthy room. I absolutely couldn't believe the state of the place. I would think cleanliness would be a #1 priority in an emergency room. Really grossed out, and hope my daughter's wound heals and stayed clean during the dressing.

  • Lisbeth Graham

The nurses at this hospital in Pre Op were incredible. I went in for a hernia repair and had a CRNA that helped calm my nerves, also reassured me I would be safe. The anesthesiologist was amazing and funny, he also made me feel safe, which for someone who doesn't like hospitals or doctors that is saying something about this place. Everyone was professional and reassuring that I would live (lol I told everyone I had a fear of dying during surgery because I watch a lot of medical shows like Greys Anatomy & Scrubs :) lol). Overall, great hospital surgical department, keep up the good work.

  • lizard breath

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I checked in for a asthma attack. I was wheezing and couldn't breathe right. I waited in the emergency room for 2 hours with no help. The heavy set curly hair girl was napping at the counter. Noone would help me. I guess not being able to breath is no big issue huh? I ended up having to leave because if my airway would of closed up due to inflammation I could of died. And thankfully I left and went somewhere else. Because the other hospital said I could of died. Remind you. 2 hours in the e.r They seriously need help and now I'm talking to a attorney.

  • Paul Reichman

12 10 12 days in the hospital is never going to be very fun. I was initially disappointed with the level of communication however my care team got more and more coordinated throughout my stay and really did their best to work and explain everything to me. I can't say enough about the nurses each one of them put Maximum effort into helping me with things like making sure my pain medicine didn't run out, dealing with the trouble I have with an IV and so on. Last assuredly not least I couldn't believe how good the food was I can't remember the last time I said this about hospital food.

  • Justina Smith

These people at the front desk are extremely rude and don’t know the meaning of customer service. I was at the front desk getting checked by this girl named $h@y (with the braces) in the middle of her asking what’s wrong $h@y stopped to laugh and joke with her employees, showing pictures having lack of consideration for me and the pain that I’m having. I asked could we please continue and she sat me over by the blood pressure machine, across the room and further asked me questions. I really wish I went somewhere else because for me this sets the tone for the hospital.

  • Shelby Hathaway

IF THEY COULD HAVE 0 STARS THEY WOULD GET IT. I was at this hospital in June 2023, I will never go back to this hospital again. I can only speak highly about one of the nurses, the rest of the staff including the doctor I saw was trash. Absolute garbage of people and will treat you as if you’re not a human being. I also just found out as of today that they don’t have any of my medical records! Couldn’t find me by name, date of birth, or SSN!! But somehow they’re still able to bill me?? Make it make sense. I WOULD NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE WITH THESE PEOPLE! GO TO BAPTIST!

  • Irene Holt

My stay was excellent, outstanding, magnificent, from the beginning when I was admitted to the ER. The nurses that took care of me at the ER were fantastic and everybody knew their job. I give them a 5 star all the way. If there was a 10 star, I would give them a 10 star. The transporters that transported me to the hospital took safe care of me in the ambulance. From the admitting to the hospital to the nurses, doctors, the pharmacist, everyone was excellent and even the staff at the cafeteria. I have no complaints whatsoever I give them a 5 star all the way.

  • Brandi Bartlett

I had open heart surgery on Monday Oct 30. Then had to have a pacemaker installed 2 days later. These are hands down some of the best nurses! Hannah was outstanding and went above and beyond the call of being a nurse! Ashley, Kenyatta, Kay and Matt were also outstanding nurses! I did have a bad experience with a couple of nurses and spoke to Jennifer about that issue. Jennifer apologized and made things better. I certainly wouldn’t wish this type of surgery on anyone. But if I knew someone needing heart surgery, I would definitely recommend this hospital!

  • Shelby Griffin

I can say with all honesty, the experience at Memorial Hospital was top notch. I had a procedure in the heart center and the staff was outstanding. I checked in on line and was greeted with a very sweet lady and from that time to the time I was released, I felt that everyone was willing to do anything to make me comfortable and safe. My nurse by the name of Anna was remarkable!! I am 83 years old and of all the times I have had to be in a hospital, she was the best. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Thank you Memorial and most of all, thank you Anna!

  • D Yanko

The doctor and procedure staff that I encountered at the Heart Center at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital were very caring, personable and professional for my Tilt Table test. My only negative was the additional stress of being told they were still trying to obtain an authorization from insurance before checking me in. Last thing I needed after driving over an hour for this 7am arrival time. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Memorial Hospital though. All the staff had a wonderful attitude, which is very refreshing in these days and times.

  • Tony Carita

What matters is not the name of places we visit for needed care but the people that are there to provided the care and services we need. It's those people that make me believe that Memorial Hospital was the right choice for my wife to receive her care. From the free valet parking to the nurses, doctors and utility people I commend you for your professional and caring service! The care my wife received in her 11 day stay was good in every way possible. We thank each and everyone of the staff at Memorial for the care my wife received.

  • Richard Aue

The nurses were confused none of them communicated with me or each other, they didn't listen when I told them things, said I got a heart stint I did not, fought me to leave when the Dr said I could. I told them several times I had a surgery at Baptist hospital two days later and they still wanted to keep me there until my surgery I wasn't having there! These people are confused disorganized and combative. Baptist is sooooooo much better!!! The only thing they did right was great my health issue seriously

  • PRN

Had to go to ER today. Of course nobody likes the er, but everyone who I encountered this morning at Memorial ER was amazing! Starting with the friendly housekeepers, to the tech at reception,, and the registrar, to the nurses, and doctor who examined me. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and patient focused. My time there was limited though, WOW, seriously got me through very quick! I was only there for an hour! The fastest ER visit I've ever had! But everyone was really great!! Thank you Memorial!

  • tes

Their automated system for billing is a disaster! After waiting forever for someone to answer I was transferred numerous times, waiting once again. Then hung up on. They sent a bill for $96 to the wrong address in January (from an ER visit the previous May), then turned me over to collections because it wasn't paid. Are you kidding? They claim they did not have all of my insurance information, yet they had no problems billing Medicare. Where did they get that information. I've NEVER not paid a bill.

  • Donald Waters

The service was horrible. Most of the nurses didnt cared about your needs. When you use your call button it always take 30-45 minutes before someone would respond.. The picture I posted is my bed after it would not infate and they told me they didn't have another mattress. My wife came and had to insist before they would do anything. Beside that they wouldn't even come back in the room, so I sat on the side of the bed about and 1 or 2 hours until my wife came and they changed the mattress.

  • Bennett Campbell

I came in with a high blood pressure. I tested it at home. 170 /110. Very high.I didn’t expect much but to be sent home. I had an EKG and was diagnosed with a heart condition. Spent the night in the cardiac unit and saw a cardiologist the next morning. The reason I gave 3 stars is the hospital Kinda gross. My cardiologist was great. A vaccutainer and wipes on the floor and a dirty counter. I appreciate them getting me to a room quickly, but rooms should always be properly disinfected.

  • Angelic Dunlap

If I could give zero stars that’s what it would be. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. I was brought in by ambulance and was spoken to by almost no one. No one introduced themselves, I was barely asked questions about what was going on or my health history, hell I’m not even sure I saw a real doctor. I was given zero information about what I was going through, I was given zero test results. I was literally told I was fine and to go home. I will NEVER go to this hospital again

  • Briana Groover

While this is the only hospital in jax I’ve experienced with good bedside manner but the wait is obsurd. My mom waited in a recliner for 24 hrs while watching people that arrived way way way after get a room. The staff was very polite to me but not to each other. And to the lady tonight at reception I am so sorry the trauma department was incredibly disrespectful to you when you were only asking for help. And I appreciate you not taking that out on your patients.

  • Kamiyah Mobley

By far the worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. They had us in recliners by the nurses station that weren’t even six feet apart. There were about over ten of them and all of them were filled. No privacy. Very uncomfortable. They took every patient in one room that didn’t wipe down between patients. Very unorganized. I was there for three hours without being seen and ultimately ended signing myself out. I have never seen anything like this in my life!

  • Nicole Story

Excellent interactions with Dr Parei and his staff. The hospital staff and radiology department were also exceptional. Didn’t mind waiting while they dealt with other patients, their skill and professionalism exceeded Baptist and Borland Grover. Tired of other doctors routinely ordering tests that are not necessary- costly MRIs and nuclear tests when a simple X-ray can be more information than needed. Will continue to refer patients here.

  • June Maxwell

I am very pleased with the level of care available to me during a recent procedure. Dr. Henriquez is most professional, attentive, pleasant, caring, and exhibiting a tremendous level of kindness and compassion. Skill + professionalism + attentive, caring attitude = perfection! My nurses and anesthetists can also be categorized as beng very professional and caring. Everyone endeavored to make the procedure more tolerable, and I thank you!

  • ZARIS New LIFE

I was seen in the ER here and had the best experience at the onset of my visit. Then once I was passed on to another nurse she was lazy to say the least. I was hooked to equipment and had to use the bathroom. They let my light go for a whole hour. I had to climb out the bottom of the bed and the nurse said oh my fault and the nurse at the desk was like WHATS UP. Is that how you talk to everyone. The scruffy doctor was unprofessional too

  • Marie Sanchez

worst hospital i’ve ever been to. have you ever been to the hospital for severe back pain, have waited 2 hours in the treatment room before a doctor came in just for them to sit there for 3 min and leave, not listening to your concerns them leave have you waiting another hour before a nurse comes in with your discharge papers??? no treatment, no testing, no meds. that is insane I wasted so many hours in there to still leave in pain.

  • kei worst

Special thanks to Dr J Wilkerson, Ms Jojo , Lisa (secretary) & Lisa (Nurse) , Telisha , Susan , Jennifer (Elaine) , Rachel , Kaitlyn, Pauline, Paula , Arvell and all the other nurses and Techs in the psych unit. I appreciate the care, support, PATIENCE, and all the tools you provided. My stay was tough but you all supported me throughout thank you so much. 10/10 I would recommend Memorial HCA to anyone in need of psychiatric care.

  • Stephanie B

Most unorganized group I’ve ever seen. Very jaded doctors, no one actually listens to the patient. They talk over you and tell you what you’re feeling. I’ve been trapped here now for 9 days. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is some of the nursing staff like Louvinia, are absolute gems, the food service staff are awesome, and Tony and Helen with brooks rehab are amazing as well. I wouldn’t bring anyone here though.

  • Amy Drew

My experience at the HCA Fl Memorial Hospital was amazing. From the Nurse Techs to the Surgeon and his team were all so professional, thorough and caring. They all went above and beyond to make my stay successful for the procedure I had. Thanks to my surgeon Dr. Stephen Webb and his team, the hospital crew including Nurse Desiree and Nurse Tech Daisy and everyone else who helped me start this new journey in life.

  • ANNA HALL

They are very professional and comforting. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.the staff is awesome. My doctor, who did my outpatient surgery, Dr Ashfari, was funny and set my mind at ease, including the anesthesiologist and the techs and his staff and the financial department. Thanks for everything they are very helpful, good-hearted people, and may God always bless them and their families

  • Nurse Ratchet81

My father was in the hospital for an entire week for agitation, the communication was horrible, the care was not thorough. He was discharged with the same issues he had when I took him. I had to take him back to the hospital the following day, and because the issue was unresolved I am back at ANOTHER hospital to fix what Memorial wouldn’t do. Don’t take your rats here, a complete waste of time.

  • Stephanie Myers

The experience I had at HCA was wonderful! Staff were friendly and informative. They checked on me consistently and made me feel valued. After surgery, the orthopedic nurse checked on me as well. While having a spinal, there was a male nurse who was as calm and sweet with me as any medical professional has ever been. He knew I was nervous and did everything necessary to calm me down. It worked.

  • Patrick Bowen

I have had four different surgeries in my life and I can say without any doubt that this was the best experience I have ever had.everyone involved was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions. The one nurse that did most of my prep work was the best nurse I have ever had, extremely knowledgeable and the best bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever had dealings with!

  • Jim Perrotta

The entire experience at Memorial Hospital was 'first class". From the people checking me in to the person wheeling me out in a wheelchair everyone was professional yet outgoing, personable, caring and helpful before, during and after my entire surgical procedure. I have no reservations at all recommending Memorial Hospital to anyone at all needing to have hip or knee replacement surgery.

  • Judy Soucek

My Husband was a patient at HCA for 4 days in June, room 4026. All of the nurses, (I had a list of their names, but I accidentally threw it out), CNA's, the Doctors and Surgeons. I truly appreciated their explanations and patients. My husband would listen, but could not comprehend, so I had to be his ears and mind. They were all respectful and would answer my questions. Big Thank you.

  • Cassidy Jones

I was in Jacksonville for a few nights with a group of coworkers. I ended up having seizures and was admitted to the hospital. The attending nurse/doctor/whoever she was, was the rudest person I have ever met in my 25 years of life. Cussed me out, offered no help to me without a blood draw. I’m now out about $6,000 without any sort of answer as to what what is causing my seizures.

  • Ernest Massey

Had very good care during my stay. The doctor on my floor I liked he was informative and honest to me. I would like to thank the food service girl that brought my tray every day. The food was much better than Mayo Hospital. The nurses took a lot better care of me than the one's at Mayo hospital. The girl that makes desert bowls is good at making them thank you. I was in room 3091.

  • Tina Adieh

The HCA Memorial in Julington Creek is great! (Not the ER on university, only the one on Racetrack). No wait time. Everyone was professional, sensitive to my needs, and wonderful! The place was very clean. I've come here a couple of times over the years. Each time, my family and I have had the same great service. The ER memorial on university on the other are awful.

  • Christian Greene

This is the worst hospital ever, they don’t care about their patients, if a patients meds is due and their in pain and the nurse is on lunch you have to wait in pain till nurse come back from break/lunch. they don’t believe in team work or helping each other out. It’s ever person for themselves…. They definitely don’t know how to treat patients with sick cell at all

  • Leroy J

I went in for my first EVER surgery. My visit was absolutely phenomenal! Most notable to me was the efficiency, professionalism, friendliness, and especially the compassion of the staff from the moment I signed in up until the moment of my discharge a few hours later. I absolutely would not hesitate to return, should I need further medical services in the future.

  • Ferris Baker

Never have I been to a hospital where ever single employee was so happy to help me. The most polite and friendly staff I have ever seen. Every one recognized and greeted me with a smile and happy to be there attitude. Unreal visit, if I was on a grading scale of one to ten, they would receive an eleven. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Sincerely Ferris Baker

  • Lisa Cranmer

Perfect like always.. Mamagram...not the hospital...The hospital in 2011 had issues..but I survived..Thanks to Jehovah God who walked me through the Sepsis, pancreatitis and being told I did not have gastroparesis but I did....Thanks to the gastric empty tests done again. No one should judge anyone, plus Ataxia and cyst in my head proved the ISSUES..

  • April April

My mama just received care at the heart center here today 12/4/23 and the entire experience was very pleasant. The care that was given by everyone there was great. But the care given by her nurse ANNA was EXCEPTIONAL. The way she treated not only my mama, but also my nephew and myself, was above and beyond. The world needs more nurses like Anna!

  • Savannah miller

I give less than a 1. Extremely unprofessional I could hear the nurses station talking on patients and how annoying they are being. They weren’t complaining about my husband but it’s sad when a patient has complaints and feels they need to be here for help and the nurses are mocking two other patients and not having any empathy or concern. Sad

  • Benny Smithers

Not pleased with my overnight stay. Had heart stents that morning thru my groin. They removed my strap that evening that was applying pressure. Was told I would be getting up soon and never once was offered until next morning at shift change 7am. I was released 10am. Laid on my back 24 hrs, had to sit up all hooked up to urinate into a cup.

  • Becca McLaren

I love hca they are very nice and polite and very friendly the nurses and doctors are very nice and very knowledgeable from labor and delivery I will definitely give birth to my daughter there I really do recommend everybody to go there the social worker gina is very nice to they are the best hospital and the cleaned hospitals to go too

  • Lindsey Seibert

Had to wait 3 hours to after being released from all my doctors . All because of one unorganized doctor who didn't even remember who I was. Unprofessional I believe it was doctor Dr. Hondrus. Moving my rooms they lost my things and made my daughter find them caus they were too busy. Mold on the ceiling u could at least paint it to hide it

  • Debby Hudson

The nurses were wonderful! They showed compassion and were always supportive. I am especially thankful for Ty, Marie, and Steve (all on the 5th floor) for going above and beyond in their care. All medical staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and informative about procedures. My experience at Memorial was 5-star all the way.

  • Gladys Ruiz

I was discharged in worse condition than when I was admitted. The nurses had attitude problems. When I was discharged it was like they were rushing me out of the room. I had to wait on my son to pick me up. I have stage 4 colon cancer, and I’m in a lot of pain and the way they treated me was like it didn’t matter to them.

  • Melanie Vervaeke

From the time I checked in until I was discharged I received nothing short of amazing care. The nurses, radiology, anesthesia, transport, etc. - all were kind and caring. The facilities are nice, clean, and met expectations. I want to give a special shout out to nurse Sarah on the 4th floor - she was a Godsend.

  • Stanley Wright

IWas there for a colonostomy and upper GI. Did not eat for four days all liquids. When I was able to eat soilid food . The two meal where lateand ended up box meals. I was so vary hungry i walked out of the hospital and went home to get some real food . Will never come back to your hospital again .

  • Audrey Carney

The nurse to register at OR was named Tasha and she was like a ray of sunshine! The woman at the front desk did her best to be efficient but I did feel a second person could be used there. The nurse that got me ready and wheeled me to the car was very hard working. I appreciated all of your staff!

  • Cinay

Simple awesome. Everyone from Nurse to Dr. Papa was perfect with care and bed side manner. The X-ray tech was great with care aswell. Everyone was happy and it showed. Dr. Papa helped clear up my upper respiratory infection symptoms, still lingering after visiting the Care Spot Immediate Care.

  • Doulas Divine Community Services DDCS

I had the opportunity to support a client through labor, delivery and postpartum care for the past 5 days. The labor and delivery dept went over and beyond to accommodate my client and made me feel comfortable sharing space. Thanking all the staff for a beautiful experience this week!! …

  • Paige Mahogany

I want to say that I got first class service from the nurses on the 4th floor and the food service staff made sure my food was repaired just right. I have no complaints. My stay was stress free. I recommend anyone who comes to this hospital and be admitted they are going to have a nice stay.

  • Lamesha Eubanks

I just recently had surgery at this hospital and everything was great, registration on to the pacu. The pre op nurses were great, doctors, anesthesiologists and the pacu nurses. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Everyone treated me and my family great. I would return anytime.

  • Ann Uddyback

I will never never ever visit this hospital again. I was told my hemoglobin was critical and they did nothing because I refused to take blood. I sign myself out and went to another hospital and my quality of life has gotten better. If I would’ve stayed I would NOT be writing a review.

  • Ambar Miranda

Great staff, very caring and they helped with my worries of my condition. Charge nurse reassured that they will stay on top of what the doctors orders. In the morning, the nurse director personally came to check on me, which is amazing because it shows they care about their patients.

  • Jason Ponder

Dr Wood and staff were amazing! She was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and followed up with me after my visit! Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The facility was also great… almost no waiting, and exceptionally clean. nothing but great things to say!

  • Cecilia Jimenez

My dad had kidney Stones and had complications, the hospital sent him all the way down to Jacksonville, the doctors would not help him and they only ran tests and sent him home. He was in bad pain on the way Back Home DO NOT COME TO THIS hospital they only care about money

  • Brian Foster

The entire staff team of doctors, nurses, technicians and support personnel were tremendous. They were very attentive to our needs and kept us informed on all aspects of our family member's care. We DEFINITELY recommend HCA FL Memorial to anyone in need of services.

  • Noushan Horri

This is my second time using this medical facility, and the team onboard handled my issue with proper care. I wasn’t waiting that long to be seen, the nurses were very helpful and made sure I was okay. Overall a great experience for an ER visit. Thank-you again

  • Jennifer Donald

I came for surgery and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Coming in for such a surgery can be embarrassing and emotional but I was treated with amazing care and consideration. The doctors and care staff went above and beyond to make my stay!

  • Zack Daniel

They play the lgbqrd Agenda videos on their exam room monitors and they expect you to set there for an hour looking at it.. never had an issue with those fs until my wait on that hospital. It’s shameful to continue paying taxes for those kids molesters

  • Denise Franzak-Miller

Excellent care! The medical staff was always available. Great team work at all Levels! Clean environment. Each new team would asked me great questions to verify who I was and why I Was there. Dr. Abbas and his medical team did a great job! Thank you!!

  • Lynne Werner

Everyone at the ER was great. I had taken a fall from my bicycle and had a broken nose and a slight head injury. The staff were very attentive and I was treated immediately. I am 6 days in now and am recovering well. Thanks to all who were so kind.

Everyone was very professional and polite. No long waiting. I left the facility with clear and complete post procedure information followed up by a phone call the next morning. The facility is very clean and has a relaxing ambiance. No stress.

  • Cindy Abbey

I’m so glad I found this place! I was diagnosed with one thing 2 1/2 weeks ago and my whole forearm was itching. This place was clean, conserved, and listened and answered all my questions. Diagnosed me and no more itching! Thank you so much!

  • Raymond Walker

My stay at your hospital was very good. The Nurses and staff were very professional. The only problem was when I went down for surgery on 4/4/23 in the morning my false teeth was missing when I returned to room 2065. I reported wish no luck.

  • AJ Casablanca

After massive food poisoning from Buffalo Wild Wings fries which made me vomit 6 times in a 2 hour span, I was severely dehydrated with low blood pressure. I am fairly new in town so I was not sure which hospital was best, but due to strong
