This goes out to the BAKERY Dept: This heb totally rocks, they had my 4 dozen cupcakes and birthday cake order ready today 1/31/22 for my son class and for him personally on his special day 2/1/22. They was able to put a pineapple filling at my request although I was informed by Brianna they had stopped making the filling cupcakes over a year ago due to their machine or instrument they would use to make the hole would mess up the cupcake. But in this case, the cupcakes came out just right and nice. The kids will be happy to celebrate a special day with my son. This heb will always be my #1 location and I used them last year but never left a review. I sure did today. And give a shout out to Gabriel & Matt the store manager as well he stayed in touch with me to clarify the misunderstanding from a bakery employee the day after I placed my order about the pineapple filling and went the extra mile to call me. He is such a blessing and I am glad he is part of this super heb. If you need individual cupcakes for class or special events just ask and they will make it happen.

I had a friend who brought some children there once from ks for the Bible B... they loved the HEB, not merchandise per,se but variety. Friendliness, just it was as much of an attraction as anywhere else. When covid broke out they were genuinely worried about the HEB and how people were doing here...I told them their was a few rough days but I was proud of our (❤HEB workers❤), our San Antonio People ( the ones I met were alot like me, if we all relax, stop panic buying and give them a chance to catch up we will be ok) ALL our store people have done a tremendous job. I am grateful for those who kept going,, be it HEB, Wal-Mart Costco, Dillons.....Thank you all!!! Like I said, the HEB has fans that pray ...

allow me please to once again tell you about HEB flaming bird. i do Favor, Doordash and instacart, abd everytime i go here to shop for customers, i go directly to the flaming bird grill abd get me a half chicken. it is sooooo delicious. i forget to mention about their sauce. OMG, what a treat. you gotta dip that chicken in that sauce. it has a flavor so full of citrus. mmmmmmm good. please, if ever passing by here, drop by the grill you will never regret it. trust me.

Very crowded. Parking lot is full, but it is Friday. Big thanks to guys at the Flaming Bird. They were very helpful. Probably the best HEB in this area. I was looking for something in the pharmacy section and was told where I could find, but I still left empty-handed because it wasn't there. Oh well...next time. My pain is not important. Otherwise, that HEB is always great. No major problems.

Somehow HEB got Google to delete my other bad review to improve their ratings. Still lacking 2 key points. Low prices and BAGGERS! No more commercials that used to say "low low, everywhere you go, at HEB". And to have to keep bagging my own, full cart of groceries, everytime I go; It's ridiculous for a huge monopoly of a food store. Wonder if it will ever change. Hopeful but not likely.

It was an ok experience due to the amount of people and empty shelves through the store. Customer service at the registers are questionable. I get to be fast to not keep the lines long, but throwing customers items and loosing other items is a problem, worse is if having an attitude about it. I just don't feel this was the HEB experience I normally get when I visit the store.

One of the biggest and nicest HEB's in San Antonio. Complete with Flaming Bird, Pizza place, aunt Annie's pretzels and sushi bar. Always updating their seasonal stock quickly and leaving the clearance as long as they can. Always stocked with freshest groceries that we always need for the kids. Frozen waffles, pizza, string cheese... toilet paper Totally recommend.

This is My HEB. This is a Mega-HEB. I love the choices available at the store. The staff is helpful. Many will take the time to escort me to the item I need and all will give the the isle. The pharmacy folks are awesome. Several of them know me by name, know my routine, and know I'm trying to avoid a trip back in a day or 2 when another script will be ready.

Prices have definitely gone up! My normal cart full regular trip is usually about $220 to $250. Today my total was $320. (And it wasn't even buy detergent, shampoo, large toilet paper, extras that really rack up your tab up) *no alcohol and no tabacco* and next time I will be more prepared because HEB is the best!!

Little bit of everything for everyone. Only problem I had with this establishment was the self centered, egotistical, self entitled people who were shopping there the day I went. I'm from the West Side and this establishment is in white man's land. I'll stick to my side of town. Sorry for being truthful.

This HEB plus is the closest to me. I like that it has a liquor store next to it so it is a one-stop area when there's a planned party. They have a large selection of beverages already, though. There are lots of pretty flowers for a garden (I found a pink princess!) and a great selection of groceries.

I love shopping at HEB Plus any time I am in Texas! They have everything I need at one place and the aisles are easy to navigate. The staff at this H-E-B are so friendly and helpful, they know how to put the customer first. I was able to grab everything I needed for my beach trip here, fast and easy.

I like this place. It's easy to find items here. The other thing is that the employee that pick up curbside orders are rude. They just cime behind you without saying anything. They can startled you. Some look like potential serial killers on how stealthy they come up behind you without any warning.

Better tonight, we had a bagger!!! But if you only have 5 lanes open, why not have 5 baggers? Also, I can't believe you don't know that the refrigerator that is supposed to be cooling the Michelob Ultra light beer does not work at all and never does. Don't you ever check your refrigeration units?

Their biggest store. Find anything you want there! Always clean. Did a tasting with Chateau Ste Michelle Cabernet and Merlot. Tasty wines from Washington State. The Merlot is very smooth. It's Rodeo time in San Antonio!! Horse and Longhorn both inside the store! Fun store.

I had never happened to me but the hiring young people we run the risk into someone like today who forgets to be professional or polite And when ask them to be, they are sarcastic and rude. This girl forgot for a moment all her manners and what she learned in training.

Always well stocked, except for wet cat food, which is in short supply at all stores. It was a great time to shop as there were not many people there. Got what I needed and headed to the gas station, so nice for HEB to have gas available at a good price.

HEB it has the best quality on products and the cheapest prices on all DFW in Texas Everything here is amaizing Customer service,prodict,price, good location in Plano tx and Waxahachie tx Billones times better than Walmart, kroger, Thomas thum, etc, etc

It's a gas station but has some of the grocery store luxuries. Hey for $2.15 you can get a large hot dog (cheese, jalapeño or regular), HEB chips and a large soda/drink and so any of those alone are half that. Station clerks are ALL friendly people.

Very organized and clean store. Plenty of food items to select from. The shelves were well stocked. Cashiers were staffed accordingly to the customer volume present in the store. Staff and management were very friendly and courteous.

I always love my HEB!! Great selection of items in all departments! I always look forward to their meal deals as well. The staff is always friendly and I truly appreciate that they ALWAYS have enough handicap wheelchairs available!!

Absolutely love it. I have to drive a little more, but I don't mind. The place is clean, with fresh veggies and fruits, good customer service, plenty of parking space and the list can go on and on.

I needed to pick up some quick items for baking. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly. It was nice having less than 15 items and being able to go through the 15 or less items lane.

Employees need training on customer service. Management gather in groups throughout the store don't move when customers are shopping. Plain courtesy, politeness and good attitude would be nice.

Parking sucks they put too much stuff in the aisles hard to get around especially with other people there could be a fire hazard might want to rethink putting stuff in aisles

Hard to find help Baggers horrible. Dont care how the back your foods. Have clerks multiple times AND on my own bags not plastic. They don’t care. Management doesn’t care

If you haven't been to an H-E-B shame on you! Visiting an H-E-B will seriously get you thinking about moving to Texas. Just hear me now and believe me later.

Cashier was more interested in talking to the bagger than us as a customer. Poor customer service. Sad, front end manager was in the next lane when happened.

This is my favorite HEB for clearance items. I had an issue with the produce a couple months ago, but it was taken care of quickly and with concern.

Nice clean & neat store. They have a great assortment . Very good selection of meat & dairy. Produce & meat sections are organized well
