I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Daniel and our experience in working with him to find our new apartment here in Chicago. I barely had to do much as Daniel did all the heavy lifting in looking for the apartment. He quickly got to work and meticulously searched Chicago to find an apartment which fit our needs. I found myself actually fast forwarding through some parts of the videos of the apartments he sent us, being not NEARLY as detailed orientated as he is haha (oops). But with how diligent Daniel is you won't find yourself even having to ask him many question, as he will answer them before you even have the chance to think of said questions! The whole experience felt like having a friend on the "inside" that was looking out for us, and kept us informed through EVERY step of the way. I recently worked with Sara Olvera and recommend it to everyone. Sara is knowledgeable and resourceful; she walked me through the entire process as a first time homebuyer, and she explained things to me, sometimes more than once, in a helpful way. When I found a home that I loved, I considered walking away because of the current rates, but Sara found a government grant program that my home qualified for, and she was able to find me an excellent rate. Now I can say I am in my dream condo because of Sara! All of her recommendations: her mortgage lender, attorney, home inspector.. they were all EXCELLENT! I cannot recommend Sara enough. I had been in the market for nearly a year. I originally had an agent before finding Monica at Hebson Murphy Group. I was unable to close on any deals and continuously let down house after house. Once I switched over to Monica at Murphy Group it was a complete 180.
