I have been awaiting a call back from the Manager of the store for a replacement kettle. They advised they will call me back however I returned a call as no call or reply email had been received to swop out my kettle for a New one. I then had to call abck to find out that they do not have any stock and no correspondence was received on this. I had to then deal with SMEG directly to try and get my issue resolved. Disappointed with non existent after sales service.

Best Experience Ever - I bought a Legend 6 piece Pot set on Black Friday in 2020. The one pot cracked on Sunday, I simply sent a mail with photos, the next day Fadiel phoned me and by Wednesday I had a whole new set of pots ! susch a pleasure dealing with you guys. Keep it up :)

Please beware they have criminals working in the Cavendish branch, which have a history of card fraud, shoplifting and many other chargers just to name a few, and possibly belong to gangs

Lovely store and competitive prices, however, service is definitely lacking. Spent about half an hour in store and nobody offered any form of assistance.
