My stay at Hotel Heritage was a nightmare. Despite a confirmed booking, they callously canceled it without regard for their commitment to guests. Their lack of professionalism and disrespect for confirmed guests is a disappointing reflection of their service standards.

The biggest problem is the location, which is left out in most of the photographs. The restaurant is in the middle of scrap shops. No convenient restaurants for vegetarians in the area. Thankfully the hotel food was good, rooms were okay and the staff very helpful. They were kind enough to get us early morning tea even though the kitchen was not open. It's an okay place to stay if you plan to be out most of the time and are coming home only to crash. We had a visa appointment, so this didn't suit us well.

My sis and dad need to go to. Mumbai for an interview @dec 6 so i tried lots of hotels which had been fully booked, later I found this hotel, I contacted Mr arshad ali and book a room for 1 day, and I told him to extra care cause it's there first trip to mumbai. My dad and sis were very satisfied with there service and all staffs were very polite and hardworking, the complementary breakfast was good and they even cooked a nice dinner for them which was very good.the ac and wifi were working smoothly without any problems. So I am thankful for there warm service I highly recommend here. If needed to mumbai will stay here for sure

First they won't honor your time. Checkin time 12, but they gave room at 1.30. Tried to shift me to other shady place because I was complaining about late check in. Room was very small, no ventilation. Bed sheets are in horrible condition. Hotel surroundings are also shady. Location is only positive for this place as it is very near to US consulate. I stayed one day for my US visa, had horrible experience. Food is also below average.

I guess the revws are fake or old we ddnt liked the area property at all ...we stayed dr recently . Rooms are small nd washrooms hell smelly & leaking roof as well. If you are a person who dnt lyk conjusted induatrial area kindly dnt book. pictrs are diff. from reality According to the price not worth 3500-4k for such rooms not a g8 deal . Never book this hotel from oyo or agoda as they say didn't received the booking . I booked the hotel 2 days ahead of my visit on agoda and upon my arrival they said "we don't accept online bookings " and denied the room to me . I had worst experience as all my work schedule was disturbed.

Very poor check in service. They used to cheat with peoples and once they get our money they don’t proper response and at last if we ask for cancel then they say we have cancellation policy before this time we can’t refund your money and giving all this types of issues.

It was great experience I had there. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and service was quick.

I was booked in the hotel by a channel partner but the hotel didn't have a room. Instead of leaving me high & dry. They helped me find a hotel nearby and even dropped me there. Thank you to the staff there was being that kind in today's time.

it is very convenient in lowest cost with prime location, near by airport ,Kurla terminal , bandra terminal and also Kurla local station every prime location hardly 15 minutes distance and Tea was very good.

Hotel Heritage is at BKC very convenient and good for visa work as it is just 2kilometer from US embassy.
