There are two major issues at this pump which never gets resolved despite complaint to the owner 1. The free air facility is actually just for name sake as during day there remains on and off as no one is properly appointed at air vends. After 6 pm the machine is switched off and the pump vendors come up with silly excuses for absentism. As a matter of fact another private puncture vendor is allotted space in the premises which forces customers to pay Rs 10 for air in 2 wheeler and Rs 20 per tyre in 4 wheeler. Still no action is taken. 2. More often they often run out of normal petrol stock leaving the customers with no other options but buy power pump. This is very unfair practice.

Nice, clean and big. They have a good number of filling booths, so no standing in queue. Humble staff. They won't cheat you. Have been filling there since last 3 years. For additional discounts and offers, download HP's app and pay through it. Has free Toilet, water dispenser and tyre inflating service on campus.

You have hired lazy folks. Asked him to fill the air in the spare wheel, I was told no. Spoke to the Manager as well and he was in favour as well of the lazy guy. I need to stop going to the station after being a regular customer.

The service and waiting period is ok. Better than the nearby bunks which plays with quantity of petrol. Online payments are accepted which is good.
