A year into looking for an apartment to rent, My husband and I began to have our doubts until we met Helen. She reviewed our paperwork in a promptly manner and was transparent about the process in renting from her and the company. With this, we’re delighted to say that we found a forever home and that was thanks to Helen ! I can definitely say that if you want someone who is considerate of your time and transparent about the process, She’s the one you should go to ! When stepping into HT Realty, It had such a welcoming feel and the people in the office were considerate towards the needs we’d have and informed us that we can call them anytime; something that was a rarity in our former living situation. Another thing I will add is that if there’s any concerns you have about the apartment you’re currently renting or want to rent, Helen along with HT Realty will provide you with not only reassurance but will connect you directly to the people necessary to fix the concerns you have. She’s truly a blessing in our life !

Don’t reach out unless you are looking to move within a week. With all these great reviews I thought I could reach out less than two months in advance to secure a place since I am relocating. WRONG! I thought realty company's are supposed to work with you, figure out the next best steps. WRONG AGAIN. They completely ignored me, and when I reached out and said I could pay the 3 months NOW to secure a place, I was simply told “ sorry looking for someone ready to move”. So if I were ready to move in July 1st instead of August 1st would I have been treated differently? I’ll take my $92,000 income and good credit elsewhere! Update*** I filled out a application 4 days ago, no where on the post does it state that its move in now! Please make sure you do better in communicating. I was only informed of this “information” when I had to reach out again 4 days later. And was given a generic answer. BUT ONCE I STATED THAT YOU WERE UNPROFESSIONAL IN YOUR RESPONSE, then I got a reply.

Very disappointed in this firm. They attempted to void a signed contract to intimidate us in order to raise costs in the terms and manipulate us. The agent, Michael Lin, yelled at me often to attempt intimidating me, when I didn’t fall for their obvious tricks and showed me that he maintains a very poor reputation for keeping calm. HR realty actually chalked it upto “Asian cultural manners”. So I’m happy to share video evidence if you are curious. Overall, bad manners, unprofessionalism, odd and weak leadership, and bad faith are what HT proven to me. I strongly suggest you check out the other firms and realty groups in the area. only move further with then if you too have the ability to retain lawyers who can keep them in check and sue them, a civil lawsuit were recommended if you went through a similar experience, I assume this is a pattern.

Good afternoon, unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this agency specifically with Miss HELEN PEKSON, because she made me bring all my documents to the office and she called me and told me that everything was approved that I only have to go pay to give me the key from the apartment and told her that she couldn't that day because she had a work commitment that she would do the next day, she replied that there was no problem, but the next day she called me that they had already rented it as if nothing had happened, and that was Very unprofessional in my opinion, but the young woman who attended me in the office was very kind because I am one of those people who, if you give me good customer service, I say so as if you do not give me good attention.

I don’t know where to start! This was more than just finding a great apartment. I was in a horrible toxic relationship and I couldn’t even go look at apartments because he would follow me everywhere and I didn’t want him knowing where I was going to live! But I met an angel by the name of Helen who set me free! I told her I couldn’t see the apartment due to my situation and she didn’t hesitate to help and she helped me move forward and get approved for my first apartment!! Helen I love you!!! Poor communication skills! My wife attempted to connect several times through text and email inquiries about an apartment. She was met with short, uninformative responses that culminated with the landlord needing immediate move in and said location is no longer available. No follow up with alternative locations. HT Realty Group offered lack of civility and competence In this time of tension and uncertainty. Securing a place to live is vital! Professionalism is not only appreciated but essential for any respectable business. Steer clear of this group!

My husband and I hired HT Realty Group to rent our apartment out. Our agent, Helen was very professional and pleasant to work with. She was very responsive and patient with us. She listened to our requirements and made suggestions on how to go about achieving what we wanted regarding our rental space. She was pretty quick with finding us a good renter. She run the background checks and ensured that we are renting to the right person. We are very pleased with Helen and we are looking forward to working with her in the future.

I was looking for a studio apartment for myself, I sent a request for information and was contacted by the agent really fast. They were very helpful as I have a cat and most places do not accept pets. I was able to get the studio I liked and despite it being no pets allowed the agent was able to convinced the landlord to accept my cat. I had a video tour of the place, the following day got to see it in person and the day after that I got the keys to the place. Love the professionalism and fast response.
