I went to switch my insurance today. But this lady, Tashmia gave me very unprofessional service. First of all she giggle ( which was kinda awkward ), when i asked her if she could give me the breakdown of amount I am going to receive. Nevertheless, she lost one of my very important documents, which I am concerned about because of my signatures on it. And later when i asked her about my missing document from file, She replied, " You never handed me that document, but "If you want another copy, I can print it free for you" . I mean I can afford printing a document myself. I am not going back there anytime soon. Very unethical service.

Terrible workers ,I was told to call before the expiry date which I did and the guy proceeded to tell me I cannot get a new card thus I’ll have to pay again. The guy had no idea who was calling or the expiry and still denied me which I told him it’s been almost 2 months since I first paid them than had to come in for a picture again few weeks later . I then spoke to the female and asked for names said she won’t help unless I came in person and then hung up. I called back and they ignored my calls and kept denying the call. Learn how to do your jobs!

I was out of Manitoba and called them to cancel my insurance. Firstly I spoke to bailey and she sent me all the required form to sign. After I sent those forms, they never answered my calls. Trying to call them everyday. Never answered. Really disappointed.
