I have been at this store for hair colour highlighting, for which I chose a particular pattern, but after the procedure,i found to my dismay that the highlighting was not visible. They said that after few wash, the colour will improve in due course But even after 7days i didn't get satisfaction.I visited multiple times at the shop but they refused to entertain my complaint n asked me to pay again, if I wish to get desired results Then I met owner Varun Gandhi who even was very arrogant n refused to acknowledge my complaint n even dared me to escalate the issue to any forum. I strongly urge n request other people to not to avail services of Habib stores anywhere in Nagpur as all stores are owned by Varun Gandhi himself. I also want to promise Mr Gandhi that I'll not leave any stone unturned to defame you n will ensure that u never win trust n goodwill of people of Nagpur. I'll destroy your integrity n your brand store.

The worst salon ever, service level is worst and pathetic, manager does not have a sense of communication, on what should be recommended to the customers. She can't even speak properly, just was forcing me to get the expensive service done to make sure her target is met.cherry on top is that the owner is abusive with the staff, which shows the quality of training provided to the staff over there. I would never ever recommend any one to work or to get any service from the salon..... Pls close your outlet....... Pathetic.....

The service was great. My experience with the salon was very satisfactory. The stylists were polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this salon especially if you are looking for quality with reasonable prices. The stylists are very patient to understand and deliever what you are asking for, the hair treatments, products and the time it will take. For a better care and grooming of your hair, you definitely must plan a visit.
