I switched to the DIP branch because of the bad experience with other branches. I’m so glad that they assigned me to this branch. Ms Nina is heaven-sent. She guided me all through the process and timely updates were made. No complaints at all. The manager Mr Edger is also accommodating. Other branches took 5 months and job was still unfinished! In DIP, they managed to fix my car, up and running in no time. Thank you Ms Nina and the team for a job well done. I am definitely coming back for my Periodic Maintenance.

Worst place ever.. First they take ur car cant solve the issues with car then they never respond to your calls.zero basic etiquette followed by staff.. Worst brand or showroom ever. Even the mainshowroom.dont respond or follow up with the issues. I would suggest never go here or buy a mitsubishi car. You wil have horrible experience with them

Wowow I did ignore all the bad reviews and I brought my Pajero to them for major service which was excellent. The car feels like new again. Thanks to Mohamed Wafi for patience and help - explaining me every detail and giving the best tips. I will be always back until I receive such a quality and speedy service. Thank you!!!

Really far off though, but a bigger facility than the in-city service centers. As a Motors company all together, very low on Customer service as compared to European car makers and their respective companies here in the UAE.

Worst service ever experienced. Exorbitant prices, rude staff, total luck of information and communication. Zero organisation. I would not take my car there ever even if they were the only service in the GCC.

Good service and Service Advisor Mr Ilyas is excellent in dealing with customers, if he is on holiday and I have even urgency, I will still take my car once he is back he is excellent in his Job.

Not Good Service at all my car Maintainance light was on and after paying 700 Dhs it is still on i don't know what they did in service. Very very un satisfied will go again tomorrow to claim

Terribly slow, complacent, and nobody seems to look after their customers. Went to pickup spare parts and nobody found their employee responsible for it.

Quick and nice customer service especially Ms.Charlotte Rancho has cooperative attitude.
