Milo always gets an amazing groom. He loves the groomers who are incredibly friendly that it's hard to get him to leave. We have no idea how they manage to keep him still for the duration but some sort of black magic and he comes out perfect every time. We've tried multiple other groomers but nobody comes close to the consistency and service that Hachi & co provide.

I highly recommend this amazing place! All of the staffs are very skilled and attentive. My dog gets too excited when he meet someone and I was worried too much at first to be honest. But they gently controlled my puppy, and I am very satisfied with the result.

Staff super friendly and nice but unfortunately my puppy came back full of mats and a very uneven haircut. Wouldn’t go back, which is disappointing.

The groomer here is lovely and does an amazing job with my fidgety puppy. The support staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
