**Sehr Zufrieden** Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand sowie die ganzen Restaurants und Bar’s die Fenster waren doppelt also zwei Balkontüren musste man öffnen um auf den Balkon zu kommen, auf dem Balkon gab es einen Tisch und zwei Stühle es gab sogar einen kleinen Wäscheständer mit WäscheklammerDadurch das, dass Fenster doppelt war kam die ganze Wärme nicht rein und der Lärm durch die nahe gelegenen Bar’s hat man so gut wie garnicht gehört.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber das Badezimmer genauso, im Zimmer gibt es einen Fön der sehr gut funktioniert, falls man kein Strandtuch dabei hat sollte man am Empfang anfragen, mir wurde einer kostenlos bereit gestellt.

Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 5ans. L'hotel est situé dans une impasse en face de la plage et des nombreux restaurants. Il est aussi a 15min en taxi de l'aeroport (20€ le taxi) Plage d'ailleurs sans interet car tres sale. L'hotel est plus que niquel. Les personnes s'occupant de le nettoyer font du tres bon travail. La dame a l'accueil (nadia si je me souviens bien) est d'une extrême gentillesse, tres serviable, tres professionnelle. Elle nous a organisé le transfert jusqu'à l'aéroport, donc un grand merci a elle pour l'aide. Dans les chambres, il y a un système de double vitres pour attenuer le bruit au alentour, vraiment un plus! Salle de bain tres propre. Petite douche a l'italienne, très sympa. La bouilloire, les sachets de thé, chocolat et cafe dans la chambre font bien plaisir! Nous n'avons pas petit déjeuner la bas car notre vol etait trop tot le matin.

Absolutely amazing hotel, modernly equipped, clean, in an excellent location. A kind and incredibly willing, always smiling receptionist will do anything for you ❤️. The room furniture is practical and stylish. As far as service and cleaning are concerned, he can't be faulted at all. There is a very noisy bar right next to the hotel (but we didn't mind), however during our stay the hotel management had double insulation installed which solved this problem!!! Everything you need is right next to the hotel. Pleasant beach, shops open late into the night, restaurants with very pleasant service. Our favorite restaurant was the Alexander restaurant, where we also had fantastic hotel breakfasts. Thank you very much to the entire Hai Hotel for making our vacation more enjoyable ❤️. We definitely recommend it, we will be happy to come back with the whole family.

The room was good, very clean an renovated. The hotel was just 1 minute from beach, 30 second from convenient store and all restaurants promenade. Unfortunatelly it was unexpected loud at night there is a night bar with very loud music untill maybe 3-4am in just next building. I wish I knew that before booking, because I just wanted to rest. So it's good for people who want to go there and party. Another thing is that I had window which was ground floor and facing the sidewalk, so everyone could look into my window, without blinds it was zero privacy. Also it happend to me first time in my life, cleaner took all the used towels and she didn't provide any fresh ones. After long day I had no towels to use for shower I would ask for fresh ones and wouldn't be any problem but the reception is only open from morning till I think 5pm.

The hotel is in a great location (during the day,) very clean and friendly. The service was a very high standard. My only major downside/concern is that at night, it's a different story. You are located right next to all the bars and the music doesn't stop until 3am! I stayed for 6 nights and every night apart from 1 night in the beginning, the music was very loud. I wasn't able to sleep properly at all during my stay. I would suggest to the hotel to put up some sort of soundproofing within the rooms as I was not able to sleep at night, only for a couple hours, then got woken up by the music.

Επειδή μάλλον ο ιδιοκτήτης θέλει εξηγήσεις για το βαθμό κ δεν βρίσκει την κράτηση. Επισκέφθηκα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο στις 25/6-27/6/2019 (εάν θυμάμαι καλά) κ η κράτηση ήταν στην εταιρεία διότι το ταξίδι ήταν επαγγελματικό. Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ καθαρό κ λίγα μέτρα από την θάλασσα, φυσικά δεν έβλεπα ούτε θάλασσα ούτε τίποτα κ αμφιβάλλω εάν όλα τα δωμάτια βλέπουν θάλασσα . Αλλά όταν έφτασα περιμένα 40-45 λεπτά στην ζεστή να ανοίξουν διότι ήθελε κωδικό η κεντρική πόρτα (όταν ήρθε η κοπέλα ήταν τουλάχιστον ευγενική!!), το δωμάτιο ήταν αποπνικτικά κλειστό κ μικρό, όλο το βράδυ το μπαράκι από δίπλα μουσική και φωνές! Ο δρόμος μέχρι πρωίας κόσμο κ φωνές έξω από το παράθυρο μου. Αυτά νομίζω για εμένα είναι πολύ να βάλω 1 αστέρι.

Ok, this place has very next and clean rooms and great staff at the desk. Personally the location didn't work for me as I am on business travel, BUT for a holidays gojng out to bars etc, you're literally 'on top of where it happens'. Oh one negative: the breakfast at Alexander from 0900 forward...hm.. all in all a fine hotel and great service.

Very nice Hotel. It looks like it is new or refurbished—nice rooms, very comfortable. Hotel staff cleaned everyday room, and we got fresh towels. Lady from reception was very friendly. Also, there was an option for late check-in into the Hotel. The Hotel is situated maybe 50 meters from the beach and sea what is really good. What I want to mention as well Hotel is located close to the bar with loud music every day until 2 am. Also, there was no hot water at 11 am what was kind of strange for me.

This 12 room boutique hotel is located just steps from the beach and palm tree promenade. You can also easily walk to Agios Lazarus and other historical sites downtown. There is a very noisy bar street next to the hotel which plays music until well after midnight. If you are a light sleeper this could be a challenge for you. The staff are nice but there is no 24 hour reception so you are on your own after 4pm. The breakfast is held at a local restaurant which is good, but doesn’t begin until 9am so for early risers I would recommend getting breakfast on your own.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the room was quiet and spotless, the service was great despite being done remotely (got all instructions on check in and taxi arranged for early morning- all over the phone!). The hotel is just across the road from the beach, slightly tucked in - weekday overnight stay was quiet, which was important for an early morning flight.

If you are looking for modern hotel, with like new feel- look no more. It is quite hard to find such place in Larnaka - most of hotels are outdated - here its new and modern. Best room is roof one if you have choice. Brekfast is served at beachfront restaurant - 3 mins away from the door. Staff is great! Thank you for welcoming us and assigning your best room!

The hotel is located in The very heart of Larnaca life. Beach, restaurants, pubs, discos, souvenirs, parking- all in less then 100 meters. Fantastic breakfast options are served in nearby Estrella for this hotel. The breakfast is served all day and is huge. The room is very clean and smells nicely. The same for all hallways. But the best of the best there is staff - both reception and cleaning. Very nice, helpful, informative and available at any time. Hotel is small and the staff makes you feel like home.

Kind rooms, polite staff – we checked-in few hours earlier without need to wait. Less than minute to walk to the sea, nice pubs nearby. Tasty candies and ginger cookies)

Perfect location, daily cleaning, helpful staff, modern and new hotel in the heart of Larnaca. On foot you can visit the sights of Larnaca (church of St. Lazarus, Castle). On the main road of the famous beach of Finikoudes (it is about 20 meters from the hotel), you can find everything ... from food, drink, shops, beach ... Horrible hotel! Don’t wish to sleep at night! Outside is extremely loud bar-club! In the room with closed windows feels like dj at your place! Now it’s 1a.m. looks like party just begin! Recepcion workd til4 p.m if you have some problems the only way to clear it - call. The recepcionis told as that cant’t do anything, no free rooms to change, but will try to call to the bar…

We've been there for one week. Location is great, its near beach and nightlife. Rooms are high standard and beds are comfy. Breakfasts are super tasty but you have to take a short walk to a Legends restaurat nearby. Its not a problem because food there is great. All in all im positively surpriced. Cheers.

Obsługa bardzo miła, standard super, pokój bardzo zadbany i wysprzątany. Jedyny minus to hałas, przy otwartym oknie nie do zniesienia bo niedaleko jest klub. Śniadania w restauracji przy morzu nie są zbyt dobre, i lekko monotonne jeśli trzeba jeść więcej niż dwa dni. Za ta cenę warto!

EXTRA clean, comfortable hotel, very friendly personnel! Location is 10/10: center of Larnaca, Finikoudes beach 2 minutes walk, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop (20min to airport). The great bonus which was not mentioned: rooftop with a chill zone and a sea view (see photo).

We had a nice and stylish room. As we arrived in low season, self check-in instructions were given to us. This worked well. Also the central location very close to the sea with tons of shops, bar and restaurants is perfect. Also the bus station e.g. to Nikosia is close

Very cosy small hotel, right within the city centre and the sea, which is on around 70 meters :) the prices are normal, free wi-if, clean rooms and sheet and for nightlife lovers there is a pretty popular night bar very close. What do you want more? :)

Very nice modern hotel close to the beach, tasty breakfast at the restaurant nearby. The only problem is the pub nearby which is very loud (despite closed windows and ear plugs) till 2am. If you want to relax I wouldn’t recommend.
