Initial intention was to get a deep hydration treatment plus a hair cut. but after hearing the ridiculous cost for a simple and straightforward hair cut, i decided not to proceed And just leep the hair treatment. I clearly explained my need, i wanted nourishment and hydration to help with frizz dryness. I got applied metal loreal treatment specially for pre- treatment of coloring and balayage for blond hair and ended up paying the high cost of £40 (i don't have blond hair or did any coloring). I wouldn’t have mind it, if my hair was looking amazing but i ended up with dryer hair :( Very expensive salon and didn’t solve my issue, ending up soending A LOT OF MONEY and a high cost for a Loreal treatment, not even Kerastase. it worth mentioning that the customer service and attention was polite and ok. Below The salon says i required a stage 2 treatment which i didn't, that I asked for a refund which i didn't and that i mentioned to go abroad which is NOT TRUE. I think they got mistaken with another complain. TOO EXPENSIVE, NOT AMAZING. YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER SALON

Can't see how this place gets such good reviews. Not happy with the result and would not recommend. Apparently I booked the wrong appointment for what I wanted to achieve but was told they can do it anyway. A good hair professional would categorically say that the selected method cannot be used and they should use a technique that is appropriate to the expected result and not say they'll make it work with the method specified in the booking - I'm not a hair specialist so I picked an appointment type that made sense to me based on description. The result is terrible as if I colored my hair at home. Now I need to pay again to have this fixed. Apart from this the hairdresser was not very gentle, kept pulling on my hair, seemed annoyed and closer to the end of my visit I felt like they wanted me gone (tbf I wanted to gone too). The salon is blaming me for the bad results of their bad job and refuse to refund the money.

I was delighted to see their Instagram page with all the amazing work (which soon after having my appointment I realised was mainly pictures of artificial hair/ extensions). I was doing a root regrowth bleach but I ended up having my bleach applied twice, on top of dry bleach (never heard of this method, but I trusted them). Not to mention it was overlapping with my already bleached hair which caused more damage than what I agreed to. To protect my hair I was suggested not to use heat on it during styling, which was amazing advice, that they contradicted 10 minutes later by using a curling wand (just on my already dry ends) to style it?!? Cherry on top was me seeing "my" before and after picture on their page, and the person in the "before" picture isn't even me. They said it will be removed but the only thing that was removed was my comment. Won't be visiting again.

From the moment I walked into HairBian I knew it will be the best experience, from the start the decor and ambiance made me feel wonderful. The staff and the founder where welcoming. They all had a wealth of experience abs explain all the steps. I walked out feeling like a million dollar, I couldn’t have asked for a better service or welcome and of course the champagne was on point. I have had lots of compliments, abs ice recommend to all mr friends and family. I can’t wait to go back!

Vicky is amazzzzing!! I cannot recommend her enough, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I have had so many bad hairdressers, vicky is deffo not one of these, she listens to exactly what I want and does her best to make it perfect each time. Her hair extensions are also such good quality, my hair gets so many compliments. Not only is she a great hair dresser but also a really lovely girl who doesn't rip off her clients. Highly recommended! Xxx

I had an appointment book at this salon today, to get my eye brows shaped and tinted. I am not impressed as my eye brows look horrendous they look like they have been drawn on with a black sharpie. I feel embarrassed to walk around in public and I will never come to this salon again. I payed a lot of money and I am incredibly disappointed with the service that was provided and would not recommend to anyone thinking of coming here.

Got some balayage done, the service was absolutely amazing, staff were incredibly polite and friendly - was happily served with tea and and water when I came in. Staff were very attentive and listened to what I wanted done. Plus the place is so clean and beautiful. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at HairBian!

I had an amazing first visit to Hair Bian for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. The customer service was amazing and the attention to the products used on my hair has left it in a much better condition - love it ! Can highly recommend.
