I am a regular at Hair concept and usually book my appointment with Zara. She is the best and always makes sure we are happy with our haircuts before leaving the salon. The last time zara was away, I booked an appointment with sharmeen and I was so disappointed. Mid way through my haircut another client came in that she seemed to be acquainted with. She abandoned my haircut midway and left to talk to her and someone else had to finish my haircut. My daughters also had a bad experience with her. She didn’t spend enough time on their haircuts it was done in under 10 minutes with no attention to detail. She didn’t even bother drying the hair properly after the haircuts. They left the salon with damp hair which has never happened before. The haircuts also lacked skill and didn’t look good.

I have been coming to Hair Concept since it opened . I come for manicures pedicures eye lash extensions hair colour cut and blow drys . Honey does my nails she is excellent. Actually all the girls are great . Charmaine does my hair she does a brilliant job . Shes very professional and caring . If she is away Zara does my hair she is also excellent . Very friendly and clean Salon I would recommend here .Everyone does a great job .Customer service excellent

Hair Concept is my 'go to' place in Dubai for hair color, treatments and styling. I'm a little fussy when it comes to my hair and Charmaine always puts me at ease and listens to what I want, but will advise me on improvements without any pressure. The whole team at Hair Concept is friendly and will offer other services with a smile. I've had incredible pedicures there- and they use quality products! I'd highly recommend Hair Conept.

I’ve been coming to charmaine at hair concept since it’s been open and I’d never trust anyone else! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my hair. When I ask for a haircut, blow dry or hair dye I can trust her blindly! I always get complimented on my hair when she does it and I recommend her to all of my friends and family. I have been coming to Charmaine to have my hair cut and coloured for over 2 years and having lived in dubai for 16 years I never found anyone who could cut and colour my hair so well. Am a regular in the salon . Charmaine is my usual hairdresser and she is amazing . If she is away I get it done by Zara who is good too. I also have my pedicure done her by Memory who is excellent. All their services are great! The staff are very good at their work and are very warm and friendly .

This is my go to place, Jane does amazing hairstyles. Sharmeen does amazing haircuts and hair colors. Also they do a full scalp checkup and treatments with your own mix of shampoo according to your hair.
