Have Chanelle style and colour my hair again was is second to none as usual. I have been getting my hair coloured and trimmed for going on 5 years or more with Chanelle, both here, and at previous hairdressers and her service is impeccable, listens to your requests and deliver 100%. I have a very difficult style of hair with colour resistant areas and Chanelle knows exactly how to handle this situation and does it with such ease. I regard Chanelle as the ‘HAIR Wisperer’ and will not use anyone else for my color and styling. I have changed my appointment a few times and it is no trouble for this salon to fit me in. I am so happy with this professional hair colouring and Chanelle does it perfectly every time. I highly recommend this salon. In general, all staff provide excellent service with well trained and polite staff. They take the time to understand what each and every customer requests. They seem to be always very busy but are more than happy to help and they insue that every customer walks out 100% satisfied with the service.

Was so excited to try this salon in sept 2023. I went on a Thursday night to recieve a full head of blonde foils and icy tones.. I payed $400… and after 2 week my hair was turning orange. I went and showed a colour specialist else where, they informed me I had recieved a tint toner and with banded foils (lazy work). Horrific work. So disappointing and very much ripped off. Do not go here. It’s more about quantity than quality. It doesn’t take much to achieve nice results and to overcharge is so insulting. Photos of my hair attached (this is the after…) . Worst experience ever. Feel like they give more time only the customer they knew. After getting out of the shop, I couldn't go shopping or any where else after wash and treatment my hair there.my head look big and my hair after treatment is frizzy. After dry and blow it straight on the outside and it was still curly underneath. If you don't have time for massage please don't put on your website that the customer will feel relaxed after head massage. Doing such a hurry job gave me unhappy result. The frizzy treatment not going back again.

I want to let you know that a client came in today asking for layers and a fringe trim and a cut off the back. She didn’t get layers or a proper fringe. Her daughter was with her and unable to re-communicate this to the hairdresser who was cutting my clients hair. The hairdresser was too busy pleasing her work colleagues and so distracted and not addressing my clients needs.don’t do this to anyone, especially a client with a very serious physical disability. Fix your service. She will now have to go to a better salon who will listen.

Very very Poor customer experience..waited for 3 days to get hair cut as they always are fully booked. On day of appointment, they mentioned that they have booked me for another service blow wave and unfortunately they can’t. The staff really sucks can’t do hair cut in my appointment time but wanna do other service which I don’t want. And hilarious that their staff apparently can’t do haircut. Give me a break. This was my first experience without trying service and definitely is my last. Not gonna ever recommend this place to anyone.

My sister wanted layers cut.. I booked the appointment for her. I was told it will be $50. For everything including blow wave. But when they found out the my sister is. New here. They took advantage of her not knowing English very well and charged $75. Layers were not even visible more like straight hair and lade kept saying there are layers because my sister has dark hair so not visible. I heard it for the first time that the layers cut don't work on dark hair.. very disappointed

Very disappointed I had very long curly hair and told them where I wanted it to reach as I know curly hair springs up, she cut way more than what I wanted. My hair is now just below my ears and it was down to my lower back. She put layers that look like my hair has been hacked and some parts are only an inch long. Very disappointed. I don't even want to leave the house I don't know why hairdressers aren't taught to cut curly hair also

I hope thats her name i left the card at home, Is absolutely amazing, i got my almost 3yo daughters hair done with her last week and every single say since she has asked if we can go see the lady to get her hair done. It's hard to find good hair dressers especially ones who are great with children. Fantastic job!

I was feeling lazy and wanted my hair straightened by a professional. My usual hairdresser wasn't available so l made a call and was able to schedule an appointment in a short time frame. The staff l encountered on the phone and at the salon were great at customer service, l was happy with result and pricing was good. I will definitely go back if needed.

Great service and knowledgeable staff! I don't come here often - only once a year or every two years but I just love this salon. I can bring in a photo and I can get the same result. I love the head massage when getting a wash, I can just relax knowing I will walk out with a great hair style.

Last time I visit hair vision they cut my hairs really good that's why I visit again11:30 am today 26 march but today lady who cuts my hair she even don't know how to cut hairs she just spoil my hairs from now I will never ever go again worst experience ever you just lose your one customer

Worst customer service ever.. they didn’t answer my phone as I was trying to inform that I’m running late due to work and then cancelled my appointment. I know I was late but it’s The way they were talking so rudely and did not offer any service at all. Would never go there again

Manager was very rude and inconsiderate when I called up asking for advice and his professional opinion as I was going to have my hair dyed there. Wouldn’t recommend having the manager do your hair, although the women there are lovely and very friendly.

The team at Hair Vision are friendly and very professional. Having asian hair I'm very picky on the way it's cut and styled but my hairdresser had no problems at all and always consulted me. I couldn't be happier with the end result she produced.

Ended up with 2 toned hair after foils. Top half grey. Bottom half yellow. Quoted price at beginning, some services not performed because of 'hair integrity', price at the end didn't change. Expensive mess.

Absolutely pathetic. The staff seems to have no idea about hair cut and they did a terrible job for mine and my son's haircut after charging a decent amount. I strongly recommend not going to this place.

The Manager Listens to me and really cares about what you want and finds a way to tackle your problem spots. If he can see it wasn't right from your own snap shots he changes it to give a better result.

Way to rude owner and colour used was very low quality and also no heat protection used whilst drying hair so for me very Disappointed hair cut was good though but the owner was so cocky and arrogant

Good hair dresser prices for a machine cut should be reduced from $18 to $12 or $15 to stay competitive. As other hair dressers around Werribee provide a machine cut for that price.

Emma was 10 /10 professional and friendly - not an easy combination to achieve. Emma listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that were perfect! I love love love my new cut!

Came in and got my first hair cut in over a year and they did an amazing job. Literally better than perfect, highly recommended. Staff are all lovely and easy to chat to as well.

I wanted step cut with layers but it looks like a straight cut. The lady kept saying it’s(the layers) there but you can’t see it cause your hair colour is too dark. Very unhappy.

Not at all recommended, they didnt have any experience in hair styling. They did spoil my long hairs. Unfortunately i cant put no star otherwise i would have given that rating.
