I was feeling a bit anxious yesterday when I went to look at different brands and shades of permanent hair colours, belinda welcomed me into the store and listened to exactly what I wanted as I explained my hair type this is the first time for me to colour my hair at home, I usually go to the salon to get this done but unfortunately I didn't have time to book in to get it done because of a tragedy that occurred day before I needed to get rid of my grey hairs. Belinda took the time with me explaining the different brands an which one would be best for my hair type, she also knew what shade I wanted, she guided me through the colours comparing the different shades, she also wrote down exactly the amounts of the colour and toner to mix together explaining everything to me. I was very happy with the service that belinda had given me, I will definitely be going back to her to buy all my products!! Thank you belinda, you made my experience very pleasant,

I was recently fortunate enough to encounter Maggie’s services for the first time and all I can say is WOW! Where has this woman been all my life! I am so fussy when it comes to my hair, as it’s taken me forever to grow and I’ve had some very bad experiences in the past but I was completely blown away by Maggie’s work. She really listened to my needs as a client, made honest recommendations accordingly and took the time to explain things. It is so important to give credit where credit is due and this remarkable woman is an absolute God send for hair. She is an asset to the team at hair house warehouse! I left the salon feeling educated and beautiful. I write this mini essay on the back of only one encounter with Maggie...goes to show the massive impact and impression she left! I have never written a bad review for any place but this was too horrible an experience to let slide. I felt like the staff were extremely misleading in the products that were being sold to me. I don't just have $200 of disposable income to invest in a product that ended up not working in my favour, despite the fact that the staff told me it would be perfect for my hair type. In the end, they would not let me return it and assumed it was just the way I was using it. I have been doing my hair for 10 years, I know every trick of the trade and I promise you, none of them worked with this product. In the end, I found out I had just wasted my hard earned money on a gamble and I am left with the worst product I've ever bought. Broke my heart, I was sooo disappointed by this store, please do yourself a favour and never come here.

I had an incredible experience at Hair House Warehouse with their talented piercer (Mario). From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The piercer took the time to explain the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their expertise. The studio was immaculately clean, and I could tell that hygiene was a top priority. What truly sets this place apart is the piercer's skill and attention to detail. My piercing turned out beautifully, exactly as I had hoped. They provided excellent aftercare instructions, ensuring a smooth healing process. I can't recommend Hair House Warehouse enough, especially their piercer (Mario). If you're looking for a professional, hygienic, and skilled piercing experience, this is the place to go!

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as I can’t go less then that. Extremely disappointed with their staff. Booked an appointment for friday 15th of September on Thursday. When we went there for an appointment staff advised us that you have been not booked and we can do walk in booking for you guys at 01:30pm same day. When we went at 01:30pm again not even single customer was in the store and staff was busy with each other and laughing. Waited there for 30 minutes and at around 2pm wanted to talk to there manager she was super busy with her friend and was talking to her not even looked at us. So we walked out at 02:05 pm. So customers who want to go there think twice before you step into that store. Highly not recommended and will never ever go to that store again.

Got my hair extensions taped on by Maria. I was very anxious because to start with I’ve very fine, thin hair I didn’t want to cause anymore damage. I was assured the best glue will be used, I was assured my hair was not going to be damaged. I went to remove them and it was the most horrible experience. The pain of removing the taped extensions left me in tears. No matter how much we tried to get the glue off it was stuck in my hair. It pulled big chunk of my hair out with it. I was horrified. Not only did they damage my hair, I spent over $700 on getting them done plus shampoo and conditioner she recommended I needed to keep my extensions in good shape. I asked to be contacted by the manager, still waiting… absolute regret. Go there if you want your hair damaged.

I went in today to get my daughter’s ears pierced they told me to come back in an hour which I did. I was made to wait another 20 minutes and having a baby in a stroller and two extra kids I found it inconsiderate to make me wait so long when I told them I was leaving and didn’t want it done anymore one of the girls went to look for the girl who was going to pierce my daughter’s ears she was no where to be found in the store. My daughter left so upset because she was excited to have her ears pierced. Crappy customer service what a big disappointment very unprofessional.

Was pierced here a few months ago and the piercing was irritating me so I went to another Hairhouse to get it checked out and I was advised that a lobe piercing had been used on my cartridge which was extremely dangerous as well as caused a large bump on the back of my ear. I was also advised that they also pierced it using the incorrect instrument. Do yourself a favour and avoid getting pierced here as they obviously aren’t aware of the dangers of using inappropriate methods and jewellery when they don’t have the correct in stock. Really disappointed

Walked in just to get a piercing removed and I was told that no one could help me as people had left for the day and one girl was on break (which was understandable) When I asked if I could book for when the girl came back from her break as I live 45 minuets away and they just said (in a snobby tone) that they could only book it in for another day and then they walked off out of the store. I was going to also buy hair dye and a few other products but after being treated like I wasn’t wanted I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not impressed.

Dealing with this business has been a terrible experience. First I was told they would try to fit me in and then rang me to tell me they couldn't. Then I asked them to just book me in at the next availability. They rang and changed that as well. I finally got at least the colour done and was charged for a cut and blow dry I didn't have. An hour before the appointment for the cut, they rang to move the appointment again. Almost 2 months later I still don't have the cut and colour I was trying to have done. This was waste of everybody's time

Had the best experience in store with great customer service from Josie from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a big smile. Josie was kind, patient, polite, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to really work with me using her great product knowledge to find the best possible products for my needs. I am usually wary of shopping at HairHouse Warehouse as I have had awful experiences at Epping, Highpoint, and Broadmeadows in the past but Josie turned that view right around and I am now a loyal Craigieburn customer!

I received an amazing haircut from hairdresser Dalal at this salon. She is super friendly, very professional and made me feel comfortable getting my hair restyled from the very beginning. She walked me through each step of the hair cut process and asked for my feedback and if I had any hesitation. She has a high attention to detail, and delivers quality results, going above expectations. I felt like a new person walking out from the salon. I got a haircut from MARIA . She is an amazing hairdresser. I had nearly 10inches hair chopped today. Its not an easy decision but she was keen to make a good conversation as of why or how well am doing in my life. Only a few people tend to bother for their customers health if they decide to cut off such a length. She made me feel calm and relaxed. DO NOT GO HERE!! I booked a nose piercing appointment for my daughter one day before the date and everything was going well. I went to the store and I filled out the form. The lady even marked where she was going to pierce then she said that she can’t pierce because they have no more needles and that they restock only after 2 weeks. This was a surprise for my daughter’s 16th birthday and this whole experienced ruined it. Please do not waste your time here.

I have been seeing Maria for almost two years and she has the magic touch! She even fixed my hair (after attempting to colour it myself during lockdown). Maria does such a wonderful job, I love how I feel after I leave the salon every time single time! The only person I trust to do my balayage and cut. Furthermore, the atmosphere is so great! The staff are all beautiful and positive people, I always enjoy their company. All so friendly and accommodating.

I had my hair done by Maggie, I was very ready for a change. My hair was almost black and Maggie listened to what I asked for and it was almost like she got inside my head and did exactly what I dreamed of! These days it hard to find the right hairdresser but i am one of those blessed one as she has never faulted my hair .she is funny bubbly and alway welcoming . I can’t express how amazing customer service is at this store, i was actually going to never step foot in a hairhouse warehouse store after 2 horrible experiences at hairhouse warehouse Broadmeadows store. I went today got a nose and ear piercing for myself and a nose piercing for my daughter. Ayah thank you so much for your amazing service! I will be coming back and asking for Ayah to do my piercings.

Never setting my foot in this store again! The retailer did not acknowledge me whatsoever and when I tried to pay for a product - I was informed that she was too busy serving someone else and I would need to wait. She then proceeded to inform me how rude I was? Disgusting customer service and would rather pay more for my product than be served at such a disreputable disregard for their customers.

I can honestly say I have had the worst experience of my life here. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy. The manager Mario is disrespectful and will be more than happy to throw his staff under the bus to save face. He somehow manages to be constantly in a meeting but couldn’t make it on time to rectify my issue at my appointment. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I have been looking for the right type of shampoo after buyer a number of different ones. I visited the store and spoke to Nina who was very lovely and extremely helpful. She recommended a product and even gave me a sample to try. I was actually surprised at the results and how good my hair felt after the first was using this product. Excellent customer service.

I was served by Georgia at the Hairhouse Warehouse in Craigieburn and she was just amazing! Went in for my first haircut since per covid, and the the first time I have ever coloured my hair. Shelby was fantastic in helping me choose a colour that would suit, and did an amazing job, I love me new look. Shelby is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the shop was very light hearted and fun. I will certainly be going back again.

As a hairdresser I am very sceptical in going to salons.I was very happy with my experience at Hairhouse Warehouse Craigieburn. I had my haircut by Dalal who I highly recommend she had the best customer service and communication skills which are rare these days.
