Definitely rating this hair salon a 5 star! I am so happy with the outcome of my hair, and I really appreciate that they take the time to listen to you with what you want to do with your hair, and not only that, they also give you their best honest opinion and suggestions about what they think would suit you best and what I really liked about this hair salon is that they actually tell you what is good and what could be bad for your hair before taking action, because they definitely do not want to damage your hair in anyway. They also have a great customer service, and their staff members are really friendly too. I had a wonderful experience with this hair salon, and I am looking forward to coming back and re-styling my hair again with the Hairroom Salon. My mum would also rate this hair salon a 5 star, as she was really happy with the outcome of her hair cut. Yesterday I went in to see Dom Hairroom as I wanted my hair done Ballyage but also low maintenance as money is a bit tight these days and as I was trying to explain to him what I wanted he told me honestly and also respectfully that doing something like I wanted wouldn’t work for me and actually cost me a lot more money and would be a lot more maintenance. I’ve been to Dom before and I know that he’s been at the centre for many years so has a lot of experience and I trust him so I went with what he suggested which is just to tone my hair and give it a good cut and he told me he’d rather do that than anything else and the main reason is that it would save me a lot of money. I am so happy that I went with my instinct and with his idea because something that would normally cost hundreds of dollars and a lot of time took only about an hour and saved me a lot of money and my hair looks amazing I can’t believe all he did was tone and cut my hair and we both wish I’d taken a before and after photo! I highly recommend Hairroom as the salon is comfortable and clean but more than anything the fact that Dom wanted to help me not only fix my hair but save me money is the reason I’ll keep going back there and I highly recommend you do so too

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured for a little while now by Hair Room, but I had a massive hair transformation yesterday, chopping off my long drab hair for medium length, copper coloured hair. Colour technician Helena knocked it out of the park, she created a wonderful colour and styled it very nicely. Dom always cuts my hair perfectly. What an absolutely amazing team at the Hair Room! They are very knowledgeable and I trust them completely. The team is super lovely and kind. I 100% recommend getting your hair done there.

I visited this Salon for the first time today and the lovely Dom did my wash and blow wave. He took the time to understand my hair concerns and did an amazing job. In fact, this is the best salon blow wave I have ever had. Dom listened, assured & fixed the damaged that was done to my hair by another salon. He was patient, helpful & honest. Put me at ease that it will get fixed. When I entered, my hair was what I call dry, fried, damaged & after trim & keratin treatment, my hair is manageable, shiny, smooth & soft. Went in yesterday to get a third and fourth set of ear lobe piercings done. Dom was Charming, professional, clean, patient and extremely accurate. Thankful he took the extra time to accurately align my piercings as I have small lobes and it wasn't that easy to fit in the four piercings. A lovely establishment with Great staff. They always do a superlative job and make extra sure that I'm fully satisfied with the result before I leave. They offer excellent advice, and through such, I have been able to increase the health of my hair to the point that I'm really happy with it. Mariana does the best threading as well! I have been using Hairroom Salons Broadmeadows for some time now. When I first visited the salon was with a bad hair do and colour that other service left me with a very bad taste. Dom attended to my hair and turned my hair into a beautiful style and colour that was gorgeous and made me feel so good and satisfied with the results.

Cut was fairly good but the hairdresser (a male who seemed to be the owner) insisted on washing/rinsing my hair even though I persistently said it had just been washed and I had a O&M leave in treatment on. Ended up conceding to having it wet, im guessing thats how he prefers to cut hair.
