Wow what a wonderful result earlier today, which I still can't believe that the colour on my hair now is my actual hair :) Prior to today outcome, I had few different colours on my hair which would be very hard to get rid of so many colours without killing the hair (my hair colour was very black, light/dark brown and also some red too. But with today experience at Hairspray Beauty Salon, Behnaz know that I want / suits me and she did exactly what she had in her mind, therefore now I have a beautiful dark brown Ombre hair colours :) I am very thankful and happy for what Behnaz done for me, which can’t thank her enough and I will go back to this salon again and again. About the staff’s members, they very professional and experienced, also they are very helpful and friendly too. The place was nicely cleaned with every single time that were used. I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting their hair done! Well done and keep up the great work beautiful ladies

This is by far the BEST hair salon I have ever been too!! I am so blown away with how incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating they were especially given I had my 10 month old baby with me. I had a full head of foils done by “Bena” and it is absolutely PERFECT which is a huge statement for me as I have been to many other hairdressers over the past 10yrs and never been happy with how my blonde turns out.. This salon is hands down the best in Melbourne especially for the price. Every other salon is so over priced and have ruined my hair in the past. I also got my eyebrows threaded & dyed By “Sani” And was blown away with how perfectly she shaped them. EXACTLY what I wanted :) I will definitely be back! Thank you so much ladies, you are amazing at what you do!!

The hairdresser was very polite and very reasonably priced , however did not follow the introductions for the cut I wanted, even though a picture was supplied and she told me that cut was not achievable with my thin hair even though I know for a fact it is because I have had the cut perfectly before elsewhere. My front layers are uneven and she did not seem to understand the task at hand even though I explained and showed the photo multiple times. I am not leaving with a "bad" haircut however I am not leaving with the cut I desperately wanted and now have to grow my hair out again to achieve what I want elsewhere and I will not be going back here. Unfortunately a disappointing experience from a hairdresser who said she's been cutting hair for 20 years.

I was a first time client here. I was nervous as i badly needed a hair refresh not having had anything done in over 6 months. Walking in i was greeted by 2 beautiful hairdressers. The salon is cute. There is a welcoming vibe there. I ended up getting a full head of foils, a treatment and a blow wave. These are professionals who know how to do foils and use toner. My lifeless, dark/brassy hair with old foils was lifted and transformed to a beautiful ashy blonde that looked AMAZING. I have received many compliments on it. People wanting to know where it was done. I am gladly recommending these beautiful, talented women. Do yourself a favour and go and get your hair done here. You will not be disappointed.

I have been Behna's client for 15 years plus. The quality of the service she provided has been consistent and outstanding. I have tried a few other hairdressers while Behna was away on holidays. Overprice and poor quality products they used,was extremely disappointing. I would highly recommend Behna and her team to everyone I know. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. For those people who gave her a bad or one star rating, I think that was disgraceful or you were paid to bad mouth people.Hairspray is one of the best salons in the local both in quality and price.

Rude and unprofessional. I had to postpone my appointment for a simple cut twice due to being unwell, which the manager didn't like sternly pointing it out and then hung up on me. When I called back to confirm that she cancelled my current appointment, she blurted out that she is very busy and I'm wasting her time for nothing talking for 10 minutes (??) to only cancel the booking (!!) while my call took less than 30 seconds. Really?...Zero customer service skills. If you want to be treated professionally and with respect - AVOID this place and go elsewhere.

Called the salon as a last minute decision to kill time while my car was being serviced and they saw to me straight away. My hair was dead and neglected and I walked out feeling like a new person. They were gentle, putting me in a state of relaxation (I'm normally quite anxious at hair salons). They respected my quiet nature, not forcing small talk on me. I live over an hour away but I think I've found a salon I'm willing to go to again! Thank you, you did an amazing job and were so quick!

I found this place by pure chance as my hairdresser could not fit me in...... When i walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome and was slotted in without a problem. The hairdresser then took the time to really look at my hair and work out what would be best result for me. I walked out of there feeling a million dollars and it didn't cost me half as much as my normal hairdresser would of charged me. I have been back now 4 times and have had the same result every time. Highly recommend.

Booked in for a blow wave, had the lovely Somy end up curling my hair which l loved to attend my nieces engagement party. The owner Behnaz's face was so familiar, worked out after asking some questions, l've known her for a very long time, she previously worked at a salon l used to goto yonks ago. This salon is clean, well priced and most of all the staff are lovely. Please support our local business. You won't regret it

My son got his hair cut there the other day (he’s four) and it looks absolutely horrible. 100% was not cut properly. And to top it off he came back from his dads with lice. We didn’t know to his hair had been cut and we saw it putting him in the car. Like how can she not see the lice in his hair when she was so close?! Can’t believe she charged him so much too ‍♀️

I was very nervous about trying a new salon after having a bad experience at one a couple of yrs ago. I have Alopecia and I have to say that I had no reason to be so scared, my colour is amazing and my hair was cut in a way you cannot even tell I have bald patches so Thank you thank you, this is now my new salon go to I'll be recommending your salon to all my freinds.

This is the BEST salon I have ever been to. You get exactly what you ask for, and the hairdressers are very professional, friendly and experienced. My last visit was for some foils to blend my patchy gray hair, followed by a long layered cut and blow wave. Bena did an amazing job as always. Just had my hair coloured and cut done. So quick to get a booking, really friendly hairdressers that were able to colour match based on inspo i found online. Offered tea while I wait for colour to set. Love the result! Actually got a compliment on my hair when I went to shops afterward. Price quite reasonable. Will be back again!

This is the second time I have had my haircut and eyebrows done at Hairspray Beauty Salon and I’m just as satisfied this time as last time. Incredible how much time other hairdressers take to get my straight and unforgiving hair cut right…. Not here, cut once and it was perfect! Friendly staff, relaxing hair wash too.

A bunch of very kind women who are all very helpful and accommodating. They did my hair amazingly very happy. If you’re looking to get your hair dyed here it’s worth it for price and a good cut. I called up last week I was quoted $50 for regrowth. I called up this week I was quoted from $60 to $70 but there website says $40. When I questioned the price on there website she laughed. Update the correct prices on your website instead misleading prices.
