Ordered and booked windscreen repair online. Half an hour before appointment during my way to Halfords I received a phone call from Halfords about cancellation of my appointment because they had a problem... I was queueing on motorway to get there, losing time, fuel and money for nothing because they cannot managed themselves.

Came all the way from West Drayton since this was the closest Halfords and just realise that they don't have an engineer and the next available date is the 23rd October. That is almost a month later just to do my silver service never coming back again here. Never buying a cycle from and Halfords

Another great experience and reception from the staff at Halfords, Hayes. Booked vehicle in for a 5 point check, but was told by the reception, that I could be upgraded to a 10 point check, as a premium member. The 10 point check went better than expected and was completed in very good time.

MISSING PARTS: The packaging had already been opened. The store assistance assured me that all the parts were included. However, when I opened the box the locking ring was missing! Now I have the hassle of trying to get the part or returning the item for a refund - not impressed.

Thank you Mr Navi (the manager) for your excellent service. We ordered two bikes for our kids. Despite the technical error, Mr Navi managed to get it built immediately after the scheduled collection date and also told my child how to use the lighting function in the bike etc.

Too few staff. If one on till gets wrapped up with a customer enquiry there seems to be no sense of recognition of the growing queue and if eventually another member of staff does appear it’s almost as if it’s an inconvenience for them to open a second till.

Offers a good service and they have a great variety for your automobile from hand tools to cleaning gear and dash cams, satNav. They also sell bicycles and parts as well for a reasonable price, good deals, free parking, spacious place and friendly staff.
