Had my first Pfizer vaccine shot here, the medical staff were very thorough making sure I understood all possible side effects from both shots, and what effect I need to go to hospital if they appear, the doctor's made sure all patients getting the vaccination were comfortable and took all the appropriate action for people who have fainted from past needles, or other conditions. Honestly exceptional work from the staff.

During the holidays my usual doctors was closed so Hallam family practice was the one I had to go to. I am so pleased with the friendly staff here and the way they treat the clients is so comforting. The service here is so good that I might change to this institution as my regular!!! Great job guys and god bless you all at Hallam family practice.

Good practice. I’d try to stick to one doctor that you like if you can find one. The reception staff vary, some are fantastic and really try to help, whilst other couldn’t care less. Aside from that all the services a good... I’ve used the pathology, optometrist and pharmacy. It’s good that it is all under one roof!

I just booked an appointment at this clinic. They took down my details as a new patient and asked me to come at 10:30 am on 29/07. I drove to this clinic and they told me that you are a new patient and we are fully booked. Ridiculous customer service. They don't know what they are doing

Fantastic receptionist and ready to help. The Doctors and Nurses are lovely & very patient. Dr. Ariane D’ Argent is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable in her practice. Dr. D’ Argent provides quality service and you can always feel comfortable regarding your health needs.

I don't recommend Dr Cao Minh Phan. We went for our 4 month old vaccine+consultation. He didn't bother to answer any of our questions and didn't even look at our baby for once. We were pushed out in less than 5 minutes for the whole procedure. No empathy at all.

If you’re going to have a less than 5 min grace period for appointments how about you let your patients know. The clinic didn’t seem that busy to not allow seeing a patient that is 3 mins late. Didn’t treat me properly in the end. Thanks for nothing.

Have been attending this clinic for over 15 years and Dr Cao Phan is my main doctor. He is thorough and listens to everything I tell him or ask. Chemist is super as well. They are all so friendly and caring.

It has always been the families and friends favourite place to visit when we don't feel well. The staff and the Medical staff are always helpful and go out if their way to assist us if we need extra hand.
