Awful interior “clean” as seen below, this was after they were supposed to have done it. Lots of dirt still in the footwells, crumbs still in the handbrake gator, between the seats which pull forward with no effort at all, boot area completely untouched. Left the car with them to get cash as apparently the card machine was broken and suspect this was an excuse for them not to actually bother cleaning anything in my absence. 10 minutes and apparently all done but no difference to the car other than the steering wheel and gearshift were a bit dirtier as my hands were grimy after driving back home….. and I was £15 out of pocket for the pleasure. Frankly it's nothing short of a disgrace, I would be ashamed to leave a car in that state and these people are supposed to be professionals. Never again!

The first time I went, the car was spotless for £28 (platinum for small cars). I'm dog sitter and, obviously, the car gets quite muddy and dirty after walking in Wimbledon Common. Second time, Sunday, they started to complain that the car was so dirty (so, do I need to come there with a clean car?), trying to overcharge me £10 extra because they were very busy. At the end, the job wasn't great compared with the first time when it was way worse. Third time, Monday afternoon again, complaining how dirty it was, ending up with a not great job either plus, saying that next time, it will cost £40! Sorry but, it won't be a next time.

Took my Vauxhall Mokka in to be cleaned today. I paid £40 for their Platinum mini valet. Absolutely awful, not one aspect of the clean was done properly. I am not expecting miracles but I don’t think I should have to go home and start cleaning and hoovering a car that I have just paid £40 to have cleaned. I honestly think I could have got a better job done for £15 elsewhere. I won’t be returning.

I took my Ford Focus Estate and upon arrival I was told my car was dirty which I thought was the point. I wasn't going to take a clean car to be washed. They told me it's going to be about 40 pounds. So I told him to but his sponge back inthe bucket and smoke another cigarette as I'll go elsewhere. I can see I'm not alone in a negative experience.

Ok clean outside- Basically just hoovered inside the car and that’s it. Scratched the leather on the back seat (didn’t tell me, found it when I put the child seat back in later) and cursory wipe of dust inside. Never going back. One guy was grumpy and complained that the car was dirty. The clean job was average. Still quite a lot of dust remaining on the dashboard and the mats weren’t very clean either. Yes it was a while since I’d had time to get it cleaned, but isn’t that what they’re there for or perhaps the guy felt I should pre-clean the car…

Absolute rip off. Had my small van washed a d they charged £25 even when the biggest van price is £14. When questioned the guy completely freecked out and told me not to come back. I have no issue paying £25 but would like the pricelist updated if they are charging so much more.

I haven't used this place but have been gifted a lot of vouchers for car wash there. The difference in reviews is astounding, is there a particular day I should avoid going here perhaps? Sorry, I had to give stars in order to submit this so I've gone safe in the middle!

Heard great things but was really disappointed. The outside of the car was cleaned well but the inside was mediocre, they in fact broke a plastic pin which holds down the floor mats and didn't mention it. Happy to re evaluate this review but definitely wasn't worth £15

Great job inside and out. Great customer service and attention to detail, good humour and lots of smiles. Very pleased with my fresh clean car - they even threw out the empty coffee cup full of rubbish for me! - it certainly is white again, thank you.

Expensive disaster. I was a big fan of this place for many years but they've been recently less thorough. Oddly broke a seat then charged and blamed me when I returned. Set me back £360 to fix. Disappointed with the lack of apology and service.

An excellent vehicle washing service. Did an immaculate job on interior and exterior for several of our company vehicles @ Barrigan's Gardens & Landscapes Ltd. Thanks for your great work. I would recommend to anyone even those with vans.

Paid for a mini valet and they didn't even clean the roof! Pointed it out and was told "you need to ask us at the start" as you can see it was not properly dried either and dirty water appeared from the door hinge. Oh dear. Do not use!

Have been going here for a couple of years and always a great clean and well priced too. Had the interior done today and they did a great job, even vacuumed and cleaned our child seats which was appreciated, highly recommended.

They just want to finish the job to get the money, they do not care about quality of service. Lots of space in my car was not cleaned. I am not recommending this place for people who want a good service.

Really took there time to Thoroughly clean my car, my car mats were done really well other places have left them still dirty. Had in and out done of my car, they did a great job.
