I had an appointment to see Dr Daniel Hsu to replace an old amalgam filling which had partially dropped off. On the night before the appointment, my front tooth broke when I was flossing it. It broke from bottom to the top right in the middle. On the appointed day, I informed Dr Daniel that I have 2 problems instead of one. He gave my teeth a thorough check and said that he could 'repair ' my teeth on the same day. I thought my broken front tooth had to be extracted, and it was a relief that he said that he could 'repair ' it. Normally, injections are stressful for me but Dr Daniel 's reassuring manner greatly help me to get over the 3 injections without much fear. It took him and his nurse about 1 hour and 45minutes to complete the ' repair ' job on my teeth. After 4 days, I decided to floss my teeth again; however, my repaired front tooth 'broke' again. I rang the clinic the next day and was given an appointment to see Dr Daniel that morning. He did a thorough check again and said the reattachment of the broken piece ( made in the clinic, from new composite material ) wasn't successful. He proceeded to make a new identical piece using the usual composite material and successfully reattached it. The whole process took about 1and a half hours. Dr Daniel waived all charges and I didn't have to pay a single cent. He said that I could start biting and chewing food using the repaired tooth. I have been eating and chewing food without any problems - the repaired front tooth is still intact despite being flossed and brushed twice daily for more than a week now. Thanks to you Dr Daniel for the amazing repairs done to my teeth. My son asked me to check you out after you resolved his dental issues a month ago. Similarly, I have recommended to my wife to visit you for a dental check.

Went in for wisdom teeth extraction. I had 4 teeth that needed to be removed in the chair. The booking system was a bit disorganised as I was told the wrong time when I called them to re-confirm my appointment and they also mentioned they will send me a text message of my appointment time a day before but I didn’t receive one. Because of this I had to be rescheduled to a later time hours after my initial appointment. The dental assistant in the room was very careless and was frequently distracted. The suction tool was put in my ear and directly on my face several times and I had to push her hand away to draw her attention to where she was putting it. As I had other arrangements throughout the day, I was wearing makeup and she did not wipe the tube after sticking it in my ear and on my face and directly put it back into my mouth which was gross. These issues aside, the extraction was a smooth process and I did not feel any pain. Dr Jannen was very kind and patient with explaining the consent form and other information. I just wished the instructions on which medicines to take for the night of the procedure and the next day was a bit clearer as the sheet given only says “take painkillers and/or antibiotics” but I was prescribed 3 different types of medicine.

As a first time patient with Hampton Park Dental, I’ve had a very good experience. From the moment I walked in I had been greeted with lovely and kind staff who made the initial registration process very quick and easy. I had booked with Dr Stephanie, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, and made sure I knew what was going to happen and the potential risks and made it easy for me to understand what was going on. As someone with a somewhat low pain tolerance, I had to get a tooth taken out. Sitting on the chair, the nerves were very overwhelming and I was ready to run out that door. But again, with Dr Stephanie’s assurance and calm approach I was comfortable and ready for the procedure. Although I am going home with one less tooth, I am extremely happy with the staff and amazing service. Having an experience like this has definitely made me feel more easy when I think about going to the dentists. Thank you so so much Dr Stephanie and Hampton Park Dental staff!

Rebecca and Ping Ping are a team that is fantastic, gentle, attentive and thorough. I felt reassured and relaxed and comfortable. And since my family was asking, yes, they have piano hands that are the right size if you worry about that sort of thing. Also complimenting them makes some of the other staff go green eyed, so feel free to double down on compliments for them too lest they melt into their ice cream. Edit: Updated review after I went back with my kids. Okay, okay, okay. I suppose if you were to hang me off a cliff by my toes and threaten my feet with a feather, maaaaybe on the way down as my life flashed before my eyes I suppose I could admit that Kylie wasn't half bad either, since none of my kids bit her fingers off or kicked up a fuss that could send tools flying in the wrong directions. No apparent lifelong dentist related trauma yet either, but perhaps I'll reserve judgement for their next visit. ^_^

I recently had my grandmas dentures done at hampton park dental the doctor was Stephanie and let me tell you she was amazing and so was her assistant/helper my grandma doesn't know how to speak English and Stephanie was very patient with her and very sweet and understanding it felt very comfortable with her and she was very clear and helpful and her assistant was also very nice and helpful I would definitely recommend this dental clinic even the receptionists were very nice and the waiting times were not even long as soon as u came in they would call u so it was very efficient as I've been to other clinics but nothing beats my experience with this one also if Ur with Stephanie u are in good hands !!

The dentist that I saw was lovely , but after my treatment was completed I noticed a couple of weeks later that a filling had not been done correctly and the tooth begun hurting a little and the cavity was exposed. I called the clinic expecting them to be more than happy to rectify the issue, given the treatment had already been paid for and not satisfactorily completed . I was told that I would need to pay more money to fix it. Why should I have to pay more money for a tooth that I believed had been taken care of only weeks ago? So now I’m looking for a new dentist.

Since childhood, I've always been afraid of visiting the dentist. However, Dr Stephanie and Kate have completely erased that fear! Dr Stephanie Tsang made me feel completely at ease. She was very informative, gentle and worked very fast! I was treated for a new filling and had a numbing injection and it went smoothly with no pain, which is a first for me. She told me all the steps she was taking, which made me feel more comfortable with the process. I put my complete trust in her and will definitely be visiting her again!

I had a great experience here. Went in for tooth ache and Stephanie took her time to try to determine the cause of the pain. Also, she knows that I'm scared of going to the dentist and drill sounds, so Stephanie tried to distract me and also used manual tools instead of the standard tools to try to put me at ease. She was very friendly and honest. Also, great location, good online booking system. Couldn't be happier. I even recommended for my wife to attend.

Went to see Dr Jannen Tan at Hampton Park today with my wife as well. We have several years as patients with Dr Tan. He is an excellent professional with great service and very friendly. As we are getting older age, we believed that more dental services might needed in future. Dr Tan is the best person although we had a couple of other doctor's previously. We will definitely stay with him and recommend him to friends and anyone looking for a dental doctor.

Melissa and Kylie work really well together. They bring joy even in the challenging moments for my kid. My kid felt safe and comfortable with these two awesome people. As always, I had an incredible experience with my dental appointment on Sept 13 with Dr Ella Narido (my dentist for a couple of years). I felt comfortable with her. She always inquires if "I am okay" during the process. I like how she works calmly with music and her lovely voice. Above all, I trust her experience and profession. Her assistant, Ping, was outstanding! She was very supportive and was doing her job correctly.

How to make an old man feel young again!! was a bit unsure about making the move to obtain a 'Hollywood smile' in my later years however the final red carpet moment after 7 hours of hard work and dedication, I now have knocked 10 years off my appearance!!! veneers are a go! well done to Dr Stephanie and Merlinda for their patience and professionalism. Overall, a welcoming and comfortable experience from start to finish!

Great, clean service. Dr Ella is amazing. We've seen many dentists before, and find her to be the best among those we've been to. She's great at what she does, very friendly and accommodating, and most of all, doesn't prescribe/perform unnecessary treatments. If we'd gone to her first, we wouldn't have wasted so much money and my six-year-old wouldn't have had to endure so much pain and trauma from unskilled hands.

To be honest i dont normally rate places at all but i highly rate this dental clinic since getting both wisdoms removed and having minor complications as can be normal on the way. They have been so helpful and informative and just caring in general even getting check ups and teeth clean in the past they have been all so comforting by all staff. "Coming from someone who hated the dentist, i dont mind it now".

Felt rushed, like a conveyer belt. Didn't ask questions, the receptionist seemed confused as to why id booked the appointment even though i had informed them of why i was booking the appointment on the phone. I was then quoted a very high price for the work, much more than my local dentist. Seemed to be a lack of consideration for my comfort. I can't really recommend. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

A friend recommended this place to us after we shared a nightmare we had at another dental. Dr Jannen was so cool, my husband went in for a wisdom tooth removal, and he took out an x-ray, explained the procedure without scaring us and and after numbing the area, it didn't even take 5 mins to extract the tooth. He did a wonderful work. So capable hands and gave us all the after care instructions.

It wasn't my first Time at the clinic but this time it was really great experience. I had a good experience with Doctor Zaid who explained for me thoroughly about my enquiry for my wisdom teeth and he did great genera check up and Clean ... I really do not like going to the dentist (I can be a sook) but the staff at Hampton Park Dental made me feel at ease and constantly checked to make sure I was ok during my treatment. My family were all patients of Dr mark for many years, he always does a thorough and good job, never felt rushed or second guessed his work, don't be fooled by his youthful looks. we have also been seen by Dr Tan and Dr Sim who are also very thorough and knowledgeable. we are very happy to continue travelling back here for dental work despite the 100s of dental offices on the way.
