They didn't clean my car well. The service has gone downhill. I came here today and they cleaned the car so that the windows were still dirty, the seats and the car matts were not properly cleaned. Once they had finished they didn't tell me they had finished, instead they were counting their tips. I won't be coming here again.

Had a great experience with Xpress Hand Car Wash. They totally transformed my car! Wish I had some ‘before’ photos but someone had broken into my car and made a right mess. They are such nice guys (and girls) and cleaned my car inside and out. Thank you Xpress Hand Car Wash! I will definitely return!

Excellent job and excellent service, will definitely use again. I had a 20% discount voucher that they were happy to accept but I then have them the discount as a tip as I was so pleased with the job done, especially as it was probably over a year since the cast had been cleaned due to lack of use.

This has been my third visit in the last month. Very through with attention to every detail of the car wash service provided. I found the staff very polite towards me and handle the car with care and consideration as they worked around it. I found them to be attentive on every occasion.

Not the greatest job. Boot not hoovered. Plenty of dirt marks throughout, even after I had told the women where to clean. EXPENSIVE as well. Water marks on windows, only cleaned as I had told them to. A lot of marks throughout the bodywork, which I had to do myself once I got home.

Fist time going here and I'm so glad I did. There was a bit of a queue but as my car was filthy I decided to join it. I was amazed at the attention to detail and how thorough they were at cleaning my car, I would definitely recommend them and will be going back regularly now.

Best hand car wash in London! Sometimes a little slow but very very thorough and well worth their charge. They use hot water for the Wash and they have washing machines and tumble dryers on the go constantly for clean e cloths the whole time. Excellent service

I found them over google and had a booking for full valet clean. They did a great job and the staff is very kind and helpful. They talk about every detail to make the customers happy. I am very happy with the result. Will not go anywhere else.

I went to this cash wash the other day and I must say I received 10/10 service. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Car very clean and they didn’t miss one spot. Very pleased and will definitely be back!!! Strongly recommend!!!

Absolute waste of time. Took 20 minutes to wash my car, didnt even do a great job. The jet wash was held so close to the paint that there are small chip marks. Im the black bmw which you banged my car door and didnt even apologies.

If you like speed then this is the place for you. They are fast, but that's all. Unfortunately I always find some arra or spot dirty that require cleaning. Also quite pricey! £25 for a small car is too much even during hard times.

£15 cleaned inside and out. Great value i thought and very friendly staff. Yes, a couple of marks here and there, but it's quick - 6 people are working on all areas of the car - and for £15, i think it's worth every penny.

They did a good job on my dirty car. But, there are couple of issues. The boot wasn't hoovered, and one of the rear wheels wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Reasonably priced. I still recommend.

Good car wash but for the past few weeks I’ve noticed one guy uses a brush/broom to clean cars instead of his hands, please remove the brush and revert to hand wash.

Was there today 05/09/23 to wash my car after a long drive from europe! I asked the guy for a full valet and his answer was NO today with a very bad attitude!
