Carmel has been incredible treating me from an old back injury that occurred a few years ago. I’ve been continuing to see her consistently after that for maintenance as I work in healthcare. She has an immense wealth of knowledge from stretches, care post an injury and much more. With that and her caring nature is what keeps bringing me back to see her, I know I am in good hands and I never walk out of her practice without a good laugh with her too. I completely trust my back to Carmel, who has benefitted from her most extensive experience to understand my particular condition. She has tailored her treatment accordingly. As well as her sensitive "hands-on" therapy in session, Carmel 's wholistic approach extends to suggesting lifestyle changes to help me at home, together with an exercise regime. At all times she has explained and educated. I have found Carmel to be caring and professional and would recommend her unreservedly.

I suffered a significant shoulder injury some months ago that nobody was able to accurately diagnose. I saw Carmel for this problem and she was able to diagnose me with a very uncommon tendon injury just by examining me. She ordered an MRI which proved exactly what she said it was. Because of her skill, knowledge and vast experience, I was able to get the help I needed and I am now well on the road to recovery. I cannot recommend Carmel highly enough. She is absolutely wonderful.

Have been seeing Carmel for few years already since I moved to the area, and can guarantee I would not still be playing competitive sports without her care and guidance. Carmel has a strong focus on getting you back to doing what you love and are meticulous in her directions and follow up outside the practice. I have been to few Physios with my lower back issue and no one can compare to Carmel. Other Physios incorrectly diagnosed me had IBT band, TFL issue and wanted me to keep doing the exercise to build muscle when I was in extreme pain. Lucky I met Carmel that I actually had pinched nerve sciatica issue which I need to do the complete opposite not to exercise to hurt it anymore. From now I will not go to any Physio but Carmel. 1000% recommended.

Carmel is by far the best physio I have seen in my almost 20 years of enduring shoulder ache associated with desk work. She has taught me how to stretch with neck retractions, which has helped and prevented recurring shoulder problems. No other physio has showed me the neck retractions in the past. Hence Carmel is definitely one of the most experienced physios you could find. Highly recommend!

Carmel has "magic" hands. I seen few Physiotherapist, never got any better with my sore back and muscle pains. Since I met Carmel, the pain's all gone only after seen her couple of times.
