Absolutely atrocious experience here. I brought my greyhound here for grooming and we had the worst experience of our lives. When I went to pick her up she was visibly stressed and very unhappy (more on this later). You'll notice they have a single gate upon entry, rather than like many other groomers who have a 2 gate system with a door to enter, so upon entering and opening the gate three dogs ran out onto the road. In a panic, myself and 2 other staff ran out in pursuit of the dogs. One ended up a block away near the Chatswood police station. Fortunately none were struck by cars. This shop does not secure the dogs or keep them separately housed after grooming. I would not trust my dog in their care again. If you care about the safety of your dog, you shouldn't either. My greyhound was so stressed from the time at the groomers she was foaming at her mouth and urinted blood. I took her to the vet and they ran tests and concluded it was stress induced from the time at the groomers. I haven't returned since and will not. Highly recommend you do not use this shop for your dog grooming.

My anxious rescue dachshund came out immaculately groomed but most of all .. super happy ! I've never seen a dog look so happy after a groom. It's in a great location since you can grab shopping or groceries or brunch around Chatswood. The service is communicative, and the trim was everything we asked for (neaten up his long hair but keep the mane). My dog still smells amazing after 5 days ! Pricing is pretty on par with large franchises, but given how this place is a much smaller business that can provide personal care, the pricing is amazing ! Edit: Due to last minute changes and emergencies, we had to board Slinky overnight for two days. He was a little skittish due to his natural demeanour but he was very well taken cared off and even played with other pups! Happy owners ♡

We took our dog for full grooming last Monday. When the session was over, we were told they found a wound and the groomer suspected it was caused by his harness. There was no mention of any incidents. When we took our dog to the vet later that week as the wound was getting worse, the vet mentioned that the wound was caused by a sharp object, and it’s as deep as the muscle tissue. The wound cannot be caused by a harness. The groomer never once mentioned this to us! Would never go back to this place! And would not recommend this place to my friends. I’m very disappointed.

I recently had a bath and grooming at Happy Paws (qidui and zhahu) and I was very happy with the results. The service was on time and the esthetician was very professional. The results exceeded my expectations. I have never felt that my cat was so smooth to the touch and in such good spirits. I will definitely use this service again in the future and recommend it to others. They update me daily with videos to show how he is doing and are very accommodating to their clients and kittens, which makes me feel more comfortable to continue using their service.

The photo was taken after Teddy was groomed by Happy Paws Pethouse, Pleased to be 1 of the 20 winners in the Archipaws Pet Portrait Competition as organised by the @willoughbycity! My photo is now a giant flag that is now displayed in the Chatswood CBD till mid April! Thank you to the judges for this beautiful honour and I can't wait to receive this flag later in April! Thanks to Happy Paws I will definitely be attending the prize ceremony at the Pet Festival on Saturday 2 April.

Definitely recommend this place! I have been with them for years, each time very satisfied with the services. My dogs always look great after the teeth cleaning/nail cutting services from Happy Paws. They are very good a dealing with their anxious behaviour and makes the process enjoyable for both dogs and owner. I have tried plenty of other groomers and have never found anyone as good as Happy Paws. You will find this is the best place for your pets. I would highly recommend their services!!

I had lots of great experiences with Happy Paws. Sebastian (my dog) loves Happy Paws as it is his another home. He did grooming and bath here from he was a little baby until now he has already 7 years old. And he was boarded here when I was busy sometimes. He enjoyed Happy Paws so much! Our puppy has stayed overnight with Jessica and her team, as well as having had two grooms now. Jessica has been the most accommodating and attentive person to deal with, and I would highly recommend their services. I even got a booking date wrong recently (totally my fault) and she still fitted him in with no questions or complaints. What a total star! Our puppy loves going there and always looks and smells amazing afterward. Thanks Jessica!!

I won"t trust any other pet shop for my beloved ones, since their first shop in Burwood, I won't send my dogs to anywhere else. they have wondeful, professional and most imprtantly caring stuff for grooming and washing services. everytime I travel, their caring service is so helpful so I know my babes are in safe and capable hands. most pet shop owner take it for a business, Jessica does it for the love of pets and affection for yours

This was Harold’s first groom. He is a 8 month old cat and unfortunately he loves playing in our muddy patio garden. The staff were incredibly friendly, he looks great! As soon as we got him home he was back to his normal self. I was scared he would be traumatised but the staff obviously took good care of him. Very reasonably priced as well considering he was there for a couple hours. This is directly after his groom happy as can be

A million thanks to Jessica and the team at Happy Paws for the fantastic job on Oscar & Gretel. I sent my 2 shih tzus for a full groom, both embarrassingly matted. The team showed ncredible patience in de-matting them, and followed my instructions in styling them the way I asked for. The results were PERFECT! Most other groomers would have just shaved them. I am 100% delighted with the service, and am an absolute fan!

Have been taking my dog here for around 6 years now since he was a puppy. Whenever we're going to drop him off, he pulls me all the way to their front door, and then sprints upstairs, because he just loves this place. They take great care of him every time when he goes in for boarding or grooming, even when we have special requests. Have recommended this place to many people in the past, and will continue to do so.

Absolutely shaved off all the fur on my chow when I specifically requested not to. You cannot shave off all the hair on a chow as it dramatically increases their risk of skin cancer as well as leaves them unable to regulate heat. Fur takes around 3 years to grow back so this is an incident that will be bothering us for years to come Would never ever recommend. Do not trust their chow images

Have been looking forward a permanent groomer - we think we’ve found it ! From the moment I called to book Jessica went out of her way to provide excellent service . She listened to our requests and took her time . Obi was carefully dematted & she showed me how to comb his fur .Reasonably priced & his fur was shaped well.Have rebooked Def recommend .

I put my cat in boarding here last year. During boarding the staff noticed me my cat was something wrong. They helped me take the cat to the veterinary hospital. The vet said my cat urine was closed. Any later to the veterinary hospital my cat would be dead. The staff saved my cat life. I always appreciate it.

Best pet shop ever! This is my only to go place when my two furry cat babies need grooming or boarding while i m on vacation! The owner lady is a super warm hearted pet lover who will definitely take best care of ur furry babies! Really a trustworthy place and highly recommended!

My dog Timmie has been there for 3 years since he’s a puppy. They did great job in grooming and every time Timmie came back with a tidy look and great scent. We went there for teeth cleaning as well which is much cheaper than the vet. Highly recommended!

They are super nice and caring place. Owner is so accommodating and flexible. They also send you photo and update putting anxious parents at ease. We have use them while we away in multiple occasions, definitely recommended
