I walked into this store after walking out of Amart Furniture and not having any luck with any of the stock of any items and wasn't interested in the waiting timeframe that I was given either. All I can say is how glad I am that I decided to have a quick look inside here. This place is an absolute gem!!! Not only did I find the dining table that I was looking for... But I ended up spending more than I had planned, and I ended up buying other items as well. The staff didn't harass me when I walked in (unlike Amart) and they let me browse by myself. It wasn't until I needed assistance that someone came over to speak with me. I was absolutely beaming when I was told that I could have everything delivered in 2 days time. I couldn't believe it. I walked in there thinking I wouldn't have a dining table for at least another 2 months, no matter where I went.. and I was told that I would have one in 2 days. Delivered to my door. And assembled for me too. Staff were friendly and helpful, lovely to deal with. The store had great stock and prices were reasonable. The quality of the furniture here was impeccable. Everything in this store was built to last. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.!!

We came to Harbour Lane last week to just window shop for my new house and we met the lovely Vivian T. I told her that we were just window shopping to figure out what I wanted for my house and that I wasn’t buying yet, she told me to come back when I’ve got things figured out and she will look after me. I came back today and finally decided what I needed for the house so I came back here to look for Vivian and ended up buying a bedroom package and a lounge. She looked after me like she promised and I couldn’t be thankful enough to have been served by her and her amazing customer service. She helped me decide on my couch haha. She definitely deserves a promotion and recognition for her top service. The furniture at harbour lane is such great quality and pricing you can’t walk away from

Nice furniture but somewhere in between the sales and delivery process there seems to be some communication problems. Quick to take your $$$ not much by way of service. Had my dining table n chairs delivered but upon assembly parts were missing from the box. Much to-ing and fro-ing with phone calls to the office trying to locate missing parts we finally got there but it wasn't worth the hassle. Won't be buying from them again

Just recently discovered this great store! Was allowed time to walk around not followed by staff which was extremely calming. Once we needed assistance we were immediately greeted with warming smiles and politeness. Vivian was extremely helpful and attentive, gave us a lot of time to consider options and had extensive knowledge on items. I highly recommend Fair Price Furniture Braybrook 10/10!

I had an issue with a dining table that I bought. I sent more that 10 email and did more than 10 phone calls. every time they will tell me will get back to you and they never did.
