I give two stars for the friendly staff. but major improvements required. 1. product accuracy very poor. what's on display and the product I received was questionable. there were no brand name or tags or nothing, but look same. 2. Half a delivery was sent so I had to pick up the rest. 3. The warehouse transfers to the store and the follow up methods on orders extremely poor. I never received the item for about 5 weeks which was promised in 7 days. Biggest concern for me what's on display and what we get is a major concern. when I point this out to the store the answers were very poor. Other than that great store looks amazing friendly staff and very helpful and apologetic and was quick to refund my deposit on one of the items. Would I shop again in this store? Unfortunately No.

Excellent range of products, well organised store, very professional customer services. Got a deal for bed set from Fair Price Furniture Gallery Dandenong at really a good price. Manager Vik was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He made my purchase very easy. From booking the product till delivery, the process was very easy and smooth. He was very responsive. Very disappointed with the service had wait for the delivery for two week and than finally received the sofa got the wrong colour called to the store and their were like that colour is out of stock and not only that their even did the billing wrong it’s was supposed to be 24months interest free but did not do that Their are very nice at your face when your buying stuff but once done they don’t care if anything goes wrong

Bought a lounge suite from the Dandenong store about 8 months ago. They were super helpful and stored this for us until we were ready for it to be delivered. Nick delivered and assembled the furniture very efficiently and it was difficult as he and a friend had to negotiate several steps. Very happy with the friendly service.
