My Dealings with Jim and Hayley have all been positive ones. In particular Hayley, she is so fair and professional, she goes above and beyond to have a positive outcome for both tenant and landlord whilst remaining professional and respecting the real estate laws. She is very approachable and easy to discuss any issues with. I also want to note my recent dealings with Hayley was a stressful situation and she was so reassuring and understanding, Hayley remained calm and professional all the time. Top work!!! Would I use jim from harcourt Tecoma again YES I would.We have bought and sold many properties dealt with various real estate agents but none have had that professional knowledgeable approach in there areas. Jim will be with you right till the end.He will listen to your requests,but in saying that he will let you know what's achievable and what's not you'll be bombarded with data stats,comments from house openings hell also sneak an out of the norm visit for a potential buyer but in saying that I we would be happy for jim to sell for us again Cheers Jim

Highly recommended - Truly professional! We’ve been renting through Harcourts essential for a year and a half now and have only positive feedback. From day one Jim was kind and professional. We had a couple of property managers after this but most recently we had a change and we are really glad to have Hayley looking after us. I rented out a unit recently with Crystal's help. My situation was not entirely straight forward but Crystal 'got it' and worked with me to get the result that was best for everyone. She made the entire process easy and was wonderful in her communication, promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend Harcourts..they did a terrific job and work great as a team.

Terrible and illegal business practises. Dawn was friendly until it was time to make an offer. House was listed as a private sale but I was forced into a telephone auction with starting bid more than 20% above list. When it was time to formalise the offer Dawn also pressured me into removing conditions. This agency needs to be reported.

Hayley has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is so professional, great with follow up and honest and transparent in the information she provides. She has a “can do “ attitude and nothing is ever too hard! I am a lot more confident knowing Hayley is managing our property. We , and Harcourts are very fortunate to have her.

Harcourts is definetly one of the best in the hills. Since my new property manager Hayley Lennon took over its been easy to deal with any issues, inspections etc. We recently had our heating shut down and it was delt with within a day. Hayley is always on call and a lovely property manager.
